I understand closing because of the pandemic. But we purchased a year of batteries, supplies and visits. This was somewhere in the neighborhood of 170.00.Then the came the shut down Then the reopening. Except our branch never came back. I managed to get my dad one small pack of batteries in the mail from them. Finally we got the word that our branch would not be reopening and we could schedule appointments and pick up supplies at their other locations. My dad is 93 that is just too long of a drive for him. Fine we will find someone local, NOPE turns out they sold us 7,000.00 dollars worth of proprietary hearing aids that only they can work on. So we have been screwed out of our year of batteries, supplies, cleanings, and exams AND we cannot get his hearing aids adjusted unless we drive 2 hours one way. These hearing aids are around 3 years old.We are getting reminders to make appointments and the link in the email to the website still goes to the North Bend location. What a rip off.....No apologies no refunds nothing but cheery we are here for you emails. NO no you are not. Then they send me an email asking for a review!Dont poke the bear
My moderate hearing loss is in the upper ranges; so I expected understanding of conversations to be the main benefit of these new hearing aids (Starkey Livio 1600). How wrong I was. Am now hearing sounds that are so amazing and were there all the time; but were lost to me. Previously the creek could only be heard from the deck when it was near flood stage. Now its happy voice is clear and bright even in this low-water season. Of course all the birds that Id missed hearing are out there singing their spring choruses; and the beauty of their languages and even the locations of the individual birds are now distinct. The lost sound of the hemlock branches swishing like waves in the wind has returned with thousands more voices of nature so sorely missed. Am actually discovering sounds I never knew existed such as the way the maple leaves talk in the slightest breeze. Oh so much to learn, so much to appreciate. Just delightful. Thank you, Willoughby Hearing.
Im so Impressed!!!!My husband and I showed up to our appointment early and while we were waiting another patient came in and Ellen Norris the secretary greeted him with a smile and asked what she could do for him, he had a hearing aid that wasnt working so she took the hearing aid back and worked on it herself and was able to get it working . Louis Christensen was with another patient, and I was impressed with her ability to do that along with her regular duties. She always has a smile and a greeting with any one the comes through the door.
The folks at Willoughby Hearing are so kind. My dad is extremely hard of hearing and they have helped him so much. We cannot say enough about their service.
I saw an add for a free hearing test and they called to schedule an appointment. I came in and Ellen was so awesome getting me started and Louis showed me that my hearing could be corrected with a little help. I got to hear for the first time in a very long time out of my right ear. It brought tears to me to know what I had been missing. We did ear molds and ordered my new hearing aids. I have had them for two weeks now and am very happy. Thank you all so much
Debra Wilbur, Im out of state, broke my hearing aid in half, havent been able to hear in three days. Louis is getting Angel wings. I have a different design with my hearing aid, this gentleman took care of it immediately, and he had customers in store, but I believe he saw how upset I was and made it possible for me to hear again. My family thanks you, my neighbors thank you. My vacation is back on and will tell Everyone how kind and knowledgeable you are. Thank you for caring, and lady in front was sweet Also.
Willoughby Hearing and Ellen Norris in particular are awesome. For a yearplus I have been having trouble with a pair of hearing aids, had been back for repair and still not working right, Ellen got to the company and they are now sending a new pair which I am sure will take care of the problem. Thanks again to Ellen and the entire staff at Willoughby Hearing in North Bend for there great service.
My husband stopped in at the office last week with a hearing aid not working. The woman, sorry didn’t get her name, was able to clear the clog in the aid quickly & sent my husband home with some little brushes to clean the hearing aid. No charge, just lovely service. thank you.
I have been dealing with Luis for several years and he has been very helpful, thorough and accommodating in helping me obtain hearing aids. The staff is also knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous.
The receptionist Ellen was very kind and attentive to my needs and did her best to assist me. Excellent service.
Excellent customer service, very friendly staff. Theyre eager to help you here. Would highly recommend.
I have been going to Willoughby Hearing for quit some time, and I would not go anywhere else, the staff are above board, and they have met all my needs.
The audiologist and receptionist are extremely nice people which puts you off guard. They completely took advantage of us and sold us on stupid expensive $4000 hearing aids by exaggerating my husbands hearing loss and, god forbid, possible brain deterioration due to hearing loss. SCAMMERS! Do not go anywhere near this place or you will believe that Alzheimer’s is inevitable if you don’t secure a loan to buy hearing aids worth $8000 for a super special price of $4000. PS, he doesn’t wear the hearing aids 90% of the time.
Good, professional service. Kind staff.
Great staff an amazing experience
No problem
