I purchased a beautiful unique pendant from this store 3 weeks ago, after a few days I noticed that while I loved the pendant the chain was a little too short for my comfort. I called the store and spoke to the same woman who sold me the pendant. She was very sweet and said to bring it back and they would help me find something else. It took me a couple of weeks to get back, I encountered a very nice young man who went to the back and confirmed she did remember our conversation. That young man kjndly brought out almost every single chain they had until we found one I liked, PROBLEM it was attached to another pendant. They switched the chains and made me an incredibly fair deal for the diffrence (it was a larger better quality chain with a significant weight difference). This was one of the best customer service I have recieved shopping ANYWHERE. They went above and beyond with great customer service first and second time. World Pawn Exchange has a great variety of guns, movies, and jewelry... everything a girl needs. They also have great customer service, a rarity at times these days.

I had a idea while driving past your guys place. When I saw Vader out front, a funny idea popped into my head. What if you put a face mask on him and have a little sign next to him that says, Covering your cough and washing your hands keeps you strong in the Force. I know it seems like a goofy idea but maybe spreading awareness of whats going on right now in that way. May just help connect with some people and encourage them to just be better at staying healthy.

These guys and one girl are great!!! Always very courteous and professional and they go out of their way to make a deal go smooth. I have bought, sold and pawned with them and have never been dissatisfied. The selection of items is very diverse. Great place of business!

When I first reached out to Steven at World Pawn Exchange, I had inherited a large estate of gold, silver, and plated jewelry. I was unsure what I had and what to do with it. I am disgusted and horribly unsatisfied with world pawn I will NEVER EVER return to this store again the so called employees are very very rude and I mean very rude and disrespectful to both me and my husband for no reason what so ever this store should not have the employees they do have I would never treat my customers the way they did uncalled for yelling at us as we walked out the door so for that i will make it known what happened today was not right in so many levels

If you are considering a watch and in particular the Seiko brand, pls. check them out. I live just outside of Boston and have bought several great Seiko dive watches from them. They are an an Authorized Distributor for Seiko and offer full Seiko warranties on new watches. Steve has also bought some watches from me and their prices were very fair. Great people!

Probably the best spot around to walk in on a Saturday afternoon and adopt a few used firearms. So far, the folks working have been more than happy to indulge me while I pick through the older rifles and shotguns, until I settle on which one(s) I’ll take home that trip. Prices are generally fair, and a good selection of stuff to choose from.

So far good service when I came in a few days ago. There were a few customers being helped, when I decided I wanted to look at something in the case, but I was a bit hesitant to ask for assistance from one of the guys at the gun counter because I didnt want to take them away from helping someone else and not have their eyes watching other customers. Otherwise, I had a pleasant visit, and hopefully Ill have pleasant visits in the future (if my brain isnt going faster than the rest of me)

World Pawn sold us a computer that was completely broken so I called them up to ask if they would take it as a return and I got a very monotone representative stating all sales are final, even if the item is broken. If you want a place that will sell you broken items that you can’t use and are unhappy with, go here! If you want something that works, go somewhere else!

Went down to sell something. They told me they go by Ebay prices and offered me 40 dollars. After doing some research on ebay the items were selling for 150 to 200 dollars. Do not go here they will RIP you off!

I have had a number of dealings with World Pawn, both buying and selling, and have always found the staff friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. They have much, much more stuff than just what you see in the display cases. Its almost like what you see on display in the store, is just a sample of what they have in their safes and storerooms. If you dont see what you want, all you have to do is ask - they will probably have ten of them!

Out of gas ....was told by them twice they take and dont take name brand named things. I have brand new tablet with Windows 10 they wont take to pawn not sell. And black and Decker drill also new and they wont take. In person they were not friendly but were over phone. VERY DISSATISFIED only wanted to pawn not sell and they wouldnt help......when going into the store yesterday we were treated as if ladies should not be pawning things our drill was not even took out of the bag and looked at. Nor was the laptop ....the tone of voice was not very welcoming upon leaving store almost condensending.

Ive never had any problems. They have always been polite and very helpful. Never had any issues with my loans. My wife loves their jewlery selection.

This place isnt very good and if you have a $2000 item its worth 100 to them.. apparently they do buy stolen goods as tweaker that sold to them said he stole the products

I drive all the way in from eugene (2 hours away) on a Saturday to spend $900 cash on an item, and theyre closed for the Memorial Day weekend. No where on their website does it say theyll be closed, even though it says they will be closed on Easter, to me that means someone is staying on top of their holiday business hours, at least on their website. I called and got their answering machine that only gives the hours, and doesnt mention anything about being closed, I figured they were busy or just dont answer their phones (it happens). Taking this money and spending it elsewhere.
