The staff is always so helpful!! They even ask you about coupons, when sale dates stop and start, and whether or not you should purchase a particular item or not. Very friendly too!! 😀

Their sale items were all over the place and you couldnt tell what was 50% or 60% off. The staff was helpful figuring out what discount went to what, and they helped me use my coupons!

They never restock items. I had been going in there for a year to find 3 different colors of DMC thread and they have not had those colors in a year. I have been working on a giant project and finally came down to those colors. I asked the manager why the colors had never been restocked. She said the warehouse sends them what they think the store needs. Gave up and ordered them from another company. I will not go back.

Absolutely love this store. Im originally from Sacramento California and my JoAnns doesnt have anywhere near the options this one does. Im very happy to have this as an option to me in my retirement years.

When you go to a craft store, expect to pay a little more (usually). Its not Walmart. Their selection is great and they always have great sales. The associates have always been nice and helpful, even when busy. They will even help you find coupons to save more money! I went in there today and not only got some helpful DIY tips, but they helped me save over $60 and I only spent $50! Highly recommend shopping here for all your projects, even on a budget.

Normally I would say I totally love Jo-Anns Fabrics. the gallivant cut my fabric was just amazingly nice patient with me if I change my mind on something and great. When I checked out though I thought there was another coupon for at least $5 off and Big Al said no that was something else and come to find out I could have saved another $15 with the coupon because I bought $90 worth of stuff Im actually pretty annoyed about the whole experience today knowing that I could have saved more money Im on Social Security and this was a big deal to me I drove 139 miles to get there

There is a lot to choose from but way over-priced.

You pay a little extra but you get a lot more options. If youre doing school or home arts/crafts or any sewing/knitting/crocheting then this is the place to go. Love their holiday stock as well.

Store was nice and full in most areas. Tight aisles make it hard to navigate throughout the store. Associate seemed semi willing to help me. More focused on the job at hand then the needs of the customer. Store was very quiet so no line to wait in.

Went in to check on heavy sewing machines for upholstery work. Linda and Lillian were fantastic. Gave us a lot of information. And they actually knew their product. I need hobby stuff thats the place to go.

Went in a found some things to purchase... Needed restroom and asked if I could use theirs... Nope... Have to use public restroom across the mall. Not to far but it was out of order. Did not return to buy the things I had picked to purchase and I will not be returning again... There are other places that value their customers....

Very convenient to actually have this in town. I am able to find quality or quality-bargain art or crafting supplies without having to be at a Walmart or pay the higher prices of high end stores. Very helpful staff where one in particular was able to suggest to me a product which has now become my favorite medium to work in. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and helpful. Shout out though to the colorful haired girl, she knows her stuff. I usually leave with more ideas than I came in with. Thats a good thing. For a lifetime artist who has spent a thousand hours in art supply stores, I give this store two thumbs in two easels up ;)

I love the products at Joannes. They carry many art and craft supplies that are impossible to find anywhere else in town. But, theyve got a long way to go when it comes to customer service and their prices. Despite their frequent & high percentage coupons & sales, its very difficult to find anything affordable for the everyday person. I also have yet to find them offering many, if any, local workshops utilizing the products they sell (which may also be limited due to locals inability to afford them- not sure). More often than not, if I ask for assistance with locating or understanding how to use a particular item, the service i receive is less than friendly and rarely helpful. Thats putting it nicely. However, I continue shopping there as they carry items I require, but cant get anywhere else locally.

I work at a flower shop, and if we need something in a pinch, Joann Fabrics usually has it. I also sew, and have bought Fabrics there also. They have a nice selection of everything.
