This place really blew me away, what a gem of a professional outfit these folks have going. I went in to have a hoodie customized, with some embroidery type alterations, and they knocked it out of the park. They lifted my archaic expectations away from the 1990s, and provided me with an awesome final product that will make a fine gift, and even gave me a tour of their company. Outstanding job. Ill absolutely be back, in addition to referring others.

The embroidery on our polos came out great - especially considering the fineness of detail in our logo. This shop does great work in a timely manner!

I dropped off some product to BNT Promotional Products asking to have our logo embroidered. After not hearing a word about my product for a week, I called to check in on the process. BNT said that my product would be done before the end of the week. After that week ended, I did not hear any word about my product. I reached out again and finally got my product embroidered. When I received my product, the stitching was massive compared to what I had asked for. Now I have to purchase replacements. Im very frustrated about the lack of communication and the quality of their service. I would not recommend.

They are great. Made a couple custom stickers for me. Super helpful, will definitely be doing business with them again.

Very, very poor customer service! I had stripes put on my car, waited for them to work on car, what shouldve been a 3 to 5 hour job was 8.5 hours. I was waiting by shopping, sites, all day they never once called on why it was taking longer than usual. It was like my time meant nothing. To setup an appointment was a nightmare. The whole experience was awful and unprofessional! One star is to many stars!

Pretty awful and inconsistent with calling you back after an inquiry. They lost out on hundreds of dollars in business since I never heard back after the employee said you will hear back from me before the end of the day.
