Oh my heavens this place is fabulous! If you want your taste buds to dance for your coffee experience then you have to stop here.We got coffees and breakfast bagels. The bagels are soft and the meats we each chose were cooked to perfection along with an over hard egg. You pick your meat, veggie, sauce and cheese. The Chai Tea is by far the best I have ever had. The customer service was wonderful. Top Dog is absolutely fabulous and worth every penny. Thank for a great breakfast!

Nice breakfast to go! I got the bagel and lox and it was so good I got it two days in a row! They serve lunch all day too! Very friendly staff and gave the pups in the back treats. Definitely will be coming back next time Im in the area!

Okay Beth not sure if youre going to remember me Well it was from today. Im the girl that asked what lox was, And then you made me a jalapeno cream cheese lox bagel and a 32 oz Reeses two extra shots drink. Oh my goodness lady it is amazing that is my all-time favorite drink and it will be my regular from now on, and this bagel is literally to die for, The flavors are so perfect together and the amounts of ingredients that you used are perfect to the T! It will also be my regular. Thank you so much I appreciate what you do and I will see you again. You guys are amazing!!!

I have been to this coffee house twice first invited by a friend and then came with the same friend coffee is good I had a tea and the bagel sandwiches are excellent.

The way they represent themselves on social media and regarding customer complaints and reviews is beyond petty, childish and unproffesional. I get being upset and people not wanting masks, but, because somebody is unhappy with that requirement, doesn’t mean they need social media berratment and 13 year old girl like snark. It’s just unproffesional, dramatic and makes me not want to give my business to them. I’m pro mask. So it isn’t about that. It’s about public facing representation. No good business would reply with snark and “we hope we never see you again poor me poor me these times are hard so you can’t have an opinion” like...? Ridiculous. Then the employees are on Facebook are going and making excuses for poor representation. This looks bad to more people than it “impresses” especially in a small town where word spreads, fast. It’s almost attention seeking

I seen an older review of a customer biting into a moldy bagel and the manager was blaming the mold on safeways error but thats funny because I can see perfectly clear that Safeway always has dates on all their bagel packaging. When it was baked and when they are no good. I always buy their bagels, when its past that date I know to throw it away.no complaints with mold.

This is a great little place. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The drinks are lovely and we had the most delicious sandwiches there. The ciabatta rolls tasted like they just came out of the oven and the Turkey was real turkey, not deli meat. Highly recommended.

I really love top dog because they have really interesting and tasty cold drinks like the snickers and a twix. Their sandwiches are delicious and I love the staff they are wonderful. I 100% recommend Top dog espresso

Incredible breakfast bagels.

Good coffee, slight bit of a wait to get my order but sitting area inside was well spaced to support social distancing and they were enforcing masks which made me super happy. I would recommend Top Dog Coffee in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Found this place while visiting from Boston. Great little place for coffee and breakfast sandwiches! Staff is super friendly. If I lived here, Id make this one of my regular stops.

The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. Both of the people who came to the window obviously love their job, and are great at it. The coffee they recommended was delicious, though very sweet. Their smoothies taste absolutely wonderful, though its too sweet to be a healthy option. In summary, the service was excellent, and if youre looking for good tasting coffee, youve come to the right place!

We had the best experience here! My husband said it was the best bagel he’s ever eaten. With super affordable prices. They have gluten free alternatives and they have vegan chili! We will defiantly be coming here again!

Fast and good service. If you like a bolder espresso, order an extra shot as it is mild tasting. Great space - large and comfortable. Great place to meet or bring your laptop. I will be back, forsure.

Wowzers!! Have you seen their bagel? This is all that was left of mine, BAHHHH ‍ended up gobbling that (+bacon) down too! BEST bagel ever!! Went there to support them BECAUSE they support MOPS at Shoreline Community Church. I was blown away by the customer service, THEN came the bagel. Ugh! Painfully delicious! Best I have ever had! So delicious! House coffee, nothing else needed!

Unique cafe with delicious pastries and build your own bagel sandwiches. Kid friendly. Comfortable chairs and sofa for the unhurried patron. Not open for dinner. Owner hosts group activities, lectures, seminars. Spacious lobby and drive through.

My husband and I were in town for our honeymoon and had just gotten done at the spa. We had gone to another coffee place earlier where I was unhappy with the oatmeal I had ordered. Top Dog was super easy to get to, very clean, and the girl that took my order was very nice. Loved the options of making your own bagel breakfast sandwich. Was very happily satisfied with my visit!

Best coffee shop in town! They have the best selection of syrups to make any drink you can think of. The staff are always in a great mood and make you feel right at home. There isnt a single thing on their menus that I dont like. They take breakfast sandwiches to an amazing level!

Our first visit was not a particularly good one. Espresso machine was down. We had regular house coffee but you arent allowed to prepare it yourself with milk and sugar so it was awful with waay too much milk. The BLT bagel sandwich was good but overpriced and took quite a long time even though not very busy. We felt their food was overpriced for what you receive. Its a decent place but not going to be one we visit much.*edit* Thank you for your response. We will def give it another try. As far as not being able to have access to cream and sugar for coffee, yours is the first place we have had that happen. Most every other coffee shop or place has cream and sugar out for their customers so its what we are used to. Its much easier doing it yourself then trying to explain to someone else :) Thanks again!

I called ahead for a carry-out order. The Cranberry Cobbler sandwich was delicious, and it came with a generous side of macaroni salad, Sun chips, and a cookie! The shop has ample parking outside, and well spaced tables inside. The staff is welcoming and engaging. Very nice lunch spot!

Ordered a turkey cranberry sandwich. The turkey was low quality lunch meat. Also, the server wouldnt let me tip with my card because they dont get those tips. Its illegal for an employee to withhold workers tips. Do not patronize this company.

PHENOMENAL sandwiches, excellent coffee, friendly staff. The companys kindness extends to the less fortunate in our midst; they provide coffee/meals for the homeless at no charge. Id seen the posts about this previously, but on our last visit I saw it for myself. Please support this fantasic local business...whether it be for their excellent products/service or for their heart. Either way they welcome every customer who walks through their door, whether or not they are able to pay at the moment. All the likes and favorable comments in the world will not make their generosity sustainable unless those of us who are able, spend our hard earned dollars at their establishment...Coos County (and the world at large) needs more businesses like Top Dog.

Love the personal touch the owner and employees put into their service. They always go out of their way to make me feel appreciated...more importantly than that, the coffee is always great! I reccomend their own house made cold brew. I will probably sound ridiculous but I love that they actually spread the cream cheese on the toasted bagel for you! They do such a good job, I have never been a fan of paying for a bagel and cream cheese and getting one individual, cold, hard to spread packet of cream cheese 😟. Top Dawg does it right! They also offer other delicious food options.

Im an extreme breakfast sandwich snob. Top Dogs was the best one Ive had in a long, long time. Loved all the customization options and the bagel it came on was as good as we can get on the West Coast.The coffee was solid and got the job done on the 4-hour drive back to Portland from Bandon.I was skeptical, but this place is well worth a 5-minute detour off of 101 if you need a pick-me-up on your drive home.

Great place!! It has the best espresso milkshake with cookies and cream flavor. I also ordered two BLT sandwiches that were wonderful.

Hands down- the best coffee in the area.They use Cafeto, a roaster out of Eugene and make their lattes to perfection. Good assortment of food too for lunch or breakfast!

Excellent coffee, expertly made in all sizes. So offer the ratios on the larger sizes are off, and these were both spot on and excellently flavored without being over-flavored (we all got mocha variants)Our favorite coffee in the area for sure, with a nice open atmosphere, kids play corner, and excellent smelling sandwiches (wed already had breakfast...will have to come back!)

Top Dog has the best coffee in Coos Bay/ North Bend. The blended chocolate covered cherry, pink lady(raspberry!), or Twix are just some of my favorite coffees to get. Shannon runs a friendly and welcoming business. You wont regret stopping by.

Only been twice but always amazing service. The first time, the owner filled up my daughters sippy cup with milk for free. There is a large area for the kids to play with many toys and even a seating area just for children.

Amazing! Everything is so fresh. I find it difficult to find chai tea thats not sickly sweet. These guys do an excellent chai, not to sweet and a nice balance of spices.

My favorite chai in town

Went in about 7 AM because it was the only place open. I ordered the bagel breakfast sandwich. Got about halfway to work, which was about halfway through the sandwich, before I realized the bagel was moldy. Grosses thing EVER! Certainly will never go back.
