At the store they were all really nice. The sales lady that helped us was really helpful. On the receipt it has JKHA. I also have to give a shout out to the delivery guys in Duluth. Went to the 2 ‘other stores’, one sales person went to check on a couch for us and said he’d be right back. He never came back. We found him dealing with another customer. We left. Went to the ‘other’ store and a man said there’s 2 right there, that one only comes in gray. Nope, no sale there either!Julie at Slumberland got our $3000 sale!! She knows how to do it!! We had a positive experience at the North Branch Slumberland outlet store. Store Manager Tim Ahlgren was very informative regarding mattresses and the differences between the wide selection of them on their showroom. He didn’t pressure us and gave us ample time to try them out and mull over our decision. We ended up selecting a mid priced (around $1,600 with tax delivered and my old one taken to recycling) Sealy. Great experience so far!Delivery is forthcoming so hopefully everything goes as planned.

Admittedly this review may be 5 years overdue. We bought a leather sectional on clearance when we moved here in 2013. It had a couple of minor scuffs, easy to overlook for the price they were offering. After five years of regular use the sectional is still in fantastic shape. Sales staff was also very courteous and left a positive impression on us. Id gladly recommend checking them out.

We were looking for something to use as a bed part time for a guest bedroom. Slumbland was our first and last stop. We checked about 5 places. They had the best selection and people.

Now I just need to wait. 10-12 weeks is a long time to wait, but am hoping it is worth the wait. Hard to imagine what the finished product is going to look like from the little color swatch. I havent received my furniture yet, but Tim at the North Branch store made my ordering experience was quick and easy. Minus 1 star because of the 3 month wait for delivery of my furniture...couldnt be helped but wish it was sooner.

Ive had the same living room furniture for about 30 years. It was time to get new. I went to Slumberland because of the online reviews about quality. The prices were not outrageous. I shopped Slumberland in North Branch, MN. My salesperson was Julie. She had the perfect blend of listening to what I was looking for, directing me, and then leaving me alone. She would strategically show up to answer further questions. I found what I wanted and she skillfully finished the transaction for me. I was very satisfied!

I bought a couple chairs and a rug at the North Branch clearance center. I asked a couple guys on the floor to move the chairs around so I could see them next to the rug. They did it happily and readily, no complaints. The salesperson Kelsey was very friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience here and will be coming back!

I was treated with respect & I felt like a VIP. They have extremely reasonable prices. Their show room is beautifully decorated & smells great. When I need to get furniture & or decorations, theyre the place Im going to go. I highly recommend this place in North Branch, MN.

We arrived an hour and a half before store closing. We waited for someone to help us as we wanted to buy a recliner. We were told to wait as they were putting in an order. We waited 15 minutes for her to help us then. When we told her we wanted to purchase the recliner she told us the store was closing soon (in 45 minutes) and that we should come back tomorrow instead. We said we want to purchase today as we are already here and cannot come back tomorrow. She told us the paperwork takes too long and that she doesn’t know if anyone is available to wrap the recliner up for us. We finally convinced her to let us purchase today after all her excuses. When going to the checkout, she didn’t know how to use gift cards. The guy next to her also refused to help with the gift cards and continued to play on his phone. Another customer came in and asked to talk about a couch and he the other sales associate kept swearing under his breath regarding this person. We left the store with our recliner at 4:45pm which still left the sales associate 15 minutes before closing. Very disappointed in our experience at the north branch slumberland.
