Just bought a 2011 Toyota Camry XLE (photo above) from Sam and team. The car is really great as it is in excellent condition (per my mechanics independent check & my own review) The car drives & runs well and gets an amazing gas mileage. I had been looking all over the Twin Cities but found the best bargain from Luxury Imports. I would certainly do business again here as the owner is honest and has a good selection. I went with my brother to buy a Porsche from this dealer and am posting a review on his behalf. When we got there we were treated very politely by the guy behind the front desk. He offered us a water and showed us the available inventory for the car my brother was looking for. We waited briefly for the owner to show up so that he could answer some questions for us, and when the owner appeared he was very engaging and friendly. My brother has been researching what he wants and was very pleased with the quality of his purchase for the price. Carfaxs recommended price for the car my brother bought was several thousand higher than what he bought it for, and the owner was very fair and honest about the price. The Porsche was checked for codes and oil in front of us before purchase, and the car itself was very smooth during the test drive. And the ride home! The car had a few minor issues that was to be expected for a car of its age and my brother bought it as is. We drove 4 and half hours to get to this place and if we ever find ourselves looking for another luxury import, we both agreed wed drive over 4 hours to go back. Thank you for the nice experience, everyone was very welcoming.

Beware of ODOMETER ROLLBACKS!!! I recently interacted with this business because I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from them. The Luxury Imports Auto Sales Websites stated that the mileage was 114,500 and upon reviewing the carfax, there have been several odometer records indicating that this is not correct, and the actual mileage is over 151,000!

If you would like I can take a picture to show, the light with a half engine lit up keeps appearing, and if it idles more then 5minutes it starts smoking, like burning oil, I did do a synthetic oil change. And I charged the freon for AC. But again today on 7/18 the light comes on indicating problem with engine. I will hook it up to diagnostics to see problem. Also brakes started squeaking yesterday. It just doesnt seem right to buy a car from lot. And within first 7 days have such issues. I know issues can arise with cars.

Where do I begin? They sold me an x5 and claimed it to be free of any issues. During the short 45 min drive home the transmission went into limp mode. The dealer was originally working with me as they refunded 600 for repairs. The loaner vehicles they set me up with take it to an entirely different level.The first was a 99 lexus which was a trade in. Shortly after I left I noticed it had a major issue with the transmission in first gear. I immediately got ahold of the dealer and they claimed the car was okay to drive and that it wasnt an issue. Later that day the front brakes went out and the transmission started leaking fluid all over the exhaust nearly causing a fire in the middle of Brooklyn Park. Instead of having it towed the dealer gave me their license # and told me set it up with the dealer only auction. first of all that is not my job nor my responsibility.They then set me up with another loaner which was almost as bad as the first one. This 2001 Honda accord looked as if its been sitting in a field for years and my assumption was right. Not even two days later the exhaust completely fell off and then the rear tire blew out while driving.I went to pick up my x5 from their shop a few days later and what do you know? The transmission went out again but this time it was stuck in Park in the middle of an intersection in Minneapolis. I had to wait 3 hours for a tow. The dealership is refusing to work with me or take the car back which I havent even been able to use since day one.I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy and I encourage you all to stay clear. I will be taking luxury import auto sales to court and they may even lose their license over their misuse of the Mn licensing system.

Update to the owners response (3/13/19):The owners reply is bogus. The guy clearly said we could drive the car around their lot. We were not pushy or rude and the only reason we might be considered impatient is for waiting an hour for nothing. Just one guy at your location with the possibility of someone showing up in a couple hours to help. We did not show up early either. We showed up at 10:09am on a Saturday and stayed until 11:03am (see attached picture). Most car places are glad to help at this time as they realize most people are free to buy a car at this time of the day. There were other people there as well interested in test drives. I dont think a call to a dealer should be necessary for seeing if a test drive is an option. I completely disagree with the owners response. I dont usually write bad reviews unless it deserves it. I initially had 2 stars but lowering to 1 star due to the owners response. Have a good day.Initial review (10/27/18):Was interested in a Jetta TDI I saw on their website, so my brother and I drove 70 miles to come check it out. We had called to verify they were open and when we got there, they were open, but only one person who was the finance guy. Not one single other person to help with a test drive. Finance guy mentioned I could drive it around the lot but thats not a real test drive, especially with the little space they have to drive around in between cars. We spent maybe an hour here waiting. Guy asked if I wanted to do the credit thing while I waited... Like no - I want to try the car before I put a hard inquiry on my credit record. You could tell the dealer does nothing with these cars except flips them (cars are dirty and battery was just about dead). Great prices, I will give them that. Anyway, I ended up buying a Golf TDI from the Luther dealer in the cities that same day. Wasted a lot of time on this dealer though and wanted to let everyone know my experience. Make sure to call AND ask if they have ENOUGH STAFF!!

We bought my daughters 1st car here in May 2020. A 2005 Subaru Outback. I saw cars on the lot that were not in the best shape, but there were also some very nice vehicles as well. We were on a budget, and knew what we were getting. I think we got a good deal. Nice people and easy to deal with. I will be back next time I need a car.

Just bought a car here the staff was very kind and had nothing but a good experience.

I came in last Friday to look at, test drive, and hopefully purchase the prettiest lime green mitsubishi  mirage 5 speed hatch back I had ever seen. I was so excited. I called them the day before to make an appointment to come in and check it out. They were super kind over the phone. Appointment made, I headed out to their location the next day. When I got to lot, most of the cars looked pretty great. But my sights was on that cute little green machine. I went inside and was greeted pretty quickly. I told him I was the young lady that called for the mirage just an hour before that. He asked for my ID, and we went for a test drive. I fell in love. It was great. Went in to tell them I wanted to purchase the vehicle but I would need financing. Turns out they dont do their own financing, so just beware. They work with tri city autos in Columbia Heights to do their loans. They sell the car to them, and then tri city sells it to you. The process was long, i was there from 1pm is to after 6pmish, and I had to get my own loan approved cause tri city messed up my paperwork, but in the end I was able to purchase the car of my dreams. Only to have them crushed 5 days later cause I got stranded on I-94 after work at 3 in the morning. The car had been having issues shifting since day 2, but I thought it was me until my brother drove it and had the same issues. The clutch was dying. The clutch basically burned out, and the car wouldnt mover forward or backwards at all.  After paying 130 for a tow just to get it off the highway, and another 100 to have it towed to their mechanic, I can honestly say Im happy that they are going to pay 300 plus tri city auto will pay 100, towards the repairs.  I will be calling the mechanic in the morning to discuss my car and the repairs, and will further update this review once my car is back in my possession and fixed. So far Im pleased and thankful, and grateful for their kindness and quick response to this issue. I do hope people read this and see this dealership for the bright and best hidden star that it is.

So we got to the dealership and no one came out to help us, we took a look around the car we were interested in and ended up having to go inside and waited for a few minutes. Once someone came out with the keys the car wouldn’t start because of a check engine light, the dash was also lit up with different types of check codes like change oil and gas. After they put gas in we went for a test drive with one of the employees on a road they told us to go on so we couldn’t choose. And there was obvious problems that were being blown off. After we got back to the dealership we got out of the car and the guy immediately wanted to sign purchase papers ignoring all the problems the vehicle had. Giving them another chance we talked to the owner and he said he would only fix one of the three major problems on the car that we noticed (Who knows could have been multiple other problems too lol). He also said if we wanted take it for inspection we had to buy it first or fill out the purchase agreement. After we decided to pass on the car they didn’t have any worry about giving my Id back to me. So I had to drive all the way back there and get my id back.It’s been a week or so but this has just been weighing on my mind for a while and I just wanted to put out a buyer be aware of this sketchy scam place.

Great service! They close at 2 on Saturdays and Josh stayed until 4 to help us purchase our vehicle! I will be buying any future cars from this location, customer service is great and I got a cool jeep!

My husband and I purchased a car from this dealer last winter. The one weekend we were available to shop was shortly after a major snowstorm and the cars were completely buried. There were only two people working and four sets of customers. Throughout the morning, the staff maintained professionalism and their composure under very difficult circumstances. At one point, most of the customers were helping to locate cars by clearing off the front end and yelling I found a Chevy! Who was looking for a Chevy? Unconventional but the most memorable car buying experience ever.We ended up with a BMW that ran great until we got it nearly home. The guys at Luxury Auto went above and beyond to get repairs done until we were happy with the results. Any time one purchases a used car, its pretty much as is/where is, and they were under no obligation to go out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase.

Do not give this place any of your time. They have over 9 complaints in process with the attorney general as well as mn dept of business affairs.

My husband and I were hoping to ask about a Tahoe. Turns out you can only get car facts and go in and ask questions. My husband asked him a few questions turns out there was a lot wrong with it. Owner gave my husband the runaround. Good thing he caught the owner in a lie. Saved us a trip. We will never do business with this dealership. Very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!

After helping these great guys for the past year I have really grown to understand that social differences really cloud the communitys acceptance of different cultures.This community needs to step up and show there support for this business and my friends.They truly are as honest as the day is long and they will have me as there trusted partner and customer for life.

I had purchased a g37 coupe from here in January and was pleased with my purchase. Young man who helped me was kind and understanding through the entire process. Fast forward to today, I had saw a genesis coupe available and saw clearly it was a SALVAGE/REBUILT title. Which I was fine with. I stopped in to check it out and was directed to the owner. In my previous purchase the owner had been out of town and not a part of the process at all which now I can say was a fantastic thing.Upon arrival I was greeted by the same young man who sold me my infiniti and instantly recognized me and asked how the car had been. This time like I had stated he directed me to the owner who instantly asked how i would pay for such vehicle (9500). Which first of all is not the proper approach so i became slightly irritated and threw in his face i had purchased a vehicle of equal value in CASH from his dealership 6 months prior. Which only starts out our issues, he then proceeded to tell me it was a clean title and he had purchased it that way with the prior damages fixed. Which doesnt make it a clean title it is a prior salvage rebuilt title and the owner of the establishment clearly doesnt understand the concept or is a plain crook. He proceeded to argue with me until he finally walked away with no explanation, i would not advise anyone do business with him. Also proceeded to tell me i couldnt test drive because its a manual 😆

Customer service was excellent greatly priced cars and reasonable on payments got a audi from them and when the shifter broke 2 weeks after having it they fixed it. Definitely go back for another car! Hands down

Owner is bluntly rude. Also, very immature and uneducated. A simple acknowledgment of a mistake and there wouldnt have been an issue today. Disrespected from the beginning of the experience. We just wanted to test drive a vehicle and ask a few IMPORTANT questions pertaining to it. Definitely dont recommend considering he lied/incorrectly stated yet failed to address that the title was clean, when the carfax clearly state otherwise. Pretty big deal.

I looked on the website & saw numerous cars of various prices, found a couple interesting & went in. I didn’t feel pressured to look at this or that. I found the vehicle I was looking for. I have a strict budget being single mom. The car I wanted had less than 60k miles & was a 2014. I never owned a car with less than 150k. Very nice, the pictures were true to in person. The car was more than I had prepared for. I’m thinking great, this is where they are going to get me. NOPE, he made it work!! 20 minutes later, my car was being detailed for pickup in the morning. They offered me places for body & mechanical along with letting me know they have same vehicle for parts if I need anything. Just an honest true to their word place. I didn’t feel pressured for sale or trying to run game. I will definitely let all my friends & people from my church know how pleased I am. THANK YOU GUYS!

Went in with my dad needing a car but looking for himself. I found myself a good car and they were really friendly and honest between pricing and accomedating to coming to a fair purchase agreement. Most people I go to shut me down without a second thought but they worked with us. We found a great car for both of us. Note they do limit what they show to 3 vehicles per customer per day but they are good on keeping their site up-to-date so you can look and pick your cars prior to arrival.

This place has been helping my family for years! My mom had got her car 4 years ago from these guys. They have always been kind and honest people. We went to many dealerships, who wanted to only give us 2 options of vehicles to pick from,their choices. They wanted more money down, and I turned them down. My husband and I decided to check out Luxury imports .We were very impressed with such a large selection of vehicles. Lots of vehicles to pick from that were in great condition! I bought a Nissan Pathfinder 4x4 sport. Seats 7,plenty of room to transport my son whos in a wheelchair. Low miles, great condition! I fell in love with it. I bought a very nice car from here a few days ago, and it ran smooth and quite nicely, they have a wide variety of cars and options to choose from, no salvage vehicles, which was nice. Some cars needed a bit of a tune up, but nothing major. Inside the dealership it was nice and clean, it had really cool cars in the car showroom. The cars are all in perfect shape. When I bought my car I had the employees wash my car, it came out shiny and clean, it smelled amazing. On the ride home it felt like a breeze, the car was running very smoothly. I would personally say it was a great buy for the price as well, cheap and affordable.I say this would be a perfect place to come back and buy another car.

Recently bought a car here and had a great experience. We just showed up without an appointment or calling, and they showed us probably 8 cars we wanted to look at, let us test drive what we wanted, no problem. They had to jump a couple batteries but thats because its winter in Minnesota and these arent personal vehicles that are being driven every day. We ended up being there for a couple hours and they were super helpful the whole time. We got a very fair cash deal on a Suzuki.This is a used car dealer, so people should expect that the cars arent going to be perfect. But they are affordable which is what we all want. Do your research, read the car fax, and dont expect the dealer to do all that for you. Buying from a used car lot is not the same as buying a brand new car from a dealership. We got exactly what we expected.

Horrible service with horrible junk yard vehicles. Most of the cars there have dead batteries, flat tires, electrical issues, so many other problems. Then they want to sell them for 5000 and up for a car the don’t run. Smfh STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!! if you have the money to waste I’m sure these drug dealing traffickers could definitely use your money to hire a real mechanic and inspection team. P.S. I recently came down to the dealership to purchase I saw at an amazing, price I never seen before, they really do have the cheapest prices in town. Now lets be honest, and you can all agree, the vehicles are all used and they all had previous owners, these are not brand new cars! For used cars most cars are in great shape, they have a wide variety and selection of car makes and manufacturers.When I spoke to the owner about purchasing a vehicle, he greeted me politely and sat us down, we discussed the deal and the deal went well, he seems like the guy who doesnt like to waste time, and if I was in his situation I wouldnt either.The vehicle we bought was in great shape, the ride home was spectacular, we got it home and I am writing this review glad to have worked with this dealership, and I am surely a returning customer!All the negative reviews are either people who are just either racist, or have had pretty weird experiences but from what I experienced it was great and wonderful. Had to wait a bit, but its worth the time. I recommend going to this dealership and purchasing a vehicle. :)

I bought a 86 Jeep from them this week. They were friendly and helpful and took care of the few issues i had with the vehicle promptly (not bad for a 30 year old vehicle). I test drove the vehicle (Alone) and was able to reach a fair price agreement and I picked up the vehicle the next day. Very easy to work with, i will buy from Luxury Imports again!

This place is a joke. Sure they have some decent vehicles at decent prices, but, like the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” My wife and I had found one of these such cars in their website, and after some thought, and over the phone negotiations( we live almost two hours away) we decided to look at and potentially purchase this car. We test drove it and liked it, however when we got back we noticed an accessory was missing that was in the pictures on the web site. We were told the would go find it, and were rushed into filling out the purchase agreement. After completing the forms and handing over cash, they could not find it. They said they would take one from a different car and put it in ours, but none of the ones they brought out fit the car. With that being said, if you see something pictured that you want, make sure it is there before signing anything. He told us to look on Ebay for a replacement. ( original manufacturers equipment price is 400$ for this particular accessory). To the OWNER, I do not want to be a part of your family, and we will not be repeat customers. FYI, we did get a descent car at a descent price, but the overall experience was disappointing.

I was very impressed that how honest the people were about the cars. The guys have great customer service. They showed us a car fax report, and worked with us on price. We got a great deal, and an awesome car! I feel a lot of other dealers are not honest about the cars. They just want to rush you to by the car, and be on your way. Called to ask very basic information about a vehicle as the dealer informed by email to Call the number for any questions about the vehicle Owner was instantly rude with me telling me to read the carfax and come in if Im a serious buyer i would come in to talk numbers. Then he started accusing me about harassing him about smoke and frost? those words never came out of my mouth. Lost a potential sale by an uneducated buyer in his words

Drove about 1hr and 30 mins to see a car that i had called in the morning to check to see if it was available, whom one of the workers said that it was in and for me to come and look at it. Once i got there they had told me they had lost the keys and could not find the car. now i was upset but one of the workers was a nice guy so i didnt want to be upset at him but genuinely a bad experience.

Lies and misdirection wont tell you everything wrong with vehicle sometimes does not properly fix work but make it seem like they fixed it. To find out was just a trick that sometimes works to get it working temp. Well inspecting try to distract you and then jump into a controlled drive down the street to the right and back oh dont rev up or go to fast, how you like wanna try another or buy this? Did get a soda and some Indian tecnomusic which I enjoyed if you get a chance talk to the mechanic best bet on safe honest deal

This place is a hike from where I live but it’s totally worth it. I came with my dad and uncle on a Saturday morning; I had a $3000 budget and needed to leave with a running vehicle that could get me to work that afternoon since I had totaled my previous car. The staff was helpful and gave us a nice deal despite the manager being out of town.All in all, after a few hours of roaming their lot, I drove home with a functional vehicle $400 under my budget that is still functioning just fine for what I need a month and a half later. I would recommend Luxury to anyone looking to purchase a decent used vehicle from an honest establishment.Side note—we were helped by a gentleman named Ahmed. He was very kind, friendly and open with us. God willing I don’t need another car for a little while, but if I do, I’ll definitely come back and ask for him. 👍🏼

Purchased a vehicle here, with my father. It was a nice Audi, beautiful car, beautiful shape, the engine purrs like a beauty. I really enjoy the car and the ride and how smooth it is. I seriously recommend coming to this dealership, these reviews are really biased and over-thought, and I just wanted to state my view on this dealership. Really the biggest, cheapest, and best used cars dealership in Minnesota.

Great selection of vehicles, at a fair price. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the owner showed up in person to close the sale. This is a used car lot, a very useful rescource if you know what you’re doing. If you can turn a wrench you’ll be glad you came. We are return customers. We purchased a bmw with my daughter from here this last fall than returned and purchased a Volkswagen on Saturday. We are very pleased. My daughter loves her car and has no real issues with it. He also held true to his word regarding a couple parts for her car that he would give us at no extra charge. The cars are exactly what you see. Nothing has been covered up. What you see is what you get. The paperwork process is EXTREMELY EASY AND QUICK. I would and have recommended this place to anyone looking for a used car. I look forward to doing business here again.

This was our first experience purchasing from Luxury and we will NOT be back. I went there with my sister and mom to purchase my first car and what a nightmare. First off, the owner was late to open his business. There was a line of cars waiting outside the gate. Secondly, he had no one else there to help the customers beside himself until later in the morning, which equaled disorganization and frustration not only by myself but other customers. Thirdly, after much deliberation among ourselves, I did decide to purchase a vehicle under the agreement of the owner that he would replace the radio (display shorts out) and to switch out old tires with new tires keeping original rims (we paid extra for this). Promise was made to have service completed for vehicle pick up late the following week. This did not happen. Service was not completed by agreed upon day. Pick up was delayed not once, but two more times. It was almost 2 weeks after purchasing the car that we were able to finally pick it up and even then he did not replace the radio as promised. We will NEVER buy from Luxury again!!!

Super shady cars. We went to go look for a new car and all the cars were in bad shape and missing parts. These vechiles were not safe to drive at all. They didnt even list the vechile prices on them and they still had their markings from when they bought them from auctions. Go to Steves and Affordable Auto Sales in Cambridge instead, theyre friendly and trust worthley and willing to give repair discounts after purchase and willing to fix anything wrong with most vechiles. Dont waste your time here

Lots of car to choose from and the owner helped make a choice based on my budget. Some of the cars he showed me were a bit rough and needed so8me work which was expected for my price. But after 4 test drives, i found a car outside my price range so they lowered the price to fit my needs. I have been driving the car nonstop since i got it (1 week) and no issues. Very happy with my experience and i recommend test driving a wide variety of cars before making a decision.

I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Checked out a 2011 Ford pickup asking price 6500. the only thing they did to it was wash the engine no fluid changes or anything all manual needs paint job and a few more repairs offered 5700. for it cash and wouldnt even consider it the truck must have been sitting there since winter started because it was frozen too the ground and they had to jump start it. Very poor I didnt even want to give them one star but it doesnt give you negative stars

The truck we bought is great! The truck had no plates when we bought it. we were given a 21 day sticker and told the plates would be mailed to us. Now almost 2 months has gone by and still no plates and we drive with an expired sticker in the window. I have called twice and Im told tomorrow we will mail them. A week has gone by and they still have not transferred the title. Unhappy customers

They have lots of cars. I sat in quite a few. Just wondering if they clean them up before sale. Most looked like they just came in, very dirty on the inside. I almost feel like I need a shower.

I would definitely give this zero stars if I could. The experience was terrible. The website featured incorrect information, for example, we were looking at a Mazda 3 S that stated online AWD and automatic transmission. When we arrived to the dealership it looked like a junk yard. As we entered the building it had a very strong distinct marijuana odor with blaring music. The car we asked to see ended up being a stick shift with only front wheel drive. After learning it was stick shift the salesman talked down to us because we cant/dont want to drive a stick shift. He then proceeded to complain about having to get the car out of the snow. Hello! You live in Minnesota! The salesman also was boasting about his BMW, which he stated cost $70,000. He was pushy and insisted we ride in the car. I thought we were going to spend our last seconds on this earth in a Mazda3 S. First and worst car shopping experience ever. Looks like they hired a Freshman Computer Science major off of Fiverr to make their website.

Most of these cars are trashed! When asking them a question about their postings on cars, they do not even give you the correct information. They consumed too much of my time for nothing! To respond this OWNER, I am telling the truth!! I drove an hour to see this vehicle because you sold me on it before I got there. I told you I was an hour away and asked as many questions as possible. YOU assured me that this vehicle was in good working order. Windshield was busted, huge dents, rust, and it had been fixed with cheap spray paint and body work. My husband was extremely frustrated with this entire process. So.. I am rather sure I am telling the truth, you poor used car sales what ever!

I saw a VW Passat online and stopped by to see it. I was impressed by the great selection of all makes and models of cars. I drove the car and it drove better than new. It has leather seats, power everything, and sunroof. I found a light that needed repair so they showed me to a parts vehicle and told me to take whatever I needed. I was shocked because I had never had an offer like that before when buying a vehicle. They even put a brand new battery in the vehicle. I am very happy with my decision and the service at this place. I encourage you to please stop by and give them a chance. Great guys and great experience! Thank you guys!

I had looked at a few vehicles on their web page. The vehicles looked decent for the asking price. When I went to look at them, what a shock! Filthy inside and out! Granted they are used vehicles but come on. Run a vacuum around inside and clean out the trash! Even if I had wanted to test drive the car I was really interested in, it had a completely flat front tire. I did not speak to anyone nor was I approached so they may possibly be very nice people. I jusy know that I probably wont be buying a vehicle there.

What kind of place can stand behind their business when they are unwilling to let a certified mechanic inspect a vehicle for purchase? If youre confident in the vehicles youre selling you should be wiling to allow a customer to have it properly inspected. I know youve let a few friends bring them to mechanics but now youre not letting others? What are you trying to hide? From many of the reviews I have read this sounds pretty par for the course. And please, spare us both the time by responding in a rude and unprofessional manner saying this is bogus, not a legitimate review, etc. I have read some great things but also have seen first hand how rude you can be.

The first car that I had was pretty much a death trap. Some of the things that needed repairs couldnt be repaired. I tried to get a refund but he told me he will switch out the cars. I didnt want to because I live far out. But the car that I got now does need some repairs gonna cost arm and a leg but he is really easy to work with!!

After visiting 3 dealerships this was the best of them, it is were i ended up buying my car. The staff was vary nice and went out of there way to fix some issues with the car i bought before i bought it(fixed an exhaust leak and some other issues) . They had a large selection of used cars around market price. In all i had a great experience and would recommend to anyone to look at there lot.

Do not buy from this dealership. I got a crazy runaround on the phone with the finance manager and the owner when I called to find out about a car. Did finally find out the car I wanted to look at was in great shape, with no issues so they said. “Yeah no issues and is in great shape, we have had a lot of people looking at that car.” Drove two hours to go see it. Got to the dealership after asking them to have it running, they did not. The vehicle had every code on the dash and the exhaust sounded like I started up a nascar. Not a good experience at all. If I could rate it zero stars I would. Also the dealership didn’t have any heat on or lights and most of the cars on the lot have damage. Don’t waste your time.

We came a long distance to look for cars here and we were pleasantly surprised. There was a lot of choices to look at. Everything was exactly as described on the internet and we left with the car we came to look at. great job!

These guys go the extra mile! Its a big decision, looking for a vehicle. These guys were upfront with any issues the vehicle had, this is huge for me. In the price range im looking, I know that what I find will have some issues, weighing whether those issues are worth it, is part of the decision. I have gone to places, where they clearly are trying to hide things, not these guys, they explained that it was having some battery issues after the last snowfall and they wanted to be sure that everything was ok, as they had just gotten it going. This could have been easily hidden from me, however, it was all in the open, other places would usually try to distract you while they dealt with it, not wanting to concern you. This kind of honesty when trying to find a car, shows just how many miles above a lot of the competition these guys are, honesty goes a long way.I was also running late getting there and they said they would wait for me, I know many places might do this, if you are serious about buying a car, but, these guys did it happily. There were like 5 guys who stayed late getting the car ready, none of them looked annoyed by having to be there, all of them were courteous and happy to help. Even once I said that although I was prepared to buy the car that day, being that my boyfriend wanted to think about it more, we had to wait. I was a little curious about whether this would annoy them as they had stayed late, you can totally tell when someone is annoyed but trying not to show it, but, no. they were happy, telling me to take my time and let them know.These guys are great. I still may pick up the car Tuesday, but, if not, I still think they deserve to be applauded for how my visit last night was handled. If the car is gone by then, I will definitely be watching their inventory to see if something else I like pops up.

Awful experience. Went took look at a car listed online. Sales people didnt know where the car was, no organization in lot to help the customer find a car. Definitely would not recommend.

I would give a 0 if possible. Sold me a car that was a pile of junk. Told me no check engine lights and was a good car. Less then a week later a bunch of lights came on, including the engine light. Had multiple people look at it and stated they did a quick fix by putting some stop leak in the. Coolant end up leaking and mixing with oil. Also found a piece of Tupperware taped around where the blower motor should be. Now I need to get another car.

I did not have a good experience at this dealer at all. I felt very rushed, was given very little information about the car and after I came back from my test drive the owner asked how the car drove and when I mentioned some concerns he literally interrupted me mid sentence and told me to hand him the car keys and that all he wanted to know was how the car drove. I asked for my license back and he seemed extremely upset and hurried us out the door to grab the car keys that I had left in the car I was test driving. He didnt care to listen to my concerns, didnt care to offer me other options around the same price and failed to disclose all of the important history of the vehicle. I honestly recommend you going to a more professional car dealership where they really care about getting you into the right car that fits your means. This place was literally the worst place I have visited while car shopping. I would give this place no stars if I could. Same your time and money and go elsewhere!

Yes, its a used dealership with some cars that are a little older. You have to take it for what it is. I have bought 2 cars from this place and the owner has worked with us both times on price. There is a large selection of vehicles but I do find that you have to be patient and pick through the inventory. We have bought 2 older cars for cheap commuters and they were in excellent shape for the years (1999 & 2002).

Walked in and didnt even get acknowledged until he got off his phone, asked about car we wanted to look at, he had to call three people to locate the keys, he said he will get the car and pull it up, waited about 8 minutes and a guy with nicer clothes talked us out of the car. As we were leaving first guy was just wondering around the parking lot all lost and confused about were their car was. We left and will not be back. I think they have too many auction cars and cant keep track of inventory.

I recently purchased a wonderful 2004 Mini Cooper. The car was in great condition, low miles, good car fax history, and a great price. There were a few cosmetic things like weather stripping, the radio not playing, and missing some compartment doors in the trunk. The owner was very easy to work with and got all of my concerns with the used vehicle fixed with the on site mechanics. By them doing the repairs they wouldn’t work with me on the price, however I felt it was a good price for an excellent car. The only thing that threw me for a loop was the staff doesn’t seem to greet you when you come in, and they don’t seem to have a huge drive to sell cars quickly which is good and bad. My suggestion to the owner would be to have a little more push to want to sell the cars. It was 6:00 (closing time) and the owner was pushing me out of the dealership and told me to come back tomorrow to buy the car, which I did but for someone who’s making a sale when I’m paying for it up front why would anyone shove someone out the door just because it’s 6:00? 6:00 for a dealership is too early for closing in my opinion, but otherwise great experience for me.

I bought a nice 2003 Ford Escape from them. I got tabs, title, license, all included. They gave me an excellent deal on the vehicle. The tabs and license came in less than a week. I would deffinately recommend coming here if your looking for a nice used vehicle.

Where do I begin:I called in to inquire about a few VW Passat TDIs that seemed like a good price. I wanted to test drive them and see for myself how well taken care of they truly were. I was greeted on the phone with an extremely unprofessional “Luxury, hello” so I gave the benefit of the doubt to the language barrier. I was then Immediately told they were open and was hung up on.I decided I’d go drive up there that day so I did. When I arrived I had no idea where to park MY car, and barely made out where the entrance was. Once I found my way inside, I had to wait with another person for 20 minutes while the only employee was on the phone. A casually dressed gentleman with an aggressive silver chain then greets me and tells me to look up the cars I was interested from their website on their laptop. I find the car and spend another 20 minutes waiting while he is on the phone. I am then told that one of his employees will help me find it. This “employee” comes up to the laptop and I get this whifff of weed (marijuana baby!) yes I KNOW this scent from a time ago and you can’t cover it up with your axe body spray, buddy. I kind of start laughing in my head but then I think to myself “wait I’m trying to spend a lot of money and make a financially sound decision on a complicated piece of machinery,” so I was very put off by it, and it really did give evidence as to why all of these scented employees had a complete lack of enthusiasm/motivation. Another 20 minutes go by and they find the car. And they tell me there is a lot of snow and there a 2 other cars blocking it so I can only test drive if I’m serious about driving. So I say I’ll just check this one out without driving it. I make my way through the thick snow, past a “car battery jumper box!” which was obviously used to start the car, and i sit myself down in this moldy, dirty, covered in mud spots and scratched interior of a car. I then inspect the exterior and there are knicks and dings everywhere including some excessive damages that weren’t in the picture (the front grill).Side note: This car actually had two vehicles in the same car description. How do I know? There were two different license plate numbers for the same listing in the pictures! You can see it on their website.So I return in and ask to see the more expensive vehicle I was interested in. He then tells me to look for it myself out in the parking lot. After walking for 15 minutes out in the cold, pushing snow off the cars to view the license plates, and laping around the entire lot twice, I couldn’t find the car. I went inside to tell them that the car isn’t there. And before having to wait another 20 minutes. I decided that my time is more valuable than this and just drove back home.Tips for the owner: Don’t tell people you have only great cars, with the best engines before they even see the car.Shovel off the snow! I shovel my driveway every time it snows and I know that snow has been on the cars for at LEAST two full weeksYou said you had two employees not show up. Even if that’s true, there were still two employees who did. And I can easily say that one enthusiastic employee could have done the work of four of your marijuana smelling employees. And you wonder why they don’t show up?This was a great learning experience and I’d love for anyone to spend the time to check it out for yourself! I’m just hoping the owner doesn’t reply that my review was fake like he does to many other 1 star reviews, which I though had to be fake as well preceding this incidental and eventful trip up there.

Lots of vehicles here with lots of issues. Dont be fooled by the pictures seen of vehicles online. If you go here you could be wasting your time. I test drive 3 different vehicles all of which had issues that were not described or pictured and they were not small issues. More than likely the owner will come and respond to this review by saying its fake but this is 100% real. Go here at your own risk and if you do make sure you check anything you can think of on the vehicle you are looking at.
