Do not go to this CVS Pharmacy, you will be in line for over an hour just to pick up your prescription. And DO NOT CALL THEM, Ive been on hold for over an hour to try to get a scrip refill, when I call the front and ask why isnt anyone answering their busy. Well Im sorry if your busy.... hire more people, if no one wants to work for you then increase pay.... Its that freaking easy!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Im sitting here with a dry socket after oral surgery on hold for 15 min. Again.... on hold. YOU must call ahead or be stuck with an hour wait time at north Babylon Cvs. I call ahead to confirm it is ready and I can come get it. I still have to wait 30 min for them to make it. WHY TELL ME ITS READY AND ITS BEING MADE IN FRONT OF ME!!!!!! GRRRRR!!!!! Slowest pharmacy Ive ever seen. Watching them work is like watching paint dry. Line for the pharmacy sometime goes to the front door. Wont get a second person behind the counter. Rude people answering the phone. Very unfriendly and impersonal. You must be a mosaicist to continue doing business here. This is the last time Im going to them.P.S. Oh to top it off I asked to see the manager and she went home a hour early. I just hate coming here. >_

Okay so Im here at CVS in North Babylon. Its taken 2 visits to get my information squared away so that I can get my script that was ready three days ago. Then Im told to take a seat and they will call my name in 15 minutes and give me my prescription instead of just handing me the prescription and letting me pay my co-pay and get out of there. So I sit down and wait and watch this parade of people come up and get their prescriptions. 45 minutes later Im out here leaving this review still no prescription in hand. Im going to head back in get in line and see if I can get my freaking prescription. But Im really happy you know why? Because once I get this prescription this will be the last time I ever set foot into this freaking Pharmacy in my life.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful, medications ready when promised. I actually find it a nice place to shop, like a mellow “Cheers”😊

WORST PHARMACY EVER!I wish there was an option for zero stars.Long wait, little to no help, extremely frustrating. They lie about prescriptions being ready and/or in stock. Avoid like the plague.

Dont understand all the bad reviews The staff always nice and go out of the way to help. One cashier in particular small blondish woman in the front is a gem. She always has a kind word is very pleasant She really is a pleasure to deal with. Someone always asks if I need help finding things. Never had problem w the pharmacy I like shopping there

Not happy with the service at this pharmacy, poor custimer service. Most of the time I come here they never have the medication or there is always something going on that Ive been waiting a long time every single time. Very unfortunate

Doing stressful christmas shopping and went to buy gift cards, they asked for ID, which I presented.They refused my purchase because my drivers license expired last month. Due to Covid, getting an appointment with the DMV takes almost 2 months. I showed them my entire wallet, my face, my other credit cards with my name on it. They still wouldnt sell me a gift card. Its ridiculous. Never shopping at CVS again!!

I WENT TO THE CVS AT NORTH BABYLON N.Y. I WANTED TO ASK THE PHARMACISTS IF THEY WERE ALREADY GIVING THE FLU VACCINE. THE PHARMACISTS AT THE TIME WAS VERY RUDE TO ME WHEN SHE ASNWER MY QUESTION. SHE ALSO STATED TO ME THAT THEY WERE CLOSING ALREADY AND COME BACK DURING BUSSINES HOURS. VERY POOR MANNERS AND COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Store needs to be cleaned up. Its dirty and messy. Employees are not perfect kind and polite but it works.

There is this one particular female pharmacist that is disgusting. She always is rude and has an attitude. I don’t understand how she still works there or that anyone hasn’t complained. It truly makes coming to this pharmacy such an unpleasant experience. There have been times I have waited to speak with someone and she’s the one by the computer and I waited forever. She didn’t even acknowledge me. I don’t know what her problem is but her personality is nasty.

There was a particular female right now. She was super disrespectful and was rushing us out of the store. My husband asked her a question on where to find an ítem and she was sarcastic and didn’t even tell him where we could find it. Then when we were checking out my husband asked if we could give a phone number for the CVS card and she rolled her eyes and said no. Never going back to that CVS. If you are unhappy with your job. Please find something that doesn’t involve customer service, since clearly they don’t have manners or lack that area.

Very rude staff! Called me said prescription would be ready at 1. Im here waiting an hr the girl said deal with it were busy! Worst customer experience ever! I was in & out. And I found everything I needed.

I went to return my wash today as cvs seems to always get it wrong. I have done returns in the past as the wash itself was never opened and still sealed. However, the male doofey pharmacist gave me such an attitude and wouldn’t even let me talk. He had such bad customer service. But I figured that much as he is a nerd and prob doesn’t get out much and doesn’t know how to talk to people

I have always found the entire staff pleasant and helpful. The pharmacy staff in particular are wonderful! My Rx expired and they offered (without my asking) to call my physician for a refill. They refilled it and I received a call that it was ready for pickup.

Its Pharmaceutical outlet, no big deal.

I get my medications here, they do take some time but it’s worth it. You will also find some good things in the store as well.

Never stocked, long lines, not enough ppl working.no shopping carts when you walk in, very few product carried, the parking lot is a nightmare. This is by far the WORST CVS. Its convenient to where I live but one day Ill stop being lazy and go to a store that deserves my patronage.

Staff are helpful and nice. CVS is still a good place to find essentials that you need but cant find elsewhere.

Medication never ready even remotely close to on time. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Forced to continue using this facility for years cause they are the only one close that carries my medications. Very unhappy customer.

The RX here is Terrible. Its always a hassle to get your scripts filled and the people who they generally have working have cotton in their ears and talk like they are chewing on a mouth full of marbles. We always use CVS to fill scripts and are thinking of changing to Walgreens even though it is a further trip just to avoid the constant hassle of coming here. Been coming here 9 months and have NEVER once had a positive experience.

We get robo calls constantly that a script is ready but no call when script is out of stock. Waste our time going to store and having to transfer to another store then wait for it to be ready

Rx was tripple the price of walgreens. Website only had store hours posted not actual pharmacy hours.

Decent store.i hate that sale prices posted is only if you have a cvs care card

Theres only ever 1 cashier and they constantly have a long line.
