I came in on a Sunday, desperate to get my phone back on to get pictures of my dogs who have passed. I wasnt sure anyone would be able to get on but they did! AND he fixed the button too! Just got back from Digitcom. I brought in my mothers iPhone 6 which had a cracked screen. Id tried my hand at fixing it myself, ordering a replacement screen off of Amazon but failed miserably and decided to take it to a pro. The owner took a look at the replacement parts Id ordered and agreed to knock off some of the price and explained exactly what needed to be done. Having quoted me a generous price he sat down to work straight away and my moms phone was as good as new in around 15-20 minutes. He brought it to me and tested everything is front of me to make sure everything was working perfectly. He seems very knowledgeable and very honest. The price was great, the service was great, even the conversation as I was waiting was good. Will definitely come back again should I have another mishap with one of my pieces of tech. They have never tried to sell me stuff I didnt need and have taken the time to explain any questions I have had. They have incredible knowledge of not only the newest computer technology but of past technology as well. And if they happen not to know will look up the information for you instead of making something up. They usually have parts in stock but if they dont can get it in a day or two.
