I’m a local contractor that is growing, and needs more space for tools & material. I’m went into CubeSmart this afternoon. Jeff Hansen the manager greeted me at the counter. He set me up with a room that was perfect for me, and went over everything in fine detail. Jeff was definitely a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed with the establishment and the service!! Last weekend I went into cubesmart in a not so great mood, looking for assistance in choosing a unit. I was greeted with a friendly hello from Jeff Hansen. He gave me honest and helpful suggestions for picking the right unit. When I finally chose the unit he told me I was going to love it, and I did! It was perfect!👌 We took a tour of the place to my unit, he demonstrated how to use the elevator thing and even cracked a few jokes 😄. The property was very clean and well maintained! Even with my short interaction with Jeff, he managed to turn my mood around and made the experience a great one. 👏

The guys at that location where amazing. Friendly helpful. Though you could see things to take care of mice I never had one. When I removed my things it was all clean still.

It was very convenient for me. It was also very clean. The elevator was perfect because some things I had were heavy. If I ever need a storage space again, I would come back here again. The customer service guys are AWESOME.

I had to store my project vehicle at this location and the staff were all very friendly and polite. Just makes your day a lot better when people treat you nicely and that’s what Fred the manager, Chris a new hire, and Jeff all did. They were all practicing good social distances and are taking COVID-19 safety measures. I give them all five stars!!!

This place is excellent for small storage which I was looking for. My reason for saying that is because there is no elevator only stairs which I don’t have a problem with because I’m looking to store small things. Not looking to store any large furniture just simple things to create more space in my home. It’s very clean and they have great customer service. Jeff was a wonderful help at the front desk and was very pleasant.

Fred and Jeff were great to work with and made getting moved in quick an easy. They have a very professional and well run operation and facility. Great guys to work with and Id be happy to recommend to anyone who needs to store some stuff.

I was made to feel comfortable and trusted them to keep my stuff safe. The guys are really nice and friendly and it was a pleasure. Plus, I had my stuff there for 5yrs and never had an issue and the price was right for me.

My wife and I leased a storage for the first time and I cant recommend these 2 gentlemen enough. Im taking about Fred and Jeff.They answered all our questions and guided us with everything we needed. If we needed to see the storage one more time before we committed they didnt look bothered by that, and lead us again to see the storage and showed us other alternatives.I will use this particular store over and over every time I need a storage.

Jeff was very professional and explained everything in depth, which I appreciated. The office was well kept and the unit is perfect for our needs. Moving at this time right now is definitely scary, but Jeff was welcoming and very nice. Definitely would recommend.

The have Electricity outlets within storages, and Restrooms in the Premises.4. Situated, strategically on Arterial trunk Road, Bay Shore Road, Deerp park, Babylon Border.

I had a storage unit with this company for over two years. The staff at this location was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would have to say Fred is my favorite go to person whenever I have a question/problem. He is very kind, helpful and knows everything about cubesmart. I would definitely recommend this location.

Jeff and Fred were very helpful. I had to visit the unit multiple times, sometimes after 7pm, over the course of a year and a half to take things out or put other things in and place was always clean and motion lights were the best. Suggest one should keep a cart inside unit since I couldnt always find the one that the place supposedly keeps avail for moving items. Never found one stored by elevators.

I met with manager Jeff Hansen who was friendly, thorough, and most helpful. He explained everything and showed me the unit I am renting. The paperwork process was easy and everything was explained. Jeff demonstrates the keypad to enter the property. The grounds and storage unit was clean.

Needed to get a storage space quickly and easily. The team at CubeSmart in North Babylon made the process exactly what I needed, quick and easy. I was fully informed of all details without having to ask questions, I was not pressured to buy moving and storage items I did not need and their email reminders kept me on schedule during a time when keeping an eye on my schedule was chaotic. If you are looking for storage facilities, the North Babylon CubeSmart team should be your first call.

Very clean and super friendly and respectful staff, especially Fred the general manager. He was a great help and takes pride in what he does. HUGE difference from the last storage place I used. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because there is no elevator and my unit is on the 2nd floor. Either way the staff and cleanliness more than makes up for it. Thanks guys.

Outstanding service from JeffMy wife and I entered the North Babylon, NY location on Bayshore Road and needed to rent a storage unit. Upon entry an associate by the name of Jeff immediately welcomed us warmly and proceeded to professionally assist us through the process of renting a space. He walked us through the process and gladly showed us the unit and answered every question we had. Jeff simplified the whole experience and made us feel confident that we chose the correct company for our storage needs. After we finished up and shook hands, my wife and I left the front office thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. My wife is a customer service/ assistant store manager in a retail business with over 100 employees under her. She is professionally trained to know when good customer service is given and she was impressed with Jeff. A+ rating on the first day, and we look forward to utilizing our very clean storage space.

I had the privilege of dealing with Matt and Fred who were more than helpful. They were very honest and I never felt as if I was being pressured to upgrade and lease a larger than necessary unit. Although it was close to closing time (literally within minutes) they didnt mind and I never felt rushed- Matt even walked and showed me two different units located in two different buildings so that I am aware of the size and location etc.. Regarding the unit- very satisfied and it felt as if I had to enter past business hours it would be safe and my stored items are definitely secured due to lighting/cameras etc...Highly recommend this location.

Let me first start off by saying Fred the general manager is by far the best. Went way out of his way to help us. We wound up being delayed on our house closing needed a storage unit quickly. Beyond helpful with what size we needed and a great deal couldn’t be happier. Storage units and property extremely clean.We actually went back for another unit being we don’t know how to pack again Fred right away remembered us asked how move was going. Then got us in a second unit within minutes. Thank you Fred for all your help it is greatly appreciated. It was easy, Fred helped get what I needed and what was availible for me. And its close to my home which makes it better1/10/18 Im back. Just retired an have no space for all my tools.. the guys in the office today were very accommodating. And had a unit waiting .. 2 ND time in a couple of years great place and clean.

Friendly staff. I chose this place because I got more space for less money. No brainer. They offer a military discount and they have great gate hours (6am-10pm) daily. They also offer autopay which is so convenient.

Living in the area for more than 15 years I knew what this facility was like! Now with the new look and better customer service with Matt & Fred I am very pleased! My comfort with this storage facility is great and the warm welcome from them makes you want to stay and chat for hours. They are very professional and courteous. Ive been in other places and the staff were not joyful but this cubeSmart is friendly clean and the people knows what the WWF use to be back in the day! That works for me and this place .

I had to get into a larger storage shed immediately and Fred Russo the store manager was nice, friendly and went out of his way to accommodate my storage needs. I have been using this facility for five years..it is well-run.

My experience with this company is HORRIBLE! Their customer service is deplorable, every single person I encountered had an attitude & thats IF they choose to answer their phones or respond. Their hours of operation are inconvenient anybody who works late. Nothing compared to 24 hour spots and they tack on undisclosed fees at their leisure. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATED PAYEMENTS. Its all a scam!!! I just paid almost $500 just so I would be allowed to remove my stuff from the unit & go elsewhere. I will never recommend anybody to use them.
