I went into the MW in Rockville, MD after a few daunting days of looking for that perfect mattress online and in other stores. Aram greeted me at the door and listened very carefully to what I was looking for. I knew the exact brand and feel I wanted. Very quickly I realized I would have to leave an arm/leg, oh and a child to get it. I tried several mattresses (too many to choose from) 😩 and was then greeted by Jeff who jumped in to help walk me through the different mattress technology options. The only person that I felt was genuine was the new sales representative helping us.One manager scolded another in front of us for giving us too good of a deal which was probably an act to make us think it was worth it. I just found it unprofessional and wanted to walk out after that happened. We only went through with the sale because we wanted to help the new sales rep.Then the whole discussion about the mattress cover started which was a WHOLE thing that just wouldnt end.Honestly just go across the street to the competitor, they were so kind and helpful over there.

I bought a tempurpedic mattress, box and a bed frame from this place last December. Jeff was the person helping us with the selection and purchase. He was knowledgeable and professional. Today I went back to them for a King Mattress. The store manager, Marietta, was the person answering our questions and helping us make the right selection. My wife and I was extremely disappointed by her lack of professionalism, manners and basic decency! She was extremely pushy when we said we have to think about our selections and will give her a call tomorrow. At one point she said, “why did you check out the mattresses today if you were not ready to buy!” We were speechless by her rudeness and inappropriate questions! I am very surprised by the fact that she manages this place! I would never step into this place and would tell friends and family to shop somewhere else.

Went in at 4:10pm Tuesday, needing a Firm Queen size mattress set asap. Brought my rope to tie it down on my truck. Mr. Joe Berkowitz was awesome, very friendly, and patient with me as I looked around. He let me know what was in stock, and informed me that it could be delivered the next day... no rope, no back breaking needed. I came in to try on mattresses several weeks back, and they ran a diagnostic report on my sleep needs. After some time, the person helping me had been gone so long on another matter that I’m decided to leave and when I was leaving, they refused to give me a copy of the recommendations from their report, though I may have still purchased from them with it. Then I called back later to see what pillow I had been given to try with the mattresses, with full intention of buying from the store, and was refused that information as well. Way to prevent your customers from getting the info they need to actually make purchases from you.
