Must go to if replacing a linear or building a pool. Prices are fair and straight forward. Staff cares and always returns calls. They also reuse chemical buckets once purchased to give you a discount. Honest people and hardworking.

They did such a great job answering questions that we ordered a pool to be installed. Staff was warm, friendly, helpful and above all patient. I recommend, pool is scheduled to be installed next week barring bad weather. Family and I are excited.

Let me start with the pool installation and pool school folks were very lovely and nice. The pool and deck look great and we are very much enjoying it. Clean up could have been better as they pulled up my azalea bush and put it to the side now I have to figure out what I want to do with it since I didnt want it, but its not a major problem. The major downside to having my pool installed was the MAJOR lack of communication and disorganization with the ownership. Every time I had a question I was referred to Maryanne who oftentimes wasnt available and spoke with very clipped tones. Kent said they do things that were later confirmed by Maryanne they do not do without a single apology for the miscommunication. The entire process needs to be in writing of how and when and what your requirements are for the installation. So to keep this short, anything that is said you should have or they do, I suggest you treat it like your going into the military and get EVERYTHING in writing, even minor details because I wouldnt have even known they were coming to install my pool had I not stayed on them and kept calling. Also, I have had the pool now almost a week and not one person has called to make sure everything was satisfactory. I TOTALLY understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and some miscommunication is expected but the level should have been better than it was.

Appointment was as scheduled, crew went to work at 6:30 am and water was going in at 11:30, all were very professional as each one on the 4 man crew had there own job and preformed well. Buying experience was the same. Testing the water also the same and always helping me to ensure that the correct and amount chemicals are added to keep our pool Crystal clear. Pristine blue has been very easy maintaining our pool. One more thing the pool school they provided was top notch as he answered any questions I had and gave me time to take notes. 😀

Excellent service! Others quoted outrageous cost for my pool, but Peachtree gave me a package with everything I needed including the fence at an extremely reasonable price. They also did what they said they would do when they said they would do it!! I’d recommend them over and over again!!

I had to get my pump replaced and Rick did an awesome job with the install and repairs. He absolutely knows what hes doing and takes his time to get it right. The in ground pool process takes longer than you expect so be patient. Ensure you account for bad raining days. If you want the job done right make sure you are part of every process. From dig day to last day of either concrete or fence if needed. Peachtree pool workers and owner were great and help with every question.

Never stepped foot in this store until today. Needed a skimmer basket. Store wasnt particularly busy. I had my broken skimmer in hand when exiting my truck. Before I had a foot in the door, the store associate had the right skimmer pulled from a shelf and said I believe this is what you need. He went on to tell me their chemical program and water analysis that they do. Great store and staff.

Our experience with Peachtree Pools was amazing! From the beginning, Kent and Charles made sure everything was perfect and the way we wanted our pool! Each crew and employee Kent has employed that came to our house was friendly and worked hard to get the job done.Our pool and backyard turned out beautiful!! I am beyond happy and pleased with the work they have done.

If I could give NO stars, I would. We went for to the business location and made a time for the owner to come to our house! He did NOT show up and when we called he said he misplaced it and came later in the day! He walked through our house to the backyard and immediately came back out and said he would NOT do anything in the community. We live in the Lakes and Streams Subdivision! We are the only house with a drive thru gate so access was silly easy! He had some remarks about the area and community, which I will not repeat! Guess what —- Fiberglass pool installed this week by S&S Lexington SC and they were so easy to work with! Looks awesome and two days to put in! I would never go through or suggest anyone go to Peachtree Pools because he does not care to help customers and discriminates based on the area you live. Much Happier NOW with this decision and our treatment!

They are the only pool people in the CSRA, that I can tell, who will clean above ground pools, but doesnt have a cleaning crew... I mean really?! I was told that I would be called when they were staffed... crickets... Before you label me as a big baby, I am a 100% disabled vet who cant do it, so... Come on yall! Help a brother out!

Helpful and friendly but every time I go, someone different helps me. I would like the same one as often as possible so I feel like they are doing the most for my pool. I have to explain my pool to a different person every time and feel Ive put more money than necessary in to the pool.

Small quaint mom-and-pop operation great family oriented business but all too comfortable with late responses and abruptly changing of schedule. The owner was actually upset with me when he found out that I had received a separate quote for pool installation .Upon learning that I was Price shopping he informed me that maybe it was best for me to go somewhere else and get pool installed, which I did, but was very shocked to hear such a reply from what I thought to be a decent famly owned business. maybe it was just the owner and maybe he was having a bad day, either way very rude and unprofessional and cost him business

Do not trust these people. They give you one price then raise it by one thousand dollars in a week. You can buy two pools for the price of one Peachtree pool. Shop around try the pool companies in lexington. Prices are great and the people are the best

We went in to buy an above ground pool. The man gave us another guy . He gave us some quick pricing and we had to ask to see the pool . He was short with us didnt want to sell anything extra like a better liner etc. . They were not interested in making a sale and left us once we asked about financing and never came back to help us . Dont buy from here they are not friendly and dont seem to need your business. They seemed very arrogant .

I took my neighbor to get some pool cleaning supplies. They were assisted promptly by a staff member.

The spring of 2017 we contacted peach tree to install a new liner for our above ground pool. We have a our pool for over 10 years and we have had 1 liner replacement due to hail damage. Every single summer we drain our pool and refill it overnight with no issues. However, as we started the process of cleaning and refilling we noticed the liner was dropping from the sides. I contacted peach tree and was giving the number to Benjamin this was Saturday February 24th. I explained to him the issue and he asked me to send pictures. I did and then we Face-time so he could see better of what I was talking about. He said it was a simple fix and we could easily do it ourselves. However, I told him we do not want to touch it and we setup a time Tuesday at 10 for him to fix it. Tuesday came and Benjamin came out to fix the liner. When he arrived he explained the liner could not be fixed because of the ripping around the water return. He told my husband the reason was “They don’t make pool liners like they use to because the materials don’t decompose in landfills.” He also stated peach tree won’t cover ripping. However, He told me to contact peach tree and talk to Alice and she might be able to help me. I contacted peach tree and I tried to explain what was happening as soon as the man heard that I drained my pool he told me that he couldn’t help that I abused my pool….. keep in mind I’ve been doing this for years and years with no issues prior. I’m well aware of the sun causing it to shrink and making sure to keep the liner wet as well as to immediately refill the pool. He basically wouldn’t listen to what I was saying Benjamin also said the contract isn’t clear about what the warranty covers and what it doesn’t cover. He took my name and number and was suppose to get back with me on our contract. Later that day my mother called and spoke with the manager and he said he would pull our file and look into it ( at least he tried to help ) However, he compared it to “If you wreck your truck into a tree you call your home owners insurance not the dealership” um… okay.. I’m still scratching my head on that one. In the end it was still our fault and they couldn’t help that we abused the liner because we drained our pool. I contacted 3 other pool companys in Augusta to order a new liner for our pool and they all laughed and said that was the dumbest thing they have ever heard. They all confirmed you CAN DRAIN A VINYL POOL AS LONG AS YOU REFILL IT RIGHT AWAY. Thankfully, we found a great company to fix Peachtree’s mess and actually decided to install an in ground over the summer. I will not recommend anybody to this shady lack of customer service business. They didn’t even take the time to listen to the full story and was quick to point fingers. Extremely unprofessional in every way possible. This is not how you do business.

I was told that the circulation pump would be around $185 and I was charged $266 for the one they installed. I have checked and there are a huge number of suppliers that sell the same pump for less than $190 on the internet all day long. Their service fee is $115 for each trip they have to make (they had to make two trips because they had to order the pump) which covers 15 minutes of time and then it is $15 additional for each 15 minutes they are there.I am not happy
