Enjoyed my last minute visit (5mins before closing), I requested to get 30 balloons blown up! This made me extremely happy that they were willing to do this order at the last minute. I was able to provide balloons for my brothers daughter. A 6 year old will now be so excited on her birthday bc the manager and employees were willing to stay past closing to fulfill this order. Extremely grateful. It cost $38 for $30 balloons because I purchased the balloons from a different store. Thank you so much party city! I’ve worked there in the past and I know how it feels to want to get off work on time so I feel extremely bad however truly appreciate it! Thanks to Olivia who blew the balloons up and to the cashier I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name however she also helped checking us out! I will highly recommend this location.

They have the largest selections but if your having a party order online or really early because there shelves dont stay stocked and balloons are expensive.Covid isnt stopping any parties for sure.

Its not the greatest party

Pretty poor selection of products. Especially weak selection of Halloween costumes. Many shelves half empty. Strange. Not my favorite location of this chain by far.

You will get exactly what you want. This place is heaven if youre working on a theme. We had a gender neutral baby shower and opted for a bright sunny yellow theme as ours was a summer baby. This place had everything we were looking for. And all under budget. Happy partying folks!

Perfect for quick visit to pick up party supplies or cards. The check out line is confusing. You line up and enter the same narrow path as the people leaving. Could also use some additional staff on weekends.

Very unfriendly staff, rude and arrogant. Please avoid the North Babylon location. Selling expensive balloons that leak air and unwilling to credit or replace it. Do yourself a favor and save money and stress and go to the dollar store or 4 below. At Party City in North Babylon the customer is always wrong.

Place and order online to pick-up in store,although i didnt receive the confirmation that it was ready,i got what i ordered.

Still have lots of stock available. Make them pick an alternative. ..its only one day and they asking too much for a day. Contact me the day after to drop off all used costumes.

Store was well stocked but had no a.c. on a 94 degree day. Couldnt stay on there very long.

Halloween shopping was a breeze minus the long cashier lines. Once I was able to comb through and determine which costume I wanted, a representative radioed it in and told me to simply follow the spiders on the floor which lead me to the stock area for pickup.

Im only leaving one star because I wasnt able to write the review with zero. I shop in many different party cities on Long Island for my children . I spent quite a bit of money at the stores. Today is my youngest daughters 18th birthday . Kassandra has had a very difficult year she was in the hospital for a great deal of the time . She actually spent her last two birthdays hospitalized . I had limited Times that I could visit her today. So I decided to go to the party city that to be the closest to the route I had to be on to visit my daughter. This is the location on Deer Park Ave. . All I was allowed to bring was a balloon I wanted to get one nice balloon for my daughters birthday . I was also planning on getting party favors to bring with me which wouldve probably totaled $150 . As I was looking at the balloons that were displayed it was a hard decision as there was so many beautiful choices . And I really wanted something very special . As I was looking the dark-haired woman at the counter addressed me by asking if I was interested in balloons . She sounded like she wasnt in the best mood . I told her that yes I needed one special balloon . I was immediately told that that would not be possible . I was then asked if I could come back in 20 minutes or half hour and try since they had orders that had in place that they were working on . The truth is there was one person making balloons another person was standing there doing nothing and then there was this woman that was standing by the counter . I repeated that I really only wanted one single balloon . Again it was explained that I would need to wait a half hour or come back another time because they were going to fill all the orders first . I could understand that they were orders ahead of me . But theres more than one helium tank in more than one crewmember there . I truly only wanted one balloon . I felt so bad inside because I really wanted to do something special for my daughter and this balloon would have really lifted his spirits. This made me just want to leave the store since the party favors were for others and not my daughter and I didnt want to give them that much business after that kind of treatment over one single balloon. When I visit my daughter I do like to bring her a balloon and I have to tell you the massapequa location is so friendly and so wonderful and the matter how busy they are they will help every single customer with the same courtesy and respect. As do all of your other locations . Except this Deer Park Ave. location that is . This is party city . Customers are going to come in wanting a balloon . It wouldve taken less than a minute to grant this wish for a handicapped child . Before I walked out I did say in disbelief please I really just wanted one balloon . The request was not going to be honored . Was it worth $150 sale ? I just drove to the dollar tree and got a beautiful balloon there. I will never waste my time stopping at that location again . Nor will any of my friends or family members.. im truly disgusted !
