Outstanding assortment of gym equipment. The store manager is knowledgeable and doesnt upsell. You are free to test the machines as long as you want.We were in the market for an elliptical and sceptical of online reviews of certain brands.Some brands seem to be better in digital marketing than producing equipment. So, test first before you buy.One thing we have learned: Dont buy an elliptical from the internet before you know how it feels. There is a wide variety of machines that vary in quality and comfort. Price is not necessarily an indication of quality.Johnson is the place to try them out. They offer prices as competitive as elsewhere.We walked out with a wonderful elliptical for a great price.

Customer service stops the second your payment clears. Before that? All the emails and callbacks your heart desires.We experienced delivery delays Johnson Fitness never bothered to share with us.When delivery did happen, the guys didnt wear booties and tracked mud through my house.They assembled my equipment. On their way out the door they realized there was something wrong with it. Assembly team assured me theyd schedule a tech to come right out. Of course, when I later followed up with the store, this was all news to them.John had me shoot video of the issues just so the big bosses were aware before they made it right. That was more than a month ago. Crickets.

Very positive experience. Called out of the blue and spoke to John. John very helpful in explaining things and matching my needs with products. Barry (mgr) and John very helpful with the purchase, delivery, etc. Highly recommend these folks. (We bought an evolve 5 stack-able elliptical--would highly recommend :)

I received exceptional customer service during my phone consultation with John and also in-store when I visited. I purchased a Vision elliptical. Arrived in 2 weeks as expected. The delivery and setup was a great experience as well. The machine is wonderful. I had a horrible experience with an online equipment retailer who is very well-known and has constant fancy TV commercials. It was about a 2-month nightmare of an ordeal. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality Johnson fitness provides its customers. Kudos!

A great experience. John (employee) walked us through and explained any equipment we asked about. Very friendly. I bought a half cage squat rack, bench and some weights. Again great experience and would definitely return to expand my home gym.

Extremely knowledgeable and excellent customer service

I was a bit disappointed. Went there to look at Green Mountain barbecues sense they a authorized seller. There was only one sales been there and a shop full of customers. Wouldnt understand why any business on any weekend would only have 1 employee. Expressed by interest in which barbecue I wanted and the sales and wandered off because somebody want to buy treadmill for more money than my barbecue.Im not sure if he was the manager or the owner. But either way as a business owner myself how many thousands of dollars are you losing due to lack of staff....... I ended up by my barbecue online Not because it was any cheaper because I was able to purchase it faster

I had a great experience with Barry. The store has everything you need and Barry was very knowledgeable about the products. He knew exactly what I was looking for and worked with me to price match the best price.

Great little fitness shop. They carry quality products and their delivery and assembly personnel are awesome. The sales people take the time to show you the products and let you try them out. They do not pressure you into buying as they truly want to make sure youre happy with your purchase. Highly recommended!

Purchased a treadmill from here, but it does not work! They have sent people out twice to try and repair it (which meant taking time off from work), but after two months, the unit still doesnt work AT ALL. Wont even turn on.In order to return it and get a refund for this defective treadmill, I would have to pay $199 to have it picked up.Crazy that I would have to pay them more money when they delivered a defective unit in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I went in to purchase a bosu ball and ended up purchasing an Inspire Smith Machine with the bench. The saleman was knowledgeable, patient and very professional. Customer for life

I have great things to say about Johnson Fitness in Rockville, MD. I purchased a Matrix TF50 treadmill with the XR console in December and had some problems getting the treadmill to operate as designed (electronics only, love the solid feel of the Matrix TF50).Johnson Fitness Manager and Salesperson both worked hard to fix the problem and it was resolved with no added expense or head ache for me. I am repeat customer and will continue to shop with them based on my (now two) prior experiences. 5 star review.

Where to start? From the moment We approached dave and john in the store we already know we are going to build our dream gym,they assist us on good deals and answers every questions that we have in mind! Both are really knowledgeable and warm...dont be scared to come on their store, its looks pretty expensive but ask them they would have great deals for you not suffering the quality of the products !!! Thanks dave and john for making our gym come true !!!
