I took my mother there and she liked it a whole lot

Nothing on register in the store. Couldnt get coupon to work on line. An associate placed an online order for me and gave discount without using coupon then they said I wrote a bad check and I have never written a bad check and there was plenty of money in the account. I will not go back

So many unique things to marvel at. Clean store.

I ordered curtains on 12/31/2020 and received an update my order was waiting for courier pickup on 1/3/2021. I finally found the curtains I wanted and was excited to get them between 1/6 and 1/9 per my order. On 1/13 I reached out to see why my order still showed waiting for pickup and was told my order was lost. I was given the option or reorder to get a refund. I opted for the reorder since I really wanted those curtains. I received an email stating to wait up to 7 days for an update. I reached out again today and was told I had to wait another 7 days for them to reach out to the carrier (still showing waiting for pickup so it was still sitting in New Jersey and never picked up). I declined to wait until February to possibly get my curtains and opted for the refund. Getting a refund was easier and quicker (2 - 3 business days) than tracking a package. I will NEVER have something shipped again. Everyone should know they do not care about their mail orders and cannot track any packages. If they say it will take a few days, it will likely take a few months and you may not get it then!

This store is somewhat run down and poorly stocked. It seems you can find most standard kitchen items with with ease but it comes at a premium...i joke usually that Im just window shopping for Amazon because the prices are so high. You definitely dont want to walk in there without one of their infamous 20% off coupons.One thing worth noting is the clearance section towards the back of the store. Its right passed the bedding area. Ive walked away with some stellar deals there in the past. Always worth taking a peak.While theres a wide variety of home and furnishing products Ive found it harder and harder to shop here. The selection seems to slim with every visit. Theres likely better places you can go to get better quality items.

Open during the remodel. Looks like when they are done it will really be nice. Great selection. Also great coupons.

Tons of items for the home..great customer service..an employee gave me a tip to go to a website that saved me 20%.Great store.

As of writing this (7/2021) they are doing a remodeling to the flow of traffic in the store. Minor changes but seems to make a difference.

I wish they had more of a bedding selection. Only one sales rep asked if we needed help, but checkout was quick.... Probably because there werent many shoppers in the store

Went to put heavy item on register counter and cashier associate took a SNIPPY attitude with me and told me I had to obey 6 (2 shopping carts) apart rule. If BB&B is going to restart enforcing that rule again, they really should put up large signs.

Honestly, why shop at BBB when they charge entirely too much for what they are offering.

Love this store - it is definitely jammed full of stuff - makes it hard to maneuver and maintain social distance.

Always helpful and even assists with savings by obtaining additional couponing if available.

Aisles were clean and the different departments were well stocked and clean.

The reduction in products (especially in bath and bedding) has really taken away from what once made this store stand out. The beginning of the end for BBB.

Love the items in this store.. I adore woodwick candles and this is the only store I seem to be able to find them at! Alittle on the more pricey side especially on certain brands and product choices.. But on the positive note they really do have a great selection of cool an up to date household items

I wish I got the guys name that helped me with picking out my pans. He Was super super helpful and answered all my questions. Ended up getting two pans and a cast iron skillet.

Very large store very well stocked

Kinda pricey and restocking is in dire need. It wasnt crowded(was there like 1pm-2:15pm weekday).

Friendly employees were very happy to help 🙂. Was very low on the stock but, it was not a surprise given what is going on in the country.

I found what I needed. Check out line did not take very long for being so close to Christmas. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. She tried to help me get a coupon off my phone. When that didnt work, she gave it to me anyway.

It was empty and no one ever said hello nor ask to help find anything. I left with nothing.

Usual selection of goods. Service at this location has been hit or miss. Last time I was there I was asked if I had a coupon, told I could get one by signing up for their loyalty program that could be applied to my purchase, then the cashier never submitted my info, so I never got the coupon, and never got signed up. She made a big deal out of getting us to sign up, the least she can do is complete her job if she is going to make a scene about having to come back to redeem the coupon.At other locations, the cashier would just scan a flyer from the mail she had at the register and none of this hassle becomes necessary. This location seems to want to create more hassle than more customers.

The store had to be 40° inside. That is no way to run a business, and not a good environment for the staff who works there.

Its a nice store with a wide variety of home goods. Their prices are just overinflated. So I try to only shop there if I have a great coupon. Its usually neat and its not typically hard to find someone to help you find what youre looking for.

Last week they sent out the sales ad...and on Friday we went up to do some Christmas shopping . But they were out of the wine glasses in the ad....they said they could ship them to me for $2.99 shipping fee....but if the store is out why dont they ship the item s for free ??? I went ahead and ordered them and paid the shipping fee and now I wait and hope they make it here safe and not broken.....not happy ...this use to be one of my favorite place s to shop.

I really like BB&B but they are quite expensive. I went this time to buy a make up mirror with a very bright light. They had them but up to $200! I came home and bought one on Amazon for $45. They do have lots of cool stuff though.

The store is in the middle of a remodel and it is hard to find things. Also, they no longer have items in the store we like to buy. They were quick to offer shipping to home for free. However, I wanted to inspect an item before purchase so I declined.

Any thing you need in your home can be found here. While we were deep in our adventure of seeking Christmas gifts we were approached by several floor employees asking if we needed help. I purchased a new vacuum. As I continued my shopping they had the box delivered to customer service. And there it was when I got to the register. It was a very smart shopping day for me. Especially rewarding to me was the customer help around the departments, the friendly smiles and that all important customer service.

So much has changed it isnt the store that offered the cool kitchen items as it was in the past.

Found what I went there for and more! Got a great deal on a couple items. Huge store, but easy to get help to find what was on my list. I was actually surprised to see all the great deals. Will return soon.

I just left the North Canton store where I have spent thousands of dollars over the years. They overcharged me on a purchase from last week & I took my receipt to the service center. Everything was fine until the long-haired dude with glasses took over (you know who you are!) I have never been treated so rudely by a sales clerk in my life. He had an attitude from the minute I tried to explain where I was coming up with my figures. He wasnt interested in listening & was treating me like a moron! I received a credit but not for the full amount I was overcharged. I will never step foot in this store again as long as he is working there. Buddy...you need to find another profession like cleaning toliets because you SUCK in customer service! I am 61 years old & dont need to be spoken to in this manner by some clueless punk. And retailers are wondering why theyre losing business to Amazon!!!!

I get that every store has bare shelves, but this is ridiculous...you cant find anything you want/need in-store, but im sure you can find things on-line so what is the point in having a physical store front? and i guess it doesnt help everything is made in china either

I love Bed Bath and Beyond! I shop here frequently. Theres so many things for the home, as well as a health and beauty department. Pet items, too. Well stocked. Only problem is that theres not a lot of room to navigate.

This particular store is steadily going downhill. Once it was a pleasure to shop there: now I find the shopping experience there to be unpleasant in the least. This store once had plenty of associates who were dedicated to customer service. The number and friendliness of the associates has been steadily declining. No longer will an associate come up and ask if they can help you. It seems as though Bed Bath and Beyond is following the trend whereby customer service is more and more up to the customer. In addition, the checkout is pretty sad. Another store going down the road to oblivion.

Well if you can afford it then its great, otherwise their is much cheaper places to shop.

Great selection. Friendly staff. Sometimes the lines can get a bit long at checkout. Store is nicely laid out. Plenty of employees around to answer questions and help find items. Only downside is I have gone in for certain items and found things I didnt know I needed.

We set up our wedding registry tonight. The guys working back there tonight were very nice and helpful. There are so many cool items there. We got mugs just for registering and a swag bag!

I really like how they have different items you dont find at other stores. However they are very expensive. Their clearanced items are usually decent prices. They also send out coupons which make things a better deal.

Most staff are nice and helpful, except some of the cashiers in the costumer service counter seemed to hate her job a lot, carried poker face, they need to have smarter people to do the job. And my credit cards only have problem in this store, not convenient for customers. Or the cashier just didn’t want to help to get it worked. It was fine earlier in a gas station. Not pleasant place to shop anymore. One item not mine accidentally showed up in my shopping bag, maybe it fell in my shopping basket or cashier accidentally added in my shopping. I had to go back and returned it, it’s trouble, luckily I was still in the same area,the cashier was not happy about it and argued for a second. This place is running down, never return.

The person who helped me in the bedding department was very helpful, the cashier was terrific as well!

I was a little disappointed with their pricing signs. I didnt know you got the sale price with being one of their members. An area rug I purchased, thinking I was getting it for$23.99 turns out to cost me 35.99 because I wasnt a member. Heads up membership is $29.00. Place mats I thought were 1.99 I paid 3.58. Sighs didnt say anything about membership. Wasnt right.

There were things for beds. There were things for baths. And there were things beyond those things. Usually a long line at the cashier but they had extra people for the busy season which was nice.

Didnt treat me fairly my coupon for twenty percent coupon wad at home and forty minutes away,wad in n canton. He said to bring the coupon back and I would get my twenty percent off.I almost left my article there! !
