First time in this place and last time. Went looking at items just to check them out. The used tools cost about as much as new ones. You be better to buy new with a warranty. Guitars way over priced. The Peavy bass is priced at 799. Anywhere else that guitar would be no more than 695

Ordered on August 11th. Never received tracking info or any updates. On August 19th I emailed asking when the order was going to ship. No response. I called today (8/23) and someone said they would call me back in 10 mins. I called back 4 hours later to find out that they were unable to fulfill the order because they made a mistake when listing the item. I finally had the order refunded as of today. I had to call 12 days after the order to find out this information. Unacceptable. Awful service.

I have always had positive experiences here. As for ammo pricing, at this time the market is what it is. I am just happy to find it. They are straight forward and their yes is yes and their no is no. Which is all I expect in my business dealings.

These people have attitudes to be working in a pawn shop. They lend a pittance on what something is worth when they lend money at all. They reject out of hand first offers; no matter how small amount one might need. (for instance for an almost brand new Paslode framing nailer I ask to borrow 75 dollars and it was rejected. They wound up loaning me enough to almost buy the battery) so prepare to bargain tough or walk away.

Had an FFL transfer from an online purchase. They were quick, friendly, and only had a $25 dollar transfer fee. Would recommend anyone to go to them for any ffl transfers!

I feel They are a joke can’t even answer a simple question! Say If I buy a brand new gun and shoot 50 rounds . They can’t even give you a low ball figure what they would give you on a pawn for a gun I called about in question! I couldn’t even begin to tell you what it would be condition condition condition that’s the answer. This is a gunsmith maybe wrong about that . They have cwp training Should know little something about fire arms . Just trying not to waste my time or Gr8 Dealz Gun and Pawns time ! They just want to get you there then tell you some line about your property wanting you to give it to them basically . A lot of these places that’s what they do because people are stressed for money not me . I was checking for a want not a necessity .

I came to the shop today unsure about what I needed. Mr. Larry helped me through my choice. I left the shop with a smile on my face, these people are extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Theres nothing wrong with buying guns from a retail store, but its so much more rewarding to shop local and know these local people. Horrible prices

I was actually really looking forward to coming to this place based on Tommys recommendation ( met him at the range I use ) as well the welcoming feel in the video they made and the overall good ratings. I show up with a few odds and ends leftover from my time as a truck driver ( GPS, dashcam, CB radio ). Walk through the doors with my hands full, no one offered to help or even greeted me. Thats fine, perhaps theyre busy, I think to myself. I set my stuff down on the counter and a woman rather gruffly asks what I have. While Im explaining to her what Ive brought in, the iconic Poppy just stares at me with a look that can only be described as demeaning. Like he thinks Im crazy or something for bringing items to a pawn shop to sell. After I finishing explaining to the woman what I had, she shrugs her shoulders and glances at the Poppy character, who continues to stare at me like something stuck underneath his shoe. Finally, he just says Not interested, cant do much with electronics. Thats fine, youre not interested. I get it. The problem is how I was treated, which was a far cry from the southern hospitality they advertise in their video. No apology, no friendliness, just an overwhelming feeling that I wasnt welcome. To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I will not be coming back to this store ever again, which really is quite a shame. I intended to commission Tommy to build an AR-15 for me this year. Im also a bit of a firearm collector and buy around 5 or 6 new guns each year, and I was hoping to make Gr8 Dealz my new go-to as their selection seemed impressive. After my experience today though, Ill never spend a single dime in that store. Drove all the way from Grovetown to get treated like an unwelcome guest. Ill be keeping my business and my money on the Georgia side from here on out.

Tried to sell a Sterling Cutlass CT50, they thought it was a Wal-mart guitar and gave a joke of an offer. Very disappointing. If they are selling guitars like these for $70 as they say you should definitely buy from them, but dont sell them anything.

I called this morning and a gentleman told me they had 5 German mausers in stock for sale. I drove over an hour to come make a purchase. I got there and there were 0 German mausers. They were actually swedish mausers. To say I was upset is an understatement. What a waste of time and money getting there. I left them my name and number with what I was looking for and if they contact me in the future with correct information then I will adjust this review.Edit: The owner contacted me and offered his sincerest apologies. I truely believe that it was a simple mistake and not just an attempt to get me in the store. He even offered to send me a gift. Not to many business owners would do that.

These people will work with you any way they can on firearms. The freely give of advice and experiencexperiences. The prices are reasonable with a good selection that changes regularly. I hate the big box stores because this store reminds me what customer service and appreciation really is from gun owners not high school kids.
