Long lines, you’ll spend 30mins on the phone waiting for someone to answer and it’s the most disorganized CVS I’ve ever been to. Management or District managers needs to give these employees better support so they can actually organize the store.
I love cvs because the deals are great and they have many options and services..just ask there very friendly staff.yes I said oh my God the staff are super nice respectful and caring. Thats what I call the best service in over 50 years ...

The pharmacy leaves you waiting for an hour if you call, the supervisor is very rude, when trying to explain something to the supervisor they would cut you off abruptly and leave you on hold and also the supervisor screams at you. I do not recommend for anyone, plus I am not sure if that was the real supervisor, because a supervisor is supposed to be respectful because he is talking to patients who are suffering from pain and other illness

Terrible customer service. Impossible to talk to a real person on the phone. You just sit on hold forever until an automated message tells you to hang up or puts you in a menu that isn’t helpful. Even though the pharmacy hours show they’re open, nobody answers when you call. If I could give CVS negative stars I would. I wouldn’t go into this store to buy a pack of gum.
The People responsible for RX service are Not interested in helping out the Sick. I went twice for my medicines but they dont have it in stock..its a controlled medicine...they cant transfer to other CVS Branches...Till then I am in their Controll with Headache.

Has to be the worst and slowest CVS I’ve been to. Lack of customer service and very slow at the pharmacy line. Not even that busy to justify the wait times.
My favorite CVS to go, the lady with the tattoos at the register is so polite and friendly. she was able to help me with all my inquires. will definitely be coming back to this location.

This is a Wonderful Pharmacy. Ive been coming to this CVS for over 10 years and still am. I dont really have any issues, except for the Pharmacy slows down. However, it has everything that you need from Snacks and Nutritional supplements, and condoms.
The Pharmacist who’s picture on the wall if you were looking at the first woman on the left has some nasty people skills and should not be in business that you must work directly with the public if she is unable to develop human interaction skills. I called a couple of times yesterday regarding pain medication I had to get after having surgery. She had a nasty attitude from start to finish. She told me she was going to call me back in 10 mins while she calls my doctor and I received no call back. I called her back and again with the attitude like she just doesn’t like her job. Get a new one sweetheart don’t take it out on the costumers especially when they just told you they just got out of surgery being discharged from the hospital and is in pain. Show some compassion. The best part was today I spoke with my doctors assistant regarding my insurance and she told me she called the pharmacy and said they are some nasty people over there and it sucked to agree. With attitudes from start to finish. I’ve never had a problem with anybody I’ve spoken to there so I’m assuming she spoke with the same woman. This is very unfortunate to have someone so unhappy to represent the company. My darling if you can not work with people and be polite and utilize proper people skills, there are books out there you can read to help you. One of which is surprising called people skills. It’s either that or this just isn’t the field for you. The customers did not create your poor mood you allowed that attitude to walk in the door with you. Keep it at home or find a different line of work that doesn’t require Human interaction.
I was denied emergency contraceptive (Plan B) at this location. Both the pharmacy tech(male) and the pharmacist(male) told me that I need a prescription which is ridiculous because A. the item is on the shelves in a locked box not behind the pharmacy counter and B. its emergency contraceptive, meaning waiting to go the the doctor and get a prescription would defeat the point. I just went to the next CVS and got what I needed but I cant help but think what would happen to a young girl that doesnt know better, is scared to talk to her parents and might not have limitless transportation options. I think these men denied me contraceptive based on whatever their personal beliefs are and its ridiculous that this is still happening in 2020, in NY no less. I look very young but I am not, I am 34 and I have been married for 10 yrs and already have 2 kids. None of that should matter but again I would hate to think about what would happen to a younger woman/girl who might know better. This incident happened 1/4/20 at about 7:30 PM if CVS wants to investigate, though based on the service here I doubt that any proper protocols will occur.

Not a bad place, I guess is average when it comes to finding everyday stuff but never ever enough registers. Painfully slow lines and never ever ever any associate to help you with questions or find something.
Dont care for required memberships that sell out your personal info just so you can pay honest prices instead of marked up prices. Most CVSs in northern states have no public access restrooms for customers. Ill buy my water and snacks at different locations as I travel for work.
Upon calling today I was told my doctor denied a refill on my prescription, and after calling to ask the doctor why... They told me the pharmacy had never called because they document everything. This is not the first time Im dealing with this pharmacies irresponsibilities. They never give me correct information, its really a shame they run a pharmacy so terribly. Were talking about a persons well being her so I a effectively transferring everything to Walgreens, wish me luck!
Appauled to hear what happened today. My grandfather, at 84 years old, came into your store to try and get some pictures made using the photo center. He repeatedly came to ask for assistance from multiple employees telling him that he has no experience with the software and was struggling and having trouble, only to be told its a self service center sorry cant help you and just walked away. SHAME ON YOU. Another customer in the store THANKFULLY took the time out of her day to help him. Wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately not a choice.

I do not recommend this pharmacy the staff is very bad half an hour ago I arrived to pick up a medicine for my 2 year old daughter who is very bad and I told them that I needed a person who speaks Spanish. They didnt pay attention to me, I was waiting 15 minutes, I had to go look for her and tell her to attend to me, she told me aga line and when I had already been waiting, she did not care and she continued to answer calls on the phone, I had to come without the medicine because they never I was treated..
Terrible the attention of the self-service, the girl who speaks very poorly educated Spanish left me waiting half an hour in the car to attend me, she told me to look for my medicines in 10 minutes inside, when attending me she was rude, I asked her for my mothers medicine and she said that did not appear in the system when I did not even ask the data, left me with the word in his mouth and turned his back on me. If you dont like your job change. Im not going anymore but you will remain bitter very sad. Luck
