This was my first time shopping at this Target. I had ordered online, for pick up in the store. Not only were the groceries I purchased in good condition, the labels with my name and order number on them were easily removable. Also, I very much liked the fact that all the Target employees I encountered, as well as the ones at the on-site Starbucks, were wearing their face masks correctly. Too bad there were customers who were not wearing their face masks correctly, but I digress. On a lighter note, the carts with the cupholders are brilliant! I have a feeling this store shall see me more often.

Ten stars for Gabriel who worked at curbside pickup today. I had an issue with a large appliance that I bought online and picked up at this Target location today. Despite the fact that he had to carry the large, unwieldy thing out to me only to take it back due to a quality issue, Gabriel could not have been more patient, gracious, understanding, and helpful. He was very busy with lots of other customers, yet he immediately contacted a manager and made sure that the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Best customer experience ever with a Target employee. Brian Cornell: give this man a promotion.

Horrible customer service, I called over 20 times and no one answered, I selected every department hoping someone will answer and they didnt. This is truly upsetting and disappointing.

Ms. Angelina Hernandez, was extremely attemp and with great atittude to serve and most important to SOLVE MY ISSUE WITH ONE ITEM NO FROM HER DEPARTMENT.

The store was clean, organized and well labeled. More importantly the check out woman was awesome!!! She helped me use my teacher discount and was so patient with me.

This particular location (North Bergen, NJ) had the specific Tracfone model I was looking for and a great price/promotion to boot.

Huge Target store and always lacking management. Poor skilled workers and lack of customer service. When you ask a “team member” for help nobody seems to know anything or where the product may be. They rely on their phones. You can get many things in this Target store except food. There’s always empty shelves and refrigerators in the food department. Is a constant thing. When you speak to manager, they tell you “is Target, not sending us the trucks” this has been happening for years now and nothing has improved. I clearly gave up. The Starbucks is always dirty, people without handicapped plates park at handicap spots and the store will not enforce the laws by calling the police. Is been a terrible last few years going to Target and you can see the frustration with the photos attached herein.

No surprise that checkout is always understaffed. Making things worse: The check out process per customer is slow too. Every time I come here, it’s like this. Multi billion-dollar corporation can’t (won’t*) staff their registers. Never coming back to a Target again unless I absolutely have to.

I used to come to this target all the time because is Convenient and near me .. but today as I walk in to get my puppy supply I was stop by someone in the front door saying the dog was not allow in the store . I have come to this store and it’s puppy almost once a week never had an issue my dog has a stroller is not on a shopping cart is not on the leash on the floor or anything that would cause any issue on target.. I will complete understand if the dog is on the loose or in their shopping cart.. but we have our own carrier/stroller.. very disappointed target ya not pet friendly

I absolutely love Target for the merchandise, prices and the fact that everything can be found under one roof. Its my go to place at all times.

We were there yesterday less than 15 miles away from home . We do live nearby another target that did not have the exact item shown on the picture below so we saw that this target had it “In Stock, Ready in 2 hours” . I did not place the order so we decided to drop by since we were off on Saturday and just grab it right away . The employee that helped me couldn’t find it from his handheld device . I gave him the item number, went to the aisle where it’s located, not available. I asked if you want to check if it’s in the back of your stockroom, he hesitated. Mind you that the app said it’s “In Stock ready in 2 hours” and we drove miles away from home because of this item . So if I did order this item, then my item wouldn’t be available. I demand that the manger reach out to me and discuss how to update your inventory instead of people equating there time driving just to get a item that says that’s “In Stock” ! Do your job right !

Big and organized store, often crowded.

I shop and go here almost everyday the last few weeks have been horrible I been calling and calling the store I get there and call from inside the store I stood right next to the dollar stuff they have when you walk in. The girl picks up doesnt say anything and put me on hold continues talking to a Male coworker about get personal business and never comes back to the phone I get hung up on several times, starbucks closes at 9 we were on the line tonight for almost 10 minutes it was 845 and the man working there said he wasnt taking anymore people when they had 15 minutes to close the customer service is turning horrible I will make a co.plaint to cooperate

I had a mixup with a summertime water slide. When I sent my husband for a curbside pickup, he received the wrong item (unbeknownst to him). I had to bring the item back. Not only was the girls at the customer service desk, sweet and accommodating, but the gentlemen, Trey, found the right water slide! The captain of the store came up and even apologized for the inconvenience! I truly did not think good customer service still existed! I am so please with the overall experience, I forgot about the inconvenience lol. Thank you target team! You guys saved my kids day!!

Not crowded at all and I always use self checkout.

This store has become a major let down. Hardly anything on the shelves, especially the baby skin care area. Employees need to rearrange their customer service skills and the uncleanliness of the store just kills the vibe. Target used to be the go-to store but with the new layout, it’s just an eyesore and bore.

Dumb process for order pickup. Only 1 line for both exchanges and order pickup. Had to wait in like over 15 minutes to do a quick pickup

This target is very well kept and organized - and never too busy! Would definitely recommend over the Jersey City branch.

I really wanted to give 5 stars but at first, I was very disappointed the lady (Grey tops with Black pants) who organized at holiday card section.She only focused on her job even when customers choosing the cards. She even didn’t moved her cart and they’re has no space to got in to take a look cards.my mom almost bumped with her since she never says “excuse me” or something that we could notice she is right behind, but she never try to fix her problems so we sadly decided to skipped and got a line for check out.Our mood was pretty much annoyed by her but finally we met some nice guy who name is Trey who organized customers line, we saw his great job and attitude.He was kept split out to let us check out and I believe a lot of customers were save there time.We really hope to see the worker like him this location more!

Good Target, Great Location, Staff is very nice

3 cashiers open on a Sunday mid-day. Every Target I have been to recently has been understaffing the checkouts in an effort to force self-checkout.Why would I work for free after already working a 60 hr week?Result: Melted ice cream.

Store was very clean and organized. Alot of display changes that look very modern like the cosmetics area. Very friendly and helpful staff at Customer Service nice young man did my returns n helped me navigate my Target app on my phone. The male associate who scanned my shorts for a price because the scanners werent on. The very nice n friendly cashier.

Great place to find everything. I enjoy shopping at this store whenever I step in and feel that I received great service.

Went there yesterday to check out the mens winter coat collection. It was a pathetic count and pathetic display, really poor quality. Theyre good for bedding, kitchen goods and hair products thats it. Its like a big 10 cent store. I dont know who these people are giving great reviews. Must be employees or friends of employees.

Very Clean and many items carried. Great staff will always ask if you need help. Cashiers are always open and has self checkout. You never have to wait over 4 minutes on a line. There’s also a great Starbucks inside and mini Pizza bar. Place is always full on the shelves and the electronics section is enormous. They also have a mobile section in the store. Great place trust me just stop by.

Store with a friendly staff are always cleaning with a variety of new products with great prices, some products go right away and can stay in the shelf too long, due value price and great product, my kind of store got myself a good price for a new camera and had to enjoy every second with my new toy, oooh !! ....enjoy a cup of coffee and some pizza from Starbucks while check the car wheel in the App,it offered great discounts .......Cheers !!

I love this location and the experience they offer especially in these times of uncertainty. The associates are friendly and willing to assist. The store is very organized, well stocked, and most importantly CLEAN. An associate is at the entrance to spray and wipe down EACH cart. The registers are extremely clean and have the plexiglass barrier. I live with people of high risk health issues, but I feel safe shopping at Target. And even though there is a line, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get inside the store.

My shopping experience is always great here. This location is very clean. The line have been fast too.

I had a bad experience in this store, I went to buy some things with my dog, my dog ​​is support dog I have the permits and the manager Gary took me out of the store, I tried to explain to him that he was a support dog and he said no I knew that was that, I find it incompetent that a store manager does not have knowledge about service and companies dogs, as a result I had to go out and not make my purchases

Im just a huge fan of target. the prices are higher than some other store, I just like the vibe and feel of the store. everything is well organized on the shelves. the people who work there seem to be happy to be there unlike other places where cashier and workers seemed miserable, that makes a difference to me. Im willing to pay a bit more if the experience is pleasant.

Amid this craziness, I am really grateful that they took action and made sure that everyone was able to obtain essential items today (toilet, paper towel, wet wipes, Clorox, etc.). It might be surreal that they were rationing items since very rarely we see this in the US, it’s something we only hear about and probably have not lived till these past few weeks. Their quick actions today might have put at peace many people that had not been able to obtain any of the so sought out items. Thank you so much!

Target never picks up the phone. Tells me press 7 to hear Spanish so I don’t press it to hear English and end up getting both languages spoken to me by there voicemail. Waited on the phone 10 min literally ringing and no pick up. Security there bad too. Why I stick to Walmart.

So I am trying to understand the logic of this. I go in and thanks my lucky stars I didnt have to wait on line. Go to the entry where they normally have the cart park and there werent any. Ask one of the attendant standing there who by the way is holding a rag and a squirt bottle which lead me to believe that he is cleaning the carts as they are given to the customer. He reply to me that there are non inside at the moment but I can get it outside. So thinking to myself if I go get it and that means that I might get contaminated so guess what I did go outside and kept on going. Guess they think the pandemic is over.

They had in stock exactly what I was looking for. I had been to a few places prior to target including walmart and struck out on getting what I needed. Target came through big time and at a better price !

This Target is very well run, clean, and convenient. I prefer this location more than the nearby Walmart. That burger place they have in the parking lot is also decent; tell them to make your chicken strips extra crispy.

Friendly Staff but it seems like they dont keep the shelves properly stocked. They are often out of the 8 pack mini Coke and Diet Cokes bottles. If you go food shopping during the week or especially on a Mon or Tues, you can expect them to be out of a lot of grocery items. Especially perishables and frozen foods. I really hope management sees this and does a better job with that. I would prefer to go there than Walmart but sometimes I have no choice because they arent stocked with the groceries I need.

If you shop here and need help avoid the employees in black shirts, 90% of the time they’re being timed and can’t give you their full attention. If you work here...good luck.

Store in NB is kept very organized and neat. Target has a big selection of all possible things on earth and prices are sooo tempting. I’ll go for something and leave with everything 😱

Best target in these parts. Open on Sunday. Always adequately stocked. Not enough checkout counter staff leading to delay in leaving..AddendumI’m not sure what’s going on with target staffing.. I went to this target on Presidents’ Day first thing in the morning.. the store was disgraceful! Most fruit (apples) displays were empty, some rotten fruits still on display.. no whole milk AT ALL.. the store was not in a condition to be open at all.. pls avoid! Go to Walmart! Beautiful fruit displays and all fresh!!

They have shavers in locked box. I guess they have lots of theft? I call a person to get it open, which she calls in radio. Left after waiting 15 minutes. I go Amazon and it is much cheaper for same shaver and no hassle. Never again will I shop at Target. And they wonder why their sales are down. Bad and rude service. Long wait at cashier line.

Who doesnt love Target? The location is close to NYC and there is ample parking, but they always seem to be out of stock of what I need. I can never find an employee for help and the location does not seem as clean as the many other Targets I have visited. It gets the job done most of the time, but if you have the option to go to a different Target, I would probably head there first.

Still have managers standing around, while people walking around store with no face mask and carrying dogs around with no paperwork saying there service dogs with no proof,.Male manager said no big deal, its like being outside, if that the case, why have a sign outside the store saying facemask required? Go to Edgewater target, there more grown up and responsible then ghetto NorthBergen target.

My favorite Target store to shop. Management does a good job to keep the store orderly and organized. The check out lanes are always kept short for fast service. A big plus is the Starbucks that has great service.

I used to like the store but it is swarmed with lots of people and both customers and employees do not practice social distancing. they come to you within one feet and even if you scream “keep your distance they do not react”. i would suggest whole foods approach. keeping customers outside until enough people leave. too crowded. edit : customers still are failing to social distance and the employees are trying to cram everyone in on a line without enough space in between.

Clean and well organised. We like to do our baby shopping here as well other tidbits that you find exclusively in Target. Target home and beauty also have a lot to offer. The staff are friendly and they accommodate breastfeeding in the changing rooms.

I love target and needed something before it was possibly sold out. Just in case I ordered it for pick up. Customer service woman was nice and I always look forward to her helping me.

No one picked up. not once. i called a different apartment to ask what’s going on and if they can get someone there. but they didn’t even answer. idk if the phones are broken or something but it needs to be fixed

Place is nice, but they need check to their produce more often. If theyre going to sell it at a more expensive price than other places then it needs to be more high quality. The staff could be friendlier.

Don’t ever apply here. It’s a joke. Wasted my time. I called after applying just to show up and the lady said “I can’t find your name in the system”. Why would I lie about something like that? This was the same case for a lot other applicants, whoever was “working” on these interviews/apps was on some drugs. They don’t even read the applications but require you to fill it out. But they claim they are “busy” doing what????? Complete waste of time. Apply somewhere else, pretty sure Walmart is a better choice.
