Theyre open again (Spring 2021). I had a soft serve come and, as always, delicious! I only wish they were open all year. Luckily, there another location thats open all year. Limited parking, adjacent to Dunkin Donuts, lines might be long but service is quick.

Decent for what it is (a Dairy Queeen) but man is the parking lot terrible! Wow...wow wow...terribly small and the people have no patience for other motorists.The crowd waiting to place their orders are usually high school kids and younger. They can be unruly at times so be careful if youre bringing your kids there for an experience not soon to be forgotten. To there credit I do have to say we were pleased with the ice cream but how can one not factor in everything else I have mentioned in the rating?

They are incompetent at this location. Keep messing up on the orders. Wont be going back here

So me and my friend went today around 6 pm and I ordered a snickerdoodle blizzard. She ordered a SNICKERS blizzard. When we left Dairy Queen for like 3 seconds, and we tried our blizzards he tasted cinnamon in hers and she said it didn’t taste like the usual she always got. We went back and complained about her order. Some old person came up to the register and started yelling at us because he heard SNICKER DOODLE and not Snickers. My friend repeatedly told the cashier that she wanted a SNICKERS blizzard. They exchanged her order and we walked away. Maybe this place should close down!

Banana boat ripoff for $6, small, more like row boat, sorry looking, never get it again, not sure if will even go back

Overall the worse dairy queen i have ever been too. The blizzards were watery and did not taste like should have compared to other dairy queens. The cotton candy blizzard was vanilla shake with candy pieces no flavoring. And the oreo mocha was vanilla ice cream with pieces chocolate with little to no oreos inside.

They have good sugar free ice cream/plus great variety of all others shakes Sunday s blizzards also parking

I had the caramel sundae. It was good but caramel is served hot and it melted my icecream.

Lines were way too long and the parking lot is so small. You are better off parking nearby and then walking over. Maybe if orders could get fulfilled faster I could give it a 4 star because the ice cream is great!

Vanilla ice cream didnt taste fresh at all

Its Dairy Queen...you know what to expect. Their ice cream is well known for its flavor and texture. Theyve upped the menu selection but its soft serve signature ice cream is just what is needed at times. Go there and enjoy.

Slow service... out of flavors but people were nice

The owners are extremely rude! I found an insect in my Sunday and immediately showed it to them. Thankfully I hadnt tried the Sunday yet.I wanted a refund but they would not refund me. They would only exchange it for a different ice cream. Why would I want something different when I found an insect in the 1st dessert I ordered. Never again! Absolutely disgusting! They should be out of business.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!The person that took our order was beyond rude. The worst part was that the ice cream was melted, and i got the cotton candy blizzard and it tasted horrible. So i walked back to try to change it and she just said no. I did not enjoy my time here and i had to throw out the ice cream... It was that bad.

My husband was standing in line they seen him.standing in line it his turn and the man at the window tells him they closed all he wanted was a milkshake which would of taken 2 seconds . If they were closing they should have said something to him .very rude and unprofessional 6/4/2020 especially since it was hot today mind you he was online for 20 mintues how it that his fault you guys dont work fast enough to accommodate your customers he arrived on time

After all these years the ice cream has the same great taste Glad to know somethings never change

Looked up a Dairy Queen near me, and Google gave me this location. However once I arrived it was closed, they were supposed to be open until 10 pm, but at 6:40 pm they were closed. I really wanted ice cream.

I asked for chocolate brownie blizzard and they give me peanut butter. What if I was allergic to peanut butter and had it ? Really don’t like the service in this place at all

Horrible place. The workers argued with me over 75 cents. Did not give me the right amount of change after telling her she never gave me change! I left angry and was not able to enjoy my ice cream. I do not recommend going to this dairy queen.

Theyve remodeled the place so you cant see the workers preparing your treat anymore. That makes me uneasy. I dont think Ill go back there again.

My blizzard had CHUNKS of candy and ice cream. It was not blended in this sense of a typical blizzard. Furthermore, a female teen had a major attitude; slamming my card down when handed to her, throwing it back down on counter when asked to be more respectful of others property. Seems she was ready to go home (9pm) with an hour left.

This is.NOT a sit down eat food DQ, its a seasonally opened, outside venue, with long lines that move pretty quickly. Young & enthusiastic staff keeps it jumping but its not even open till after midnight in the dead of summer. For me the upside is its attached to a dunkin donuts where Im more likely to be found having a frozen coffee in the air conditioning & they have a clean unisex bathroom and a friendly staff till around 9/9:30PM. Dairy Queen is fun, go enjoy it. This place has parking which it shares with its attached Dunkin Donuts but it fills fast on hot nights & theres no where else to park because its location sits atop a residential neighborhood & in front is a fast large boulevard. Walk over, have fun.but dont expect what you see on their commercials as this isnt a sit down place. Its an old school DQ, get on line and get your cold cravings met.

Dont come here for anything other than ice-cream.

Local DQ to North Bergen and West NY. No seating, no picnic tables, no place to hang but the Ice Cream is always good on a hot summer day.

DQ says they accept promo and when I went there they didnt accept promo. false advertising!!

I dont recommend this joint, they dont care about customers or about the deals the site so called raves about...if you really want go to a DQ go to the one in jersey city or better go to carvel a few streets down bergenline or better the baskin robbins close by but not this place if i could give zero stars i would
