The place is pretty good, i like the atmosphere. The coffee was decent and for my luck the pastry was fresh and nice.
Truly impressed with the consistency of quality service by some of the employees at this location. I visit this location frequently, and they truly take ownership, pride and committed to drive client satisfaction. Kudos to Hernan & Samantha for their consistent professionalism and always committed to create a pleasant experience for clients. Pretty quick in getting orders done. Friendly staff that has always made me feel welcomed. My favorite is the dragon fruit lemonade! Cant get any fresher than that!
It could of been a lot better had it not been for the almost half our wait for a kiwi refresher... they took forever to make three drinks for the guy in front of me. For Gods sake. Its drive through, please hire more staff!!
Always running low on items and flavors. The past 4 times I’ve been there this summer, I’ve had to order something completely different from intended. When I’ve asked what do they have available I was answered to very rudely. I believe because it’s the only drive thru Starbucks in the area that it’s very popular and things run out. But then better management needs to be implemented and maybe more staff needs to be hired to avoid burnout that lead to rude customer service.
Ordering needs to be done several times to get it correct

Lack of management and overworked staffed is a contributing factor of the constant incorrect orders. Another problem is that they are out of stocks of sandwiches, sugars and desserts/muffins etc. and it’s not an isolated issue but a constant one. Extremely limited parking A+ is a drive-thru window where are you could get your needs if available because often there isn’t any. Another plus is that the staff is always willing to correct your order.
At first i was going to this Starbucks & it was my go to every single day until i saw the lack of effort they put into the drinks & also getting my order wrong consistently closing 2 hours early without giving a reason & it just started being ridiculous so i stopped going. I went recently around 10pm right after work and they literally closed again 2 hours early than they should’ve have and is ridiculous at the point corporates needs to take this into matters bc I know some staff workers are wonderful and some are not. This isnt fair if you’re not going to make good drinks and stay at the time that suppose to be then dont work there change jobs. Im a starbucks feen and im starting to go to dunkin
Everything was good except it was confusing finding the entrance. Drive thru sign by the exit but no sign of the entrance...
I had to wait for an hour before someone could pick me up and bring me home. I went to Starbucks the delicious coffee was the highlight of my day.
On 8/7/21 at 8:50am, the white female working the drive thru was rude. I’m ordering a matcha latte and she responds green tea, I responded back I want a matcha latte and she says it’s the same thing and I say not it’s not. The green leaf made both, but both are made different, one has a tea bag and hot water, and the other is powdered to make a latte. You don’t go to a Mexican restaurant and ask can I get chips and avocado, you say chips and guacamole, even though yes the avocado makes guacamole, but still. So here’s the ride part I go to pay and she hands me the matcha saying here’s your green tea, I responded you can’t fix stupid.
If your looking for a drive thru this is your best bet to be in and out. Although be ready for them to tell you they’re out of almost half of the things on their menu on a Monday.
I love this place. Just grab and go sometimes there is big lines in the drive thru but it goes fast. But sometimes I don’t know if it is because they don’t wanna do it or because they don’t actually have but 75% percent of the things I ask they never have so I always end up getting a frapp because they always say they don’t have anything else

Drive through starbucks conveniently located on river rd on the way to the light rsil/ferry station to Hoboken/Jersey City or NYC. Right next to bank of America and Walgreens. Friendly staff

Convenient location off of River Rd.... Great for drive through, or in-person service. The drive through can get very busy though... So best bet is to order ahead via the app and pick up in store. No sitting down inside... And the restrooms are closed too though.
Bad experience. The woman taking our order who’s name was Daylene or Darlene was looking at my partner and I up and down almost as to judge us by our appearance. She seemed to be giving us strange looks while we tried asking her a question about a drink. The drink we ordered was a Vanilla Bean Frappe with Strawberry Purée, we asked to have only 2 pumps of the syrup put in but she seemed confused and said the drink didn’t even include syrup instead only powder.. we continued with the order and ended up with an overly sweet watered down strawberry frappe. This is a busy spot but the service is very good. Please dont complain about the drive thru - if youve ever gone inside the staff works hard to get your orders prepared. I know its frustrating at times but you can always use the app and pick up without the wait or creating more air pollution.
This note is legal tender for all Depts. Public and Private It says this on all our money. Im a regular, maybe two or three a week. Im here enough that most of the staff knows me by name, and those know my order before I can say it.As it happened today I forgot my wallet, I usually pay with my debit card. I placed a one hundred dollar bill on the counter. I have on rare occasion had to do this, its never been a problem with any other manager. They simply get the key, open the cabinet where the cash is kept and make change.Today enter manager Monica, when she was asked for change she told the cashier they didnt have it so I asked her if there was change in the drive through register. Monica said no, they did not have change for a hundred dollar bill. I told Monica I find that very hard to believe. Monica shifts gears to tell me its their policy not to accept hundred dollar bills. In other words she lied to me when she said she had no change.Now if its a policy it needs to be in writing, and the policy needs to be displayed for costumers to review. Who knows what to believe, Monica has already lied to me, this policy thing could be another lie.I was leaving when I thought I would ask to see the policy, Monica was in the back and refused to come out when the cashier called her. Every other manager is wonderful, Monica...not so much.

Y’all have no sense of urgency. Drive thru and counter. Drinks are inconsistent. Waiting 20min for a drink that takes 1 to make is ridiculous. Also, I got charged $1 for a cup of water. When the whole world knows water at Starbucks is free. This is actually a zero star review. Get it together

This is the last time im coming here. The drivethru worker always has an attitude and is rude to me whenever I order. Instead of asking how I want my drink he gave me something that I didnt order 2 times because he said he doesnt know how to make it. I ordered a strawberry frap.... lose the attitude and learn how to be nicer to customers who are paying for your service.
Drive thru take quite some time, walk through is faster. Chai tea latte is my favorite winter drink 😃

The staff is the best
The folks at this Starbucks should get a raise. There was at least 15 cars ahead of me at the drive thru and I was surprised how fast the line moved. I waited less than 10 minutes to get my coffee.
Store employee very nasty .will never go back
This branch is usually have a long line of cars in the drive through. And the enterance of the parking spot in front of the Starbucks is not well designed. Because you have to get in line of drive through to be able to reach the enterance way of the parking. Getting on the line doesnt make any sense when you just want to get to the front of the cafe and park and order. That is why i took off one star. Other than that. It is standard Starbucks. You get what you want.
What a wonderful staff at this Starbucks, I went to get my coffee today and in the process of buying and the guy giving me my coffee I drop the whole place thing. The gave me a new one at no cost and gave me a free croissant. Thanks guys.

Placed an order on the app since the line was 15 cars long... and after waiting a few minutes to head into the store I see a sign that says “drive through only” 🙄 idk why they wouldn’t turn off the mobile ordering option if this was the case. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for coffee !!
Do NOT come to this Starbucks. Rude cashiers refusing to take others other than through the app, locking the entrance door in the middle of the day during the working hours claiming they are backed up and pouring a cup of black coffee would take 20+ minutes. Really? SHAME!

Absolutely horrible service. For the majority of the staff, they have disgusting attitudes. I understand that it can get crazy in regards to customers but that gives them no right to treat customers with such disrespect. From the poorly made drinks to the cleanliness of the store, it is an overall horrible Starbucks location.

This starbucks is one of my favorite ones.. I can honestly say that no matter what day I go, I always have a good experience. Ive been to many Starbucks locations and I always look forward to coming here because even when they are busy they are so nice and welcoming. On the weekends I come to the drive-thru because its convenient for work and theyre always super quick and they always get my order right! The entire starbucks crew is super awesome and really sweet starting with the manager to my friend with the blue eyes!... Anyways, I am pretty big on customer interactions so.. I highly recommend this place if youre looking to start your day right😊

Came the other night and they tell me no whip cream after i paid and they made it. Came today and no Frappuccino’s. What kind of starbucks are they running here. Seriously it’s like a circus and very inconvenient. Just go to the one down the road. Not even 4 min away.
They ran out of the drink I had ordered so I let the barista make me something he thought Id like, and it was DELICIOUS. Had I not liked it, he had promised to make me anything else free of charge. I appreciated his kindness and creativity.
I rather stay in line for 45mins than deal with the awful attitude you receive at this location. Had ordered my drink ahead of time (10mins) and when I got there no drink was made. So I asked and the rude lady responded that she was gonna do it. I kid you not another 10mins to make a Venti iced toffeenut latte. Amazing how the same people with the same awful attitudes still work there.
I usually stop by inside since the drive-thru almost always has a long line. Workers are nice, but the 2 power outlets under the benches dont work. Still looking for a better coworking space. Please fix them. Its nicer than the Fort Lee location.
Aside from the small parking lot and strange entrance route (its very confusing), the Starbucks itself is a bit of a hideaway spot, less crowded than many of the other coffee shops in the area.Kept clean and comfortable, its not a bad place to spend some time.
I have been sold on the Starbucks brand for quite a while now, I think its the consistency of the products. Not at all the best coffee out there but its nice enough, obtainable al.ost everywhere and always the same taste......it works
Today was easier to park, the reason the drive thru lines is faster dont have to wait to get a parking. Much cleaner must be new top personal. Also changed the counter across the cashier view thats smart so that the lazy ones cant look the other way.
Long wait, wrong drink and they won’t answer phones to speak with manager. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

If I was was allowed to give 0 stars I would. On Saturday 04/18/20 I pulled into the drive thru around 5:40pm as the last car with no cars behind me when an employee was standing outside and approached my car stating that they are closed. New hours during the COVID-19 Pandemic state 6am - 6pm. I politely showed my RN ID to the man and stated that I am preparing to work my overnight shift and wish to have a cup of coffee. He replied “unless you’re an Uber driver we are no longer serving coffee at this time.” I asked him politely if he could assist me, showing him my RN badge and was already in nursing scrubs. He then repeated “if you’re not an Uber driver, turn around and exit through the Bank of America parking lot,” and walked away. I am highly disappointed for someone who is an essential employee was turned away simply because I am not an ‘Uber Driver’. I usually receive great service from this location, however I will never be returning for the lack of disrespect and lack of empathy showed by this man.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha and when I took a sip. It had lumps of what seemed milk or something. It was disgusting. What a waste of a perfectly good drink.
My absolute a must stop to work every day. Service is always super quick and very friendly, hot and fresh coffee and inviting atmosphere. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars:)
Crazy busy
I will have to give another review on another visit. I came for the first time 10 minutes before closing. I used the drive through so I cant comment on the interior or the facilities. They were very slow to take my order and make the order because they were cleaning up and trying to close. I ordered a Latte and a pastry. They gave me the latte, forgot the pastry then when I reminded the guy, I had to wait again for him to heat it up.
Its a starbucks, you cant expect much here. The coffee isnt that good but the employees seem to be having fun working. They always have a constant smile, its pleasing. Especially when I come in for my morning Coffee. I come here all the time before I go to work. 10/10 would drink here again. :-)

There was only one customer besides me at the store but yet I had to wait about 20 minutes for one coffee. The girl had her back to us talking on her cell phone. Horrific service!
