Javier showed significant knowledge of the appliances that he showed him and he had a lot of patience showing me what ABW had in stock. I gave Javier a budget that I wanted to stick to and was sent a list of appliances within hours. I highly recommend ordering your appliances through ABW and also recommend using Javier as your sales rep.

Horrible experience, the stove to sold us that we paid thousands for broke down after a year, and they said someone would come to fix it.... they never coordinated the time they would arrive, and never called me once they arrived. As a result, the service provider came while we were not home, then they tried to blame the no show on me, because they never coordinated a time and I was not home on the weekend. Now, they are telling me I have to wait till the 14th to get service to fix our stove, and that will have me at over a month without a working oven......Do not buy from this company, horrible service!

Steele is great to work with, always very professional, helpful, and understanding to our client needs and desires. Budget is often a big driver for our clients and ABW has many different offerings to fit any budget. Quotes are always returned quickly and with clear understanding. Scheduling installation is always simple and timely.

Bought a marvel undercounter wine/beverage refrigerator. After a few years- could not maintain temp. It originally coast 1400.00- we are up to $800.00 in service fees and parts. Did not feel technician correctly addressed true problem- so they try different attempts. Very frustrated. They flat out charge $80 service fee and $80 travel fee. Which repeats when installing new ordered part.

Great service and installation. We waited much longer than expected to receive our dishwasher due to manufacturer delays, but ABW kept us updated with timely and accurate details.

We redid our kitchen a few years ago, and got the Thermador appliances from ABW. They were easy to work with, professional, and had a great price. Recently, after melting some plastic on the griddle (oops!) they were able to replace it quickly and easily. Abdess is fantastic to work with - I would highly recommend ABW.

One of the easiest and best customer experiences Ive had in a while. They had what I needed in stock, unlike other stores, at a competitive price. The online ordering system was simple, they called and emailed proactively, did a Zoom call with me to check out our kitchen and walk me through the installation process, showed up on time, and were friendly and quick. Paco, one of the guys who came to our house, was really great to work with along with Deiver, our salesperson. Really, everyone was just awesome. Keep up the good work!

Displeased with ABWs ability to acquire parts that are actually in stock and available for purchase from the OEMs. Whirlpool dishwasher motor decided to quit. ABW was contacted and promptly sent out a technician to see what might be the issue (appliances purchased from them). After reading off the diagnostic error code, the tech noted the code corresponding to a motor fault. An order was then placed for a new motor. No definitive ETA was given which was initially understandable given current pandemic, and supply/shipping issues. Each week we reached out to ABW to inquire if any new ETA. We would be given a date for the item to ship, then that date would arrive and so on and so forth, constant delays. Again, fine, I knew that going in. However a month and a half later I inquire to whirlpool about the part number, which they DO have in stock! Called ABW one last time and they still have not the slightest clue. I ended up purchasing the part myself, overnighting it to my house, installed myself in less than 30 minutes, and told the homeowner they should get a refund from ABW considering I couldve probably just ordered the part myself to begin with 2 months ago and avoided 2 months of handwashing dishes for no reason.Maybe their salesmanship is good based on other reviews. But their ability to acquire replacement parts is at the bottom of the priority list. I give 2 stars for sending the tech out in a timely manner and ordering the part promptly.

We purchased three appliances from ABW. The experience was A1 excellent from researching, to ordering to instillation and removal of old appliances. Very professional and really took the time to make sure we were getting the right appliance based on our needs and wants.

I just bought a kitchenaid dishwasher from ABW in North Bethesda. I worked with Deiver. He was so helpful and patient as I tried to decide which model to purchase. He carefully explained to me the differences between the models. I would definitely buy more appliances from ABW and I will ask to work with Deiver again! He even followed up after my install to make sure it all went smoothly!

Shopping for appliances in the time of COVID isnt the easiest experience. ABW didnt help. I scheduled a virtual showroom appointment. Although I got confirmation of the appointment, I never received an invite for the virtual part. I had to call and go through the phone queue to find out how to connect. Although the person that took my call sent an invite, it still didnt go through. 15 minutes after my appointment time, I finally get the invite to connect. Not off to a good start.I did come to the appointment somewhat prepared in that I had a good idea of what I was looking for with brands and model numbers. But the overall experience wasnt good. I saw there looking at the screen without a chance to see any of the models they had on the floor.Price point for the same items were also much higher than the other local store down the street. And what really killed it was the delivery/installation fees and the haul away fees. Plus, the salesperson insisting that Id have to get a new GFI box installed when I already had said my current dishwasher was hard wired.Ive had friends recommend ABW, so Im not sure where the disconnect was, but overall, not a good experience. Ill pass on ABW when it come time to shop for other appliances.

We had an old cooktop that needed replacing. We tried other appliance companies but they would not touch the project because the existing drop in cooktop was an odd size. ABW figured how to do it and they did a great job with it. We are very happy with what they did for us.

Deiver and the team were great in a pinch when after our previous dishwasher started leaking on Thanksgiving. I had originally purchased something through Home Depot, but the dishwasher they delivered was severely damaged. Deiver and ABW were happy to work with us to get a replacement dishwasher scheduled and installed quickly. Thanks so much!

After doing a major kitchen remodeling, we went to ABW for our appliances. Deiver patiently took time to show us the many alternatives, answering all our questions, and providing alternatives to narrow down our selection. We had already done some prior research and felt he gave us very competitive prices. After the purchase he was patient again in assisting us with the rebate process. The appliances look great in our kitchen and we thank Deiver and ABW for a job well done.

My husband and I visited ABW as we were re-modelling our kitchen and needed many appliances. Deiver at the store while observing social distancing guidelines took the time to understand what we were looking for and then walked us through all the options suitable to us. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to list the pros and cons of each of models he was proposing to us. OK, I have posted previously with one star. we purchased our Thermador range and dishwashers May and finally had them delivered today! The communication from the office was poor until I wrote my negative review and reached out to the office about our dissatisfaction. Finally we received the appliances today. Rashard and Thierry who were the engineers/craftsman/installers were the best part of the experience! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just down right polite! They made this experience so much better. They deserve all of the 5 stars! Great work!

IN SUMMARY - I had to take 5 days off of work to get a dishwasher installed. They missed two appointments, messed up the installation, and tried to overcharge me. At least everyone was very friendly.Ryan - I feel bad for giving your company a bad review. You went above and beyond to make sure they fixed the issue after the botched installation, but it was too little too late.Heres the full story: I Purchased a dishwasher from them at the beginning of the month.1) They tried to overcharge me by $80 (claiming the installation inspection came back differently than they expected) and i had to cite their own contract to SHOW them they in fact owed ME $20 refund. (the $50 inspection was to be credited toward your purchase from them, which i had already paid for.)2) They missed TWO installation dates we had scheduled. The first time they forgot to pick up the dishwasher and called me the night before to reschedule. The second time they were just a no-show, even with a 6-hour window. FINALLY on the third date, they showed up an hour later than i was told (and i was supposed to be the first stop of the day.).I had to take 3 days off of work for this dishwasher installation and I have a 4-month old infant at home. Its been almost a month since i actually paid for the dishwasher. Theyre installing it as I write this review. I really hope the installation goes ok. Ill update if it doesnt.UPDATE: Imagine my surprise when the unit wasnt installed correctly and a repairman had to come on Friday to troubleshoot. Luckily, there was nothing wrong with the unit itself, but the installers didnt install it correctly. Reducing review from 2 stars to 1 star because of that. After Ryan got involved, the communication was better, but it doesnt change the fact that they still messed up installation.

Probably the best experience I have ever had buying high end products. Chris H explained everything so well, it was easy to compare products between different manufacturers. He also made sure to talk about appropriate products, and didnt try to upsell us into things we didnt need or want. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Easy as can be. One call to Robinson Botero at ABW and the cooktop I wanted was installed perfectly in a very short time. I am very pleased.

I bought a gas cooktop and a dishwasher from the ABW Clearance Center. On the sales order they advise that some parts may be missing on delivery. Fair enough. That was the case in my purchase: the plug and toekick for my dishwasher and the mounting brackets for my cooktop were missing. The initial installation of the gas cooktop failed the WSSC gas inspection. When I called ABW, Joe, the installation manager was very accommodating and helpful. He ordered the missing plug and rescheduled the service call saying he would schedule the call totally at my convenience.The installer who came out was Rashard. Speaking from years of experience with installers, I happily state that Rashard was the BEST. More than competent, he did his work neatly being very careful not to scratch my newly-installed tile flooring. He installed the new electrical socket making sure it was squared and centered not like the old one that was off-center and crooked. He was willing to spend extra time with me to explain how the dishwasher worked and even showed me how to adjust the top rack, clean the filter and load the RinseAid. He also put metal brackets on the cooktop to fasten it and showed me pictures of what he had done. He pointed out that the dishwasher toekick was missing - something I had not noticed. He said he would report that and have the missing part ordered and that he would return to install the toekick.I do not expect things to run smoothly and I judge a firm not by how many problems emerge in the process but how they handle the problems when they arise. Rashard, as a representative of ABW, could not have handled the problems more professionally. He is a credit to ABW and probably reflects an enlightened top management that fosters an environment where employees go the extra mile in providing a wonderful customer experience.

My expectations were more than exceeded when I met Robinsson Botero at the ABW Appliance store on Lee Highway in Arlington. His professional knowledge was superb on just about any appliances. He was patient with all my questions. Attention to detail and follow-up was exacting. Robinsson explained all the processes with buying and installing a new LG washer and dryer and the plan unfolded exactly as he described it. Next time I buy any higher end appliances I will be back at his desk!

In one visit Deiver took us from zero to 100 in our appliance education. We’re gut renovating our newest condo and installing a dream kitchen.Very quickly Deiver had a grasp of out taste and goals, then walked us through multiple options. He takes his profession seriously and has a deep knowledge of the pros and cons of each manufacturer and model. I spoke with a salesman who offered me useful information regarding my options for laundry machines. I gave them my email and phone number, and I was told I would receive a proposal for the cost/delivery times between the two options on the following Monday. I received no proposal and called Tuesday and left a voicemail. I called on Wednesday and was told that the salesman would receive a message from me. I waited a week, then called again. I gave them my phone number and email once again, and I was promised by a different person that I would receive a proposal by the end of the day. It has been two days since that last call, and I have received no information.If you take two weeks and multiple reminders to produce a proposal on the purchase of two appliances, how could I ever trust you to deliver, install, or service them?
