Fast, friendly service. They resell items from the Dollar tree at very high markups. They were selling dollar tree highlighters for $4.99! I wish the store was a little larger to accommodate how many customers they have. Sorry for the poor photo, I was holding a heavy box and didn’t want them to notice.

Ive been using this particular UPS Store for years on end and have had nothing but outstanding service! From greeting, to patience, to knowledge, to problem solving to making my life so much easier when it comes to shipping - they have everything covered! Today was a perfect example: Carrie greeted me as kindly as she always does everyone, helped me with a GPS device needing to be returned to the manufacturer (I had no idea it needed special labeling due to whats in a GPS battery?!). She was efficient and all done. I got home, received an email from the manufacturer that theyd cover shipping which they dont normally do! I called and Carrie told me to bring the new label, shed refund and redo since it hadnt left the store yet. Close call! I got there and forgot my receipt which technically they need in order to redo/refund etc and to run it through the system. She spent a few minutes problem solving and voila! New label used, money refunded and pkg ready to go again! She was so kind, made me feel like it was no big deal when I know its a bit of a pain in the you know what but she handled everything perfectly!From my day not being so great, Carries service and kindness turned it around!Thank you, Carrie!!!
This UPS location has the most unprofessional staff ever. The manager at this location has a lot of work to do. Simple printing jobs are a hassle for this location. I will drive further from now on and find a different UPS to work with, and I recommend you do the same.
I went to the UPS store to drop off a return package. This was the person at the counter, there was an older couple that she was extremely rude to and then another guy that needed something notarized that she shouted at. When I got to her she was RUDE and very unprofessional and threw my receipt at me. When I asked what her name was to report her she got loud and said she didnt feel comfortable telling me that. I called the head office but this is the second time one of the employees was so disrespectful. What is the point of hiring people should not be in customer service.
I came to this location today around 3:45pm to simply return two cribs that was shipped to us in error just the day before from Amazon. We are expecting twin babies so there were two boxes but a single return label was produced from Amazon. The male associate was doing everything he can to help but suddenly the female associate came over to disrupt his hard work then she rudely told me nothing can be done but to purchase their tape & to package the boxes together myself. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was left with no other option but to call customer service & seek help. Over the phone, I was able to have another return label produced for the duplicate box. Instead of a 5 minute routine return, I was stuck there for over 50 minutes with the female associate reluctant to provide any type of assistance. I was met with hostility from her from the very start which made me very uncomfortable. She also hindered the male associate from providing customer service.
If it were possible to rate this location is 0 I absolutely would. The owner operator has deplorable customer service skills. Does not offer any options except for out-of-pocket costs for customers when Amazon doesnt you know give instructions to bring a box. Furthermore Amazon is set up so that you do not need to bring a box when returning items. The owner operator refused to acknowledge this. She waved Me over to take care of me and then took a personal call on her personal cell phone. She did not excuse herself she did not ask if I was through with my transaction today nor did she seem to care about her transaction with me in general. Do not waste your time with this location.
I just left the UPS store and had the worst experience. I had to drop off a box that was really heavy and I am pregnant, the manager a short older Indian lady was extremely rude about me asking for help getting the box out of my car. The younger gentlemen that worked their did help and was really nice about it but the manager had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, even after I said I was pregnant.
Terrible service, be prepared to be financially taken advantage of when paying for envelopes or boxes with a pre-paid return label. Staff could care less and can’t be less rude or unhelpful. After 4 weeks of my package not arriving, the salesperson claimed she was starting an investigation. No investigation was started. THIS UPS SHOULD BE FIRED
Warning: Employee told me that UPS website “doesn’t sync with this store”. I had a confirmed appointment to get a document notarized. When I arrived at the appointment time, the employee simply said “oh, the UPS website doesn’t sync to our store” and didn’t know when a notary might be available, and couldn’t explain why his own name tag said “notary” on it. Also, the store looked very disorganized.
Always my choice- they are safely accessible by bike from Kensington. I visit routinely to drop off returnable printer cartridges, have documents notarized, and have items laminated.
The woman in this store is SO kind and SO helpful. She always knows what to do and how to solve any complication. She is very patient!I wouldnt go to any other UPS.GOOD CHOICE TO GO THIS UPS location!

I could have given 0 stars. The lady who notarizes documents at the store Carrie Miller is extremely rude and unprofessional. First of all she would ask irrelevant personal questions. She took the responsibility of making a copy of the original document and then notarizing it. When we pointed out that the copy she made had missing relevant information/cut-outs she yelled at us and said that she is not there for that work and that we are holding up other customers due to our work. We waited in line after making the document copies on our own and after we came back in the line she ignored us and called customers who were standing behind us. I would never go back. This has happened multiple times... Terrible notary service! When you cannot serve customers with courtesy and respect you should leave this job!
Sending a package to a friend, guy at the counter was really friendly with helping me pick a box and printing out my shipping label. Another man who I assume to be the owner was also there and was very friendly. Quick and easy!
I went during my lunch break and it was packed. There was only one man working and he was fantastic. He was able to quickly get us out the door, have a good attitude, and kind.

Ive been shipping with this store for my online business for about 1.5 years and its always a good experience. Carlos is great, but he recently working part time. When i got into the store. there is never more than 3 people in front of me. If I forget tape, they always tape up my boxes. Overall I highly recommend this place!

I return my amazon package there which is small and free-return. And they charge $1 package fee! I have done amazon return several times and none of the ups store charge this fee! I even dont know what they need to pack! I ask them why they charge this fee, the lady was very unhappy and said every ups store has different rule. If you return amazon package, go Montgomery mall! The service there is much better than this place!
This is my favorite UPS store in the area, the franchise owner (meaning its a local run store) is caring and the employee Carlos tries to go above and beyond for his customers. Really great place.

Went there to have something notarized, but notary wasnt there?!?! Was told that hed be back in 45 minutes. Sorry but if you run a business where you advertise you have a service, that service should be available. Could understand if it was during lunch hour, but it wasnt.

Used them 8 or 9 times now to return Amazon purchases & Zappos. Easy process. Owner Aruna Sharma makes sure the transaction is smooth: gets you in and out speedily. I appreciate the decent service of a local business. The one time I needed a Notary Public, that one was easy & processed promptly while I waited a minute.
So far so good. Be careful with the address because Google got it WRONG and doesnt want to change it. It is NOT N Bethesda but Kensington and it is NOT 20852 but 20895. I registered a company on the wrong (Google) address and needed to go back to Baltimore and paid $75 to change it.
Customer beware these people inflate charges, bad customer service. I declined the charge went to FEDEX on the pike and saved $16 on the exact product shipment.

I had superb customer service with my transaction today. The staff was very helpful. The gentleman who prepared my order charged me for one shipment, which Ishouldve been two seperate charges. Heres the kicker, I completed my purchase and drove away leaving a very expesive item behind. I hadnt made it to the main intersection before he called me and informed me of my mistake and he secured it until I returned to pick it up. I will use them eveytime Im here in Maryland!!!!
Went to return two Amazon packages and they tried to charge $3 per shipping label? Last time I went it was free per the Amazon website now its $3 per label?
Their hours are posted, but they dont open on time. Dont go in the morning. Routinely not open by 9:30 even though posted hours say 9-7.

Inexperienced notary public! She asking a lot of unrelated questions and at last she refused to notarize my papers.
Was helped by perhaps the most unpleasant UPS worker I every had to deal with. She also refused to provide a receipt for a customer. Thats a no no.
Their store hours are more of a goal than actual hours of operation.
