I love Olive & Loom! Its a beautiful store with great stuff. The customer service is top notch and the products are all high quality. Bonus, its a small, locally, female owned business that does so much to support women and their community. Whenever I want to give a nice gift, Olive & Loom is my first stop. Highly recommend!

I purchased my first product on a whim from a tiny boutique store. I was 6 months pregnant and Im not typically a spender, but I couldnt resist their baby blanket as a something special for my coming bundle. Thank God I did. My little one arrived 6 weeks early and the Olive & Loom baby blanket was the only blanket that was soft enough and warm enough for my little preemie to maintain body heat long enough to eat outside her warmer.EVERY NEW BABY NEEDS ONE OF THESE.I was so impressed. One of the many days I was sitting in the NICU with my baby, I thought I would look them up online to see what else they offered. It just so happened to be O&Ls 50% off sale and the Larissa throw blankets were included. My husband is notoriously picky about blankets. I think Ive purchased 8 different blankets/comforters and been given another 5 for just our bed. He hates them all. Theyre all the wrong texture, too hot, too cold, too heavy, etc. I put the new blankets I ordered on the bed and they were a hit! Finally blankets my husband likes too!Olive & Loom will be my default for every wedding gift and baby shower I go to from now on. Worth every penny.

I just went to olive and loom today. Excellent customer service and so glad they are in the neighborhood. The owner took time to help me make a gift selection and the staff were so helpful. All the products I have purchased from Olive & Loom have been exceptional. I love the cheerful colors in the textiles and the candle scents. Towels purchased a year ago, and used frequently, are holding up well. If you are looking for a gift for someone (or something for yourself), I highly recommend this store!

Olive & Loom is hands down my favorite store for many reasons. Not only do they have the most beautiful products, but the customer service is incredible. I recently ordered a gift for a friend and was worried it wouldnt come in on time -- Olive & Loom emailed me immediately letting me know the status of the item and hand delivered the item to me to ensure it would be on time for me. You just dont get customer service like this anymore -- or ever! They are truly phenomenal. If I could rate this store higher, I would.
