I had the best experience today! I came in for a nail in my tire and was greeted with respect and efficiency. It was a bit of a wait, but that was only because of how busy they were. I feel like my car was taken care of in a decent amount of time regardless. Not only that, but they patched my tire and filled the others equally at no charge. Nothing! I dont know why they did this, but I was in the midst of having one of the worst weeks and this kind gesture made things just a little bit better. :)

These guys are literally life savers! We were passing through town with still 100 miles to go and found a nail in our tire. Great service, had screw in rear truck tire and they repair it in under 30 minutes just before their closing time. Had brake work done on another truck 2 months ago and will be buying tires soon. Friendly service, good prices, this is the place to go to.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I took my car in today and I knew I needed new break pads. I told them it was making a noise when I break, needs new break pads and I wanted it all checked out. They did none of that. I haven’t gotten my break pads since I got my car 2 years ago and I put 40k miles on the existing break pads but they told me my breaks are still good and I don’t need new breaks. I immediately drove over to Honda World and I got a call back within 20 minutes saying I definitely need new breaks, it was metal to metal. It also needed a new rotor. It’s a good thing I didn’t believe Les Schwab when they said my breaks were still good since I drive to and from Bandon every day so it would have been really bad if my breaks fully went out. Luckily I brought it to Honda World and they squeezed me in right before the end of the day.

While at the coast to get away from the smoke and heat inland we discovered that our tie rods both needed replacing and the front tires along with a wheel alignment. Kevin was awesome in the work done and explaining what the problems were. We were out of towners and they did NOT take advantage of us. Thank you!

I live in Keizer, Oregon and make frequent trips to Coos Bay to visit my mom. I discovered a screw in my tire while I was in NB on Monday. I was close to North Bend Les Schwab and as I pulled up I noticed they were incredibly busy. Upon entry, . I was quickly greeted by an employee and my tire was fixed/replaced within an hour. Better yet, no charge! What a relief! Thank you very much. Exceeded my expectations for sure! 5 stars all the way around!

The lady who works up front needs some customer service training. She ordered my tires told me they were gonna take a week to arrive when I called about them they couldnt find my order I was told I would be called back after a few minutes to explain whats going on. After over an hour I called back the lady was very rude and insinuated me calling back is preventing her from looking into it. I still have not received a call back. So she literally lies to customers and provide zero explanation, while taking zero responsibility for the problem, and putting forth zero effort to solve the problem. This employee needs replaced by someone who wants to work in customer service!

A bunch of workers it seemed and not busy whats so ever. Took them over an hour to patch a small nail whole.

I was getting ready to drive to Phoenix when I realized I had a nail in my tire. Drove down to Les at closing and they were able to get me in. The wait was a bit long, but I walked over to Perrys and just hung out. When tire was fixed, the very friendly tech said no charge. What!? I was a bit dumbfounded! What great customer service!! Les got my business from now on!

Why have a warranty on tires if they it doesnt cover 100% when the tires need replacement before the warranty expires? This will be the 2nd time that my tires needed replacement and Im only getting 32$ credit for each one? Not good

Great service you get an estimate on the cost and it is never far from reality. Their free of charge service checks keep you safe in traffic and everything counts when it comes to safety. Doesnt spoil the experience that free coffee and popcorn is available as well as mobile charger for those that need it.

What can I say about Les Schwab other than every experience I have had with them has been above and beyond. Thry have driven out to me and put air in my tire so i could make it to a safe location and get it fixed. They have done exactly what I have asked and never over charged me and every time they make me feel like they want my business. Excellent business in my opinion and they have taken very good care of me and my family for the last 23 years.

Every time I have taken something there they try to force an upsale on you. Not just trying to sale you a better product but actually lying about things that they say need replaced. I probably wouldnt even go there if we had better options in our town. The people there are nice and Im sure they are told to encourage selling you parts you dont. But I still feel its like trying to steal from me. Shame on you Les Schwab

While traveling up the coast our car got a flat tire. We took it here to get the hole patched. While waiting to pay the tire tech stated that there would be no charge. No only did they fix the flat, they put the tire back on the car and put away the jack. Humans being!! ❤️ Thank you for the kindness!! 🙏

Ive been here multiple times with 2 different vehicles. The service is always competent and accommodating, not to mention the staff are always friendly. They do get busy, but you cant fault them for that. Just make sure you have plenty of time to get the job done when you head in. Ive never had a tire change/rotation take more than 1 hour. Really like this place and their payment services.

Les Schwab is the only tire source I have used for over 10 years. Every single shop we have visited has had excellent associates. They have all been friendly and attentive to my familys needs no matter what type of vehicle we have been driving. The North Bend OR shop is the one we use currently. It is easy to setup an account with them and, if you pay the bill on time for 6+ months, they are quite willing to up your credit limit. They will check your tire pressure anytime and do a pre-trip safety check of your vehicle even if you have not bought tires from them.

After multiple trips, loads of cash, and many many hours, my car is still making a crazy sound, and it never made that sound before I took it into Les Schwab. I may actually have to take it back in there again...though its hard to schedule another whole day to spend waiting for my car. And Im not really confident that they will do a good job. I was sure that Les Schwab was the right choice for me to get professional service and reliable workmanship, but now I have major reservations about them. I am travelling alone, and am terrified that my wheels are just going to fly off due to the careless workmanship and total lack of competency of this company.

The best tire center anywhere. We are from Arizona. Spend 5 months in Oregon every year as Volunteer hosts with Oregon State Parks. Love it here ! The few times I had tire issues up here, Les Schwab jumped at the opportunity to be of service, no matter where I was located. Go to Les Schwab for all your tires and brake needs.

My go to place for tires. Knowledgeable, friendly people and great service. They check your car out and let you know if there is an issue. They found a problem with a different tire than the flat that I came in for. I also enjoy the popcorn in the waiting area.

Id like to give a shout-out to Brandon and his crew at Les Schwab in North Bend. Our brake caliper bolt fell out, yes! Fell out. The poor crew stayed over and hour to get it fixed for us so we could get home. Very nice guys.

The quality of service has gone way down. They take for ever and have no sense of urgency. It has gone down hill since old Les died. I miss Al the old manager. They even take their sweet time fixing their screw ups. The Coos Bay shop is way better.Its less than 50% that someone will greet me before I make it to the front desk. 10 years ago it was 100% that someone would run up ass I get out of my rig

Okay staff. I go to the Coos Bay Les Schwab because each time I have gone to the NB one, the waiting time was over 4 hours. It was not busy on any of the occasions and I only needed a tire patch. The CB one is much faster.

Purchased brand new tires for my truck and they put 80 PSI in every tire. My truck drove so dangerously down the freeway I thought for sure I would wreck. I pulled into a Les Schwab outside of Wilsonville and they were absolutely shocked that someone that works for their company at a different location would do something so stupid and dangerous. The dropped all the tires to the recommended 65 PSI. The truck drove perfectly after they fixed the dangerous situation. I will never buy anything from Les Schwab again and I am returning the tires for a refund because they have been damaged by the amount of air placed in each tire. This store has uneducated staff with no business working on tires. Les Schwab should fire the entire store and bring in a fully trained staff to get their reputation back.

Well for safe travels that is were you go if you can make the bill. But aint nobodys life worth taking a risk in shoddy workmanship! They are the best at what they do!

I waited 3 hours for 4 tires to be changed out. I drove 45 minutes and called prior to see if they had these tires in stock, they said yes they did have them. Turns out they did not have them in Stock and had to drive all the way out to coos bay for 1 tire. I am very disappointed in the service they offered. Not to mention Josh the manager comes out and gives me a different paper saying it was $347.76. I told him no it was $297.12 showed him my print out. So I am sure he tried selling me different tires to make a quick buck.

I am sorry but I have been to Shawbs here out of town and out of State, small towns and big towns an this was the longest time I have had to wait to get a tire fixed. 1hr and 15 min. ? The guys are great but the wait time not so great.

Went in for a flat repair. Very thorough job. They checked air pressure in all tires and confirmed my suspicion that I need a brake job.

Took good care of my Rav when putting it on the lift, they did a tire rotation as well, they were fast friendly & fully explained what they found, they toldme i needed no brakes - i also had my brakes look @ by the dealershipthat rhymes with mytotta, they charged like $50.00 to put it on the lift & look it over, said you need brakes in the next 3 to 4 thousand miles, i was going to ask for a refund, but would rather tell folks about Les Schwab, & how they would do well to go there. i like the fact they arenot just on the side of the road to part people from money - an honestplace of business is always a pleasure, even if i have to give up the cashI dont mind if i know its for real - old ma mike

Went in early 2018 to replace a set of tires on my daughters Chevy M as a Birthday gift. Got quoted 4 Toyo tires just short of $1100. As Im waiting, I think that price seems a bit high, so I text my mom knowing she just had tires on her Prius changed out a cpl weeks before. She proceeds to tell me hers were $799 at Schwab in Coquille. Do u rem the brand?, I ask; Yes, she says, they were Toyos.... I get home & flip thru Consmr Rprts & I cant even find a standard car Tire selling at near $300 a pop. Been a LS customer for about 30 years, Im at a loss to explain the experience, but I wont be going back to the North Bend store.
