Beautiful arrangements, but the owner is extremely disrespectful. One sure way to lose business is to treat others poorly. I hope that shes able to see this review and acknowledges that there is room for improvement; beginning with how she speaks to others. Whether theyre a customer or someone providing a service - Youre never too important to be kind to others.

My friend was going through a hard time. I live too far away to deliver flowers. I called them and they were extremely helpful and professional. I dont do this often so I didnt really know what to do. They help me through the whole process from helping me figure out what to put on the card to helping me figure out what to send. I was able to tell them my price range and they put the bouquet together themselves. They were delivered the next day. I am very pleased with the flowers they chose for the occasion

This place is amazing! We lost my mom last year and I was trying to get flowers to my sister. I placed 2 orders one with FTD and one with 800flowers. They both canceled my order because they didnt have time to deliver where I needed. Petal to the Metal didnt even hesitate. Thank you so very much.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to someone in North Bend, OR and it was to our surprise that the flowers started wilting only after a day upon receiving. I called and spoke with the shop and they were absolutely AMAZING in how they addressed the situation, this was a very uncommon situation as they specialize in high quality and fresh flower arrangements. They made this situation right very promptly and are even sending my person a replacement! Professionalism and high-quality customer service like this is so rare and would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I shaved lived here almost my whole life. (Thats a long time.) Ha ha. I just found out about it. They said that they have been here 15yrs!It is one of the nicest flora shops I ever been in. Loaded with beautiful flowers & plants. I they dont have what your looking for they can get.Lot a different house plants. They also take the time to explain how to care for these plants. Also, they do all kinds of workshops, which, I will be going back for.Nicest people. I defiantly reccomed them for all your floral needs.

The ladies at Petal to the Metal are AWESOME !!!! they are skilled and so helpful. I was making a wedding arch for my daughters wedding and they were kind enough to allow me to come in they taught me how to install the oasis and flowers.They even let me bring the arch into the store so I could get hands on experience. I asked to have a small bouquet of flowers delivered to the Tin Thistle cafe for my mom.They brought over a lovely arangment with blue thistles! Perfect.The vase was very unique as well.

Petal to the Metal Flowers is a great flower boutique. They have the most beautiful flower arrangements. Also the staff are all wonderful and kind. I needed flower leis for my loved ones graduation and even though I called late MarySue and Robin were able to help!! They provided great recommendations and helped me to get what I needed and more. Robin also took the time to show and teach me some cultural and spiritual aspects of what it means to give a lei to another and how to properly do so. For future floral arrangements I will be going to Petal to the Metal Flowers.
