The tall Pharmacist w/grey hair is RUDE & unprofessional. Seeing me approach the Consultation spot right in front of him, I was still ignored a good minute or 2 while he continued his casual conversation w/another pharmacist, just standing there & not doing any work. I had a question regarding the Minute Clinic, & he quickly interrupted me & said he had nothing to do with them. You would think an old man would have better manners & know more about Customer Service. I like their Minute Clinic, but not happy that I cant speak to them locally via the phone. Go the WALGREENS PHARMACY!
I really appreciate the minute clinic. They took very good care of my son today and even made sure his prescription went through. It was a 30 minute wait to get his prescription but I didn’t mind. They were very busy so we waited in the car and got in the drive through.
Awful customer service.. seems like they have more patients than they can handle properly. If you call your lucky to speak with staff without at least 30 min wait. Staff and pharmacist are rude. Will be changing pharmacies. Definitely recommend using any other pharmacy in area.
Terrible customer service, the staff are very rude. I have waited for my sons medicine for 3 weeks, and Im still waiting for a response.
Just went to Minute Clinic for flu shot but kiosk was having me wait 45 mins for an appointment.Ridiculous... It should be renamed Hour Clinic.Wont be back to this CVS.
Customer service is unheard of, no communication whatsoever. If you go through the drive thru they tell you they dont have a certain med, if you go inside they miraculously have it . This has happened several times . The absolute worst experiences do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions someplace else.
Worst pharmacy service of my life.
Rudest consumer services ever . Unprofessional unhelpful.
After shopping there for almost 8 years. I got accused of stealing. Because I had a free cosmetic coupon on my card. I got a lipgloss scanned it at self checkout walked out with a receipt in my hand and the associate came outside to say I didnt pay for it. When I called to complain she lied about the machine was asking for an associate and say she didnt see a receipt. It did not because it gave me my receipt and cleared out. If it had it wouldnt have given me a receipt. Than she tried to say sometimes people cards dont go through. Still would not have given a receipt which i had.
Dont go if u respect yourself
I dont think is is possible to be less interested in customer opinion.
Thank you, Rayshawn at the pharmacy for being so great this morning! You were kind, patient, and extremely helpful.
When this chain only encourage people to wear a mask, ITS SAD! Thank you for helping the spread... Money over health. Manager should step up! CVS should care for they workers 😓
For Covid test results, they stress for you not to call/ that you will receive an e-mail stating that your result is available & to then use your My health site to access results. Received that email that they have posted the results 16 days, 14 hours after testing at the North Augusta site. Granted, I was phoned from an 843 number and left a message about my results 12 days after testing, which they told me would be 2-3 days. I had already gotten swabbed one week after, and received those results even before CVS. People have to work, have communities to protect, and have families to care for. If CVS cant process in a professional and timely manner, they need to stop being GREEDY fir the sole purpose of accepting funding, and limit services theyre ABLE to provide! This is not showing responsibility and concern for our public! Ridiculous!!
Great store and the pharmacy had great people inside
I want buy masks, but shop no more sale for me. But next time when I came back buy something, the girl still remember me and show me what I want! Very appreciate for the lady!
I would like to give credit to the lady at the drive thru window today at 12:30pm. She was a huge breath of fresh air that most all other employees at this location could learn from. Very respectful and kind!! I hope to find out her name so I can share that information here.
Tina in the pharmacy dept, best customer service!
Theres a lady named Daphne who works in the pharmacy. She is rude every time I call. She is extremely condescending and unwilling to help. When I requested for another worker to assist me, she hung up on me. This is not a one time encounter with her. Its a shame because Ive been going to this pharmacy for years and Im going to be leaving to avoid the very poor customer service. Some of the employees are absolutely wonderful and will bend over backwards to help. I dont know how a company can let someone as rude as this woman help people.
EVERY TIME I have to pick up a script it is a CLUSTER! I had called yesterday to see if my script was ready and of course they claimed my doctor did not call it in. So I had to wait until the next day to call my doctor’s office. They did call it in and had a sent receipt! I called the pharmacy back and they said they had it ready for me. So I went in an hour later to pick it up and they do not have any record of it. I asked them to please check if they had spelled my name wrong because they have made this mistake multiple times before. Turns out they still did not have the correct information on my account and did not have any record on either account for my insurance, even though they had it on file two months ago. So here I am still waiting on them to reprocess my insurance. I’m so tired of waiting on this company to get their act together. The ONLY reason I use this pharmacy is because my insurance has forced me to only use CVS. The other locations are not much better. I miss Walgreens pharmacy :(
One star is generous. I should get an anti anxiety prescription just to deal with this staff. The front desk is always a pleasure; however, the pharmacy staff is unacceptable dismissive. I will be transferring pharmacies. After two years of using this location, I’m finally making the move. I’ve stayed because of proximity but I am willing to drive an extra 5 miles to avoid these people. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with the pharmacy and the pharmacy staff is very rude, even demeaning. It’s shocking CVS would let a store be ran into the ground.
This CVS location pharmacy used to be a pleasure to deal with. Todays visit was not so pleasant. I feel like if you dont not like your job do not let it reflect on your customers!
Used to work at this one, then transferred to another store. Its always busy unless you go early in the morning. Customer service is OK. Not exceptional, but decent depending on who you get. They could go a little faster, but having worked there I know they do 100 things at a time so if the drive thru isnt as fast as it should be, its for a good reason.
If i could give zero stars that would be too many. The pharmacy clerk or cashier that worked on Wednesday evening on June 13th at around 8:00 pm is rude and condescending. She obviously lacks any self-esteem since she enjoys belittling the pharmacy customers. Just because a person needs to take medication doesnt mean that person is a drug addict. CVS needs to rethink their hiring practices to ensure the pharmacy staff has basic human skills.
Worst experience Ive ever had at a pharmacy. They lost my insurance card, didnt run my insurance. Wasted a lot of time. Very sorry I chose this pharmacy. Next time will go to Walgreens or Walmart.
The Pharmacy department is inconsistent with information, and could use some customer service training. Ive tried really hard to stay with this pharmacy, but I can longer tolerate the constant dissemination of misinformation and the little rude lady with the MASSIVE attitude. Life is too short. 🤷🏽♀️
Short lines. Great staff. Great sales. Clean and organized store.
The female employee who work the pharmacy drive thru on 3/5/2018 around 4:35 pm ;has a preference in who she want to serve or wait on in drive thru. Two previous cars waited 15-25 minutes at the drive thru window ; to retrieve their medication. When I drove to pharmacy window ;she stated that she couldn’t fill my medication in drive thru, because it would take 15 minutes. I had to leave the drive thru, to go inside while in pain. After I went inside; it took pharmacy staff 10 minutes, to retreive my meds. This could have been done in the drive thru. Cvs added auto refill medications to the total, that I did not ask to pick up. The male employee did not ask me if I wanted to pick up all meds. He assumed I did and added it to the total bill. I’ve asked cvs pharmacy to stop the auto refill on one of my meds and they’ve failed to do so. If it take 15 minutes to fill one bottle with 6 pills, then this pharmacy location shouldn’t be in business. Inside pharmacy you have 5 employees in navy blue scrubs standing around. I saw only two employees moving around assisting. Two standing by stand up desk whispering to each other cracking jokes not assisting. The male employee who assisted me ;had to interrupt the two whispering giggling females, and tell them he needed assistance, to serve the long line of customers who were waiting. How can it take that long and everything is in the system. I’m not a new customer. Besides that, the previous 2 customers has taken 35-40 minutes total at pharmacy drive thru window. The pharmacy at this location has no sense of urgency or compassion. The girl who operated pharmacy drive thru need an attitude adjustment.
The store itself is well stocked and staff is helpful. The pharmacy staff is slow, and some of them have no idea how to speak with a customer.
Never had a problem. And I go here more than the grocery store.
Minute clinic and pharmacy have serviced my family very well. Hardworking and caring people.
I have lived closest to this pharmacy for years. Every time I need something I got to the one in Clearwater because this pharmacy is horrible. Rude workers soo slow and not very informative of things to the elderly. (As my 80+ year old grandma has to pickup prescriptions there when doctor screws up). Today my husband had to have his prescription transferred from the Clearwater cvs to this one on Edgefield rd because they had ran out of his meds. Well we could have gotten them faster if he would have waited for them to be shipped to the other store because my husband has been waiting in the pharmacy for 2 hours! Has been treated absolutely rudely because his insurance didnt process correctly and they had to make and extra step. Its not his fault but the insurance companys fault. Will never ever go back! The people at the Clearwater cvs know my family by name and are always nice even though they have to go through so much more for us!
Not a CVS customer and never will be now. They have very rude pharmacy techs at the North Augusta location on Georgia Avenue
Very helpful and nice.
This pharmacy is the worst location ever!! I hate having to go there.
0 stars! This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever had to deal with! They dont care.
Great service
