I was recently fired from this establishment becuase I missed to many days during the 90 day period. My father passed away from COVID in September but that didn’t matter to them. You could only miss 3 days during the 90 day period and I missed 5 to bury my father. This is a HORRIBLE establishment to work for. They have mandatory overtime when the hours are already very long so you end up only having one day off every week and they expect you to do the jobs of three people for low pay, and they all speak to you with a condescending tone whenever you need to ask for help. This is absolutely the worse company i’ve ever worked for. Apply if you’re willing to put up with management that isn’t very helpful, constant complaints from customers because the chain-of-command isn’t meeting their needs, and awful work hours. Oh! And they also offer you a sign on bonus of thats taxed BUT you have to pay it back when you’re terminated or you leave willingly. Beware people.
I received a new Resmed Air Sense 10. It cuts off twice a night. Called them and never heard from them. They better be glad Ive not the head of that office. I would show them where the front door is and tell them not to look bac.
Tired of being on hold for 1 hour, bought supplies at Petsch Respiratory Services. Store phone never answers, have to go through call center.
I am so tired of dealing with these people. No regard for patients or providers time. Patients unable to reach associates for help. Doctors getting the run around. I will not be referring any patients to this provider. Management-the lack of communication between providers and within your own company is despicable. I am speaking of the Charlotte office and your office.
Their utter incompetence is sickening. There is no sense of urgency and nobody seems to know what they’re doing. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else - do it!
I would never use this company again!! My Mothers O2 suddenly dropped to 82. The doctor called Lincare to bring O2 concentrator immediately. We instead received one green tank that last a few hours. We immediately called Mountain Medical. They came out on weekend with concentrator and long tube so it would be easy to ambulate. The green tank stayed for months in my moms house because they never contacted us to bring more tanks.I called them is the only reason there was any follow up. Sad...
My husband has been charged for a c pap rental of machine and supplies every month for something he has not received since oct 2017. Called main office called corporate. No one cares. It’s Jan 2020 bill still adding up . He does not use this machine and hasn’t received supplies since oct 2017. Somebody do something to get this taken care of and correct action needs to be taken. Law suit I m thinking
I’m really not sure why these reviews are so negative, I have had several pleasant encounters with this company both over the phone and in person. The have been very helpful and easy to deal with. Thanks @ lincare staff
FAIR WARNING to all—this company is allowing the respiratory therapist to work a 16 hour shift prior to coming to work the CPAP clinic. The manager, Jeannie Sawyers, knowingly is allowing the respiratory therapist to work the 16 hour shift, then come and continue to work another 8 hour shift with no sleep. This means the respiratory therapist is working 24 hours without sleep and providing care to you. Many studies in healthcare have shown that the error rate of providing the wrong or incorrect care to a patient, when the healthcare provider has worked more than 12 hours is GREATER THAN 30% above healthcare providers who have worked less than 12 hour shifts. Please be very careful if you continue to use this company to provide you with equipment and care that is critical to your ability to breathe. You could very well become a statistic of another person harmed or killed because a healthcare company cared more about making money than making sure you are safely cared for by a well-rested healthcare provider.
Non-exsistant customer service. I do not know how they retain their medicare franchise. I could not recommend this company
Horribly rude staff, complete lack of concern for clients. Staff at Linecare will tell you your equipment is being sent to you but it never arrives. No one is held accountable no one answers the phone and the staff does not care that they are the worst in every way.

It doesnt matter what time you call... youll get the answering service and wait around 15 minutes to speak to a representative. Then, the rep will take a message and nobody will get back to you. How busy can they actually be?
Been waiting on a return call for a week. Finally got through to them and told my CPAP supplies are held up because of an expired prescription for a chin strap. I have not used a chin strap in the 11 years I have been on CPAP. Refuse to send supplies until I get an updated prescription for something I do not use and do not receive in my quarterly supplies. Rediculous! Last quarter I received the wrong mask. Tired of these don’t care no service clowns. Switching to Petsch Resptitory Services ASAP!
I would not give one star at all. My father has been waiting since 7/16/18 for a qalker and still doesnt have it. Ive done all the calling, the doctors office sent over the information 3 times yet they still jave received it. I told them I was calling corp...the response was ok. Called corp not better service there. This company is all for profit not customer care!!!!!!
Been waiting on a call back to find out where my supplies are. Ordered them weeks ago, they never showed up. Called the number, got patched to a different number who then tried to patch me back to the original group. Time to find someone new.
