I am most comfortabe having Fisk Tire service my two vehicles. They are honest and above board and do not miraculously find some unexpected issue(s) that needs attended to. The quality of their work is also very good and when you combine these factors with their good customer service, why would you consider another Tire and Auto Repair facility. In essence, you get a great value at a fair and decent price.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for service and repair for years and have always been impressed with the thorough attention they give to them.

Needed a tire patch, had me in with on 1.5 hours. And the actual work took less than 20 min. Friendly and good service.

Everytime I go to these guys for tire installs, tpms, ect. They manage to chip, scratch, and dent up my OEM and after market rims. Round up my lug nuts, and nothing comes my way but bills for the service, at full price... not even a markdown for messing up wheels on multiple occasions. How is this not getting addressed? The pictures are from my latest run in with these guys. 1 picture shows a paint layer removed, and a nice pit from a tool into the wheel/ original paint. I had a rubber paint over it for protection. *lug nut was from previous encountor*

Ask for jack. Best guy around.Make you feel like he has your best interest in mind. And under 100 hour for labor.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would they Cant even fix a tier with fluid in it and their lazy with trying to fix a tier with an air leak charged me 25$ to clean it but not the rest my tiers got me looking dumb and it was the stem and to many people that work there are bums.

Got my 100lb propane tank filled here and the guy over filled it! About 1 hour after we had it sitting in our garage it burst open the safety valve, we are lucky we were by it when it happened so we could get it outside before anything bad happened!

Was just in and was taken care of extremely well. I had a major shake at 45 miles an hour. The tech test drove it first to check it out then after they did a balance and unfortunately it was still was shakey. They had a few techs looking at it trying to figure it out and test driving it. They did a tire rotation also and some other things, just to really try to figure it out. They went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend going to Fisk Tire. Treated very well by the Manager of the store Kevin and the most amazing Mechanics. I was in the best of hands at Fisk 😊

Too bad I can only give you 5 stars!!! I had a flat tire late day Last Friday. I called several places. Most didnt answer even though it was still during their business hours. I called Fisk Tire in North Branch. The man that answered was very friendly. Said he would be happy to get me back on the road. When I got there they said it would be about 1/2 hour. They finished in 15 minuets and charged me much less then I was expecting. I can and will recommend Fisk Tire to anyone at either location as I am sure the Chisago City location would have treated me the same. Thanks To You and your staff

I had Fisk replace my cv joints which they did using remanufactured shafts from Napa, i guess when i pay for new shafts i expect NEW shafts seeing as thats what Im paying for. The next day i noticed a clank sound when shifting into gear, i knew it was a shaft so i took it back, they inspected it and said it was my motor mount and for $190 they could fix it. Nah, i did it myself in a dirt driveway in 25 min. for $40. Of course the clank was still there so i took it back again. By this time i had pinned it down to the left side and had a mechanic watch as i shifted from f to r . he agreed i was right and they fixed it.They are also over priced on their alignments and diagnostic services. Ive been back twice since the shaft incident and both times they told me i needed to replace my new motor mount . Ive been going there for years but I have since moved on.

First I want to thank Fisk Tire for staying 30 min extra but at the same time I did not feel as if their customer service was the best when it came to problem solving. so if you have the money you should not have a issue but they are not a person I would look to to help solve issue if you need alternative solutions. so it is not a told rip on the but just a observation

So I brought a close family friend of mine up to fisk to get 4 new tires on his car. Total bill just over $600 mounted and balanced. Less than 250 miles later he was driving on I35 and gets a flat. Pulls over immediately and calls AAA to change his tire. He is 80 years old. Tow driver cant find anything wrong with the tire. He brings the tire to fisk to repair it. They say they cant because he must have been driving around on a flat tire. New bill $170 when the original tire had less than 250 miles on it. No free tire, no discount, no friendly service. Just a finger pointed at him saying its his fault for driving on a flat. Fisk will lose 4 cars worth of business from my family alone and Im sure my friend and his family wont be going back either. And to whoever is working the phone today good customer service includes not being a jerk...

Today Friday dec. 6th i had a flat tire on my van, and needed four new tires bad! I called last minute and all the guys were super helpful! They got me in within 7 mins of my call! They quoted me an hour wait time and i was paid and out the door within 40 mins! Im so super impressed and pleased! I had to leave work to get my tires fixed, so i was pleased when it was less time than quoted! I will be referring Fisk Tire and Auto Repair over any other business around for you tire needs!My mother is a mail carrier and always has tire issues, and this will be her new place of business for her tire needs also!Thank you all so much for the great service you have given me!See you all next time!

My husband took our car to fisk to have tires looked at because the pressure light kept coming on and he had filled the air a few times. Fisk said there was nothing wrong just recent temperature changes. A week later and a rear tire is totally flat. We took it off and there was a big screw in it. Tire guy from a different shop said it was definitely in there for a while and was causing a slow leak. Fisk didnt even take the time to look at the tires otherwise they would have clearly seen the screw. Wont be going back again.

Tom and his crew went out of their way to find the correct parts to repair my vans brake system. Turned out I needed a major rebuild of the rear axle which they which they repaired also. They kept me advised of each step they took and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Thanks guys!

We got a flat on our inaugural outing with a new trailer. It was not the way we wanted to start the camping season but we were able to limp it to Fisk Tire. Within 45 minutes the wheel was taken off, tire replaced, wheel reinstalled, and all other tires inspected. What was a terrible start to the weekend turned into a great one.

Absolutely a joke of a shop. Dont waste your time or money. Only shop you can bring your car to and have more issues when you leave than when you came in.

I know this says Fisk Tire North Branch but I want to wright a review for the Chisago City Fisk Tire and I cant figure out how. With my experience Id give them 0 stars. I went to have a repair done to my tire a couple days ago and came home to find the rim on my car (which was in near perfect shape) had been damaged. Scratches everywhere! I call to complain and the guy agreed to look at it. I drove over there right away as I only live 5 minutes away and was very upset. They didnt own up to it! I know my car and all its flaws because I got it less then a year ago. Im very particular about how it looks and runs. So the fact that all he did was look at it and say yeah that couldnt have been us is ridiculous! I went from their shop to my house 5 minutes away and parked it in the garage. their is no way the damage happened in between! They own me new rims. Very upset with the service I received

Went there twice. I wanted to give them a 2nd chance but to no avail it was still bad.Waited an 1.5 hrs for a basic oil change on my car. They put the wrong oil in the car!!, And to top it off, They are deceitful. The price posted on the website for service is only parts cost. Then they tack on the labor and charge more at the end. Never got a straight answer from the guy on the bill. And the waiting area sucks.
