This compagny is disgusting basura supporters. I let my uncle slept in my car while i went to the store, it took me 10 minutes maximum and than when i cameback i saw the car was towed and gone, they event let my uncle asleep in the vehicle while towing it. My car was also in perfect top condition, this is how it was when i try to pick it up back, nothing to do + the compagny is charging me a $600 overnight fee? If i could put 0 star, i would.

Exceptional towing service! could not be more pleased seeing my Tesla model 3 premium package roll away! The tow truck driver even took care of a rowdy bystander who was screaming about his investments thank you for the service! shouttout to the el-dono !

The owner damaged my brand new tesla and stole my airpods. Then I couldnt go visit my sick nephew Ramy in the hospital. I value a piece of trash more than I value his life. Basura!!

Contrary to what others have said, I had more than a pleasant experience with Top Gun Auto. My car was safely towed in dangerous weather, it was blizzard! I would highly recommend Top Gun Auto for any auto body and towing needs. They responded swiftly and were efficient. What more could one want!

I brought my GMC truck for an estimate on damage to the cab and the owner immediately offered to help. Not only did they have my truck fixed on time but they did a great job! I would recommend the body shop to anyone looking for great service and quality. This is my go to shop going forward. 🙏🏻

Scam he wants $800 for towing

Bad attitude and bad customer service will not get you far in this world. With hundreds of other companies to choose from I would suggest going somewhere else.

Very bad,bad,bad work at the shop they cut the paint with gasoline and clean the spray guns with thinner...and to “TOP” it of they have a contract with lowes towing if parked over night.

The worst experience in my life. Will never use again or recommend anybody. Boss of the company is a driver of truck very rude and unpleasant person. All reviews are fake. Never let that guy put your vehicle on his truck. Because after that he will blackmail you to pay him more or he will take your car with him nobody knows where.

Worce service in my life, work like real outlaw, forced me to pay a cash, more then told me before. Threatened me to take the car and not give it back if I don’t pay how much he want .

While waiting for triple A for 3 hours and super frustrated, this company stopped to see if i was ok. found out my serpentine belt was snapped and there was no way to fix it on the spot. joe brought my car back to the shop, and was able to replace the belt within the hour so i can get back on the road. thank you joe for your help.

Ironically Top Gun but NOT military friendly, in the active army, on emergency leave because my grandmother is dying, came to visit her for a few minutes and they towed it, no compassion, no warning, no consideration. Barely had enough to take my car out, and Im stationed in NY. Every possible fee was given to me. Oh and no receipt.

So you have a business that has nobody running the office?

I was hit by another driver. Brought my 2015 Dodge Journey to get fixed and they did all the phone calls to make sure the other parties insurance took care of the bill. Top Gun reduced my stress dramatically by handling the insurance!
