Bought a pair of SKETCHERS today. Your Sales person, Forest, was able to guide me through 5 or 6 different models and explain the different features each model offered. Very impressed with his in depth knowledge of the product he sells!

There arent many places to buy sporting gear in Coos County. Some folks travel over 1.5 hours to get their multiple kids gear for all sports at this one store. You cant let customers use your bathroom? -2 stars for being inconsiderate to basic human needs.

Web site says they are open at 9:30am. As you can see, they arent open. The door sign says they open at 10am. I wasted 30 minutes waiting for 9:30 to come and now I must wait 30 more. 😧😠

Smaller then most I been to, but its clean and very helpful employees.

I love this place and clothes, sport shoes and equipment.I recommended Tether Ball Equipment! It is fun for all families. Easy set up, too. Walmart had one for us!

Even though the store didnt have my size in the shoe I wanted, the young man who was helping me refused to stop looking for another shoe that I would like. After quite a few attempts, I very kindly thanked him and said that it was ok, but that we needed to go. He was so helpful and polite and respectful to me. I left the store feeling good even though I wasnt able to find what I wanted. Thank you Michael.

I called On Monday 4-13-20 and asked about trampolines the big ones and they didnt have then in stock and informed me they would get some in on the truck coming in the morning. I asked if I could hold one they said no. We went to the store the next day and they had been holding them for customers calling in since 6am. Really WHY couldnt I hold one!!! Thanks I will never shop here again and make damn sure no one I know or love will!!!!!

This store is always clean and full. Its fairly hard to navigate through due to the amount of products made to fit into this small location. The shoe lady was super helpful and Ill be going back to get her help. Now they carry alot of NFL gear and new era products

Went in looking for an inflatable camping pillow. A very nice young man showed me exactly what I was looking for. Store is neat, clean and full of items. The clerk and cashier were both very courteous.

Good prices. Great selection. Shoes, compression shirts, camping, rifles too much to list. They sell shoes size 13 and larger.

Purchased some running shoes here, steve one of the floor managers was very helpful + the price was right, on sale for 20% below retail .The cashier/ manager was very nice [ i believe genuinely ].

Nice people, and even after the Christmas season being done there was a size 14 slippers for my huge feet.

The return policy on shows is greatI have funky feet and never know if shoes will work until I walk a few miles in them.I could bring them back for up to 30 days, even if I wore them.Unlike the big outlet type store that rhymes with toss. If you wear shoes even for 10 steps outside and there is diet anywhere, they will not take them back.

I went specifically for shoes. I didnt find tennis shoes that I really liked and no one offered to help me. They did have a large selection of shoes on clearance so I settled for a $15 pair that were good enough for now but I will have to get more comfortable ones elsewhere.

I bought three Kayaks this week from Big 5 sporting goods in North Bend Oregon.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Only real complaint is we ended up buying a cot we didnt want because we were told it was the same as the other.
