This past weekend I brought my car in to the service department for an oil change and to have the lightbulbs replaced on the temperature control panel. When I picked up my car, I noticed on the drive home that it was having a brand new issue that I am sure is a result of the work they did. While I won’t comment on that right now because I’m waiting to get a second opinion next week, I will say their customer service so far has been terrible. I called on my way home about this new issue, part of which was the panel they had to remove to replace the lightbulbs wasn’t put back on properly and was sticking out. When I took my car back Tuesday to have the panel put back on correctly and the other issue fixed I was met from the get-go, before the adviser even took my keys, with “this wasn’t our fault”. After much back and forth with the adviser I left frustrated on the other issue but at least with the panel back in place….or so I thought until my drive home from work yesterday. When I went to change the temperature, the whole panel pushed in, making the radio panel stick out again. I’m sure this will be fixed by the person who gives me a second opinion next week, but if nothing else, it makes clear that Cain does lazy work and they don’t care. They also left the filthy plastic tool they use to pop the panels off on the front seat of my car. Maybe they expect me to fix their work on my own! Neither the service adviser nor the director have been helpful, and no one will take responsibility for the mistake they made. It’s beyond infuriating. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle elsewhere.

Sales and finance departments treated me well a year ago, but service department has been a let down. Simply had an oil change and tire rotation performed, specifically asked for the car to not be washed as It is only hand washed and was detailed the day before. It was washed in their touch bay which resulted in tons of micro swirling as Toyota paint is not good to begin with. Also the tech seems to have left a nice new 2 inch scratch on my drivers side A-pillar. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the service advisor who said he would see what his manager would do. He offered to send the car to detail, which I expressed I did not want to have a brand new car polished. From what I can tell detail used spray wax, wasn’t even efficient at removing said spray wax, and sent me on my way. I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service now as another family member lost their motor after cains service dept did not affix the oil cap after an oil change. I’m done taking my chances with Cain Toyota.

Absolutely wonderful service!I appreciated that the dealership was military friendly! I had Sid Dowd as my salesman. I cannot recommend Sid enough! He went above and beyond for this sale. He offered other cars that were within my price range. He wasn’t pushy either like a lot of car salesmen. He got me a extremely good deal on the car as well! The purchasing process was quick and easy! I highly recommend Cain Toyota! I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership and it was worth the drive!

Always check their work after service - I typically have had good service here but they overlook small things, specifically there have been instances they say they topped off coolant, brake fluid but I check and it has not been touched.

I had service work on my Toyota Tacoma and was so pleased with my Service Consultant THERESA HESSERT! she has gone beyond the call of duty. Made me feel very welcome, offered refreshments during my visit. I did have to come back for my second visit after parts came in. She called me and kept me posted. August 19, 2020 was my first visit to Cain Toyota. I usually go to a local repair shop who has worked on my van since January of this year. The repair shop tried to tell me my RPMs were off and I needed to take it to a Toyota dealer. Since I am new to the area I just chose one that was closest to me. Im glad I did. I dealt with Service person Theresa. She kept me up to date on repairs and alerted me to some shady work done by my previous repair shop. I had replaced my battery with a new one back in January also a new Alternator. She called me back to tell me that the battery was bad. I said i didnt understand its brand new. She said no it is a used one. I was so upset that this shop put a used battery in and charged me for a new one. Also she asked me did they do an oil change for you. I said yes in January. Well they didnt put in an air filter. So my van has run over 7 months with no air filter and charged for one. I was so upset. I will deal with him later. So I just got a new battery from Cain and they did a cleaning I believe it was a sensor because thats what the other guy said was wrong.Well all in all I appreciate the extra effort that Theresa and her team did for me. I will be sticking with Cain Toyota.

I was sold a FWD 2020 Camry in 3/2020 claiming it was AWD. It was for my son. I asked before I bought and the salesman said it was AWD. I even gave then information about an otherwise similar car in Columbus that they price matched. Unfortunately it was a dishonest price match as that car was AWD and the one that I bought wasnt. I found out when my wife got stuck in the snow. When I went back they offered to buy back the car for over $200 less than the offer that I got from Carvana and offered to sell me a car for a price I could get at other dealerships. Their reasoning was that I would save on taxes by selling and buying the car in one place. Instead I said I would purchase winter wheels and tires from them at no discount and pay to get them swapped there twice a year. I requested if they could just store the wheels there to make up for being duped by them. They said it was against their policy. So basically I got nothing. They seem to have just wanted to make more money by selling me another car.Update: This is in response to their reply.Till I saw their response I was giving some benefit of doubt to the dealership. The statement that the paperwork shows FWD is a lie. I did bring the original sticker to the dealership and showed it to the manager and there was no mention of AWD/FWD/drivetrain on it. That is why I had asked the salesman about it. This time I was told that if the car is AWD, it would says so on the sticker and if it doesnt then it is FWD. I wasnt told this when I bought the car and had asked if it was AWD or FWD. Also, I did get the listing info for the car on cars.com and do have it with me. There is no mention of AWD or FWD on that as well. Unfortunately I lost the paper with the info for the car that they price matched which had the salesmans writing on it. They said they dont have it as part of the sale paperwork. If I had it I may not have stopped with just writing bad reviews.

I feel I had an incomplete frame inspection on a recall - they undercoated instead of frame replacement and now I have bed pylons rusted off and a rear crossmember just forward of axel rusted away where it meets the frame. Just told me Im SOL. Im am contesting the work performed during the frame inspection and how thorough it was- this kind of metal degradation doesnt happen that rapidly... 870,000 of our trucks were recalled for a reason. Both of my rear springs broke 9 months apart and were replaced prior to that particular recall before this one - was that a tell maybe? Is it my responsibility that the frame degradation was missed?

Cant say enough good things about the Service Depatment at Cain. Customer first and customer satisfaction has been their demonstrated priority. I had been going to another area Toyota dealer for service until I met Dan Malroy the service manager. Cain has been my preferred dealer ever since. In fact from this level of service I have given their dealership my business on 2 new Toyotas purchases. I waited to post a review because I wanted to drive my vehicle for a little while before I wrote a review and as an elementary teacher these past few months have been choatic. I am posting now after owning my vehicle for the past 5 months. We shopped around for a long time looking for the right vehicle for our family. We found what we were looking for at Cain Toyota. We appreciated our sales persons patience and time. On the day we went in to purchase our vehicle Alex was prepared and the sales part was handled quickly. We had some issues with the finance person because we went in preapproved and he insisted on offering us dealership financing. Which is fine but we did not appreciate his arrogant, rude behavior or being misled on the financing process. I have excellent credit, so it wasnt a credit issue. We did not want our credit pulled multiple times. He assured us this would not happen, yet as I sat there, I received multiple notifications from the cedit bureau indicating my credit was pulled 4 times exactly. Ultimately, it all worked out and we left with our certified used vehicle.5 months later I am upset because we bought a certified used toyota highlander and we have had multiple issues. The front bumper skid plate/ground effects literally fell off while driving on the highway, the heat shield came loose and was rattling, the passenger seat warmer no longer works and now rear lift gate will not open. This vehicle is 4 years old and only had 38,000 miles on it when we purchased it. I bought a used car that wasnt looked over properly when it went through the process to certify it as a used vehicle! I will never buy another certified used car from Cain Toyota. We did call over the summer to have the front bumper skid plate/ground effect reattached and the heat shield looked at. They were kind enough to fix the heat shield and reattach the skid plate free of charge. The skid plate/ground effect is actually broken and needs completely replaced. We are now trying to figure out the reason the rear lift gate will not open.My recommendation is to buy a new car or find a trustworthy dealership to purchase a certified used vehicle.

Amazing service! A few days ago my young daughter was traveling through Ohio when her car broke down late at night. We live 2.5 hours away. We had the vehicle towed to Cain Toyota since it was closest to where she would be for the night. We literally chose Cain via a quick Google search. I got a call early the next morning from Luis telling me they were pretty booked that day but might be able to take a look at the car later that afternoon. I explained that my daughter was traveling through the state and was kind of stranded. Within 90 minutes of that phone call, Luis called me back and said that they’d been able to diagnose the problem, had all the parts available, and could have the vehicle ready for my daughter that afternoon! I can’t tell you how relieved we were. Great service is truly hard to come by these days, but Luis and his team at Cain proved that is does still exist. If I lived closer, they’d be my go-to team. Thank you, Cain, for top-notch service with a great attitude.

After I purchased a vehicle at Cain Toyota they tried to renege on our agreement. As part of our agreement, Cain agreed to paint a rust spot on the vehicle. After I paid for the vehicle and it was detailed, I found the rust spot had not been addressed. It was a Saturday evening and they were closing and the salesman did not go ahead and have the vehicle painted. Instead, he said they would coordinate with a dealer in my area (I drove over 90 minutes to get there) to get the vehicle repaired. Over the next few days Cain changed their story and said they would instead mail me a bottle of touch up paint and they expected me to paint the vehicle myself.I found this completely unacceptable and had to go through the Better Business Bureau to get Cain to hold up their end of the agreement. However, they did not let me get my vehicle painted near my home and I did have to return to Cain for the repair.I attached pictures of the rust spot before and after Cain painted it. To me, it looks like they simply covered the rust with touch up paint. Also, paint was sloppily splashed onto the window glass. They clearly did not blend in the repaired area with the surrounding paint.I would not recommend Cain. They mislead me, tried to back out of our contractual agreement, then did a poor repair job but only after I sought help with the BBB.

My wife and I baby our 4Runner. Its a 2013.It has 92K miles. We drive it only about 12-14K a year. We are used to running our Toyotas to 250K+ miles.Took it in for oil change and tire balance with rotation. Simple run of the mill maintenance. The service department calls me and says they broke something off in the oil filter area, and it would be $60 more for me to replace what they broke. Supposedly whoevers did my last oil change put the filter on too hard.The vehicle always ran smooth, we dont skimp in any service.... Sure. Replace it I tell them.And I get it home and the 4Runner now is shaking violently in Neutral and Park. Not sure whats going on. I will keep yall posted.I have never experienced someone else breaking something, charging you extra. And then handing you back the vehicle in worse condition than it had ever been in.And whats awesome is they show they replaced the part, but not that they broke it on the paperwork. Thats shady.

This was my best car buying experience Ive ever had. Most dealerships have young kids ready to put you in a car today but few have sales people who genuinely know their product and consider the needs of their customer before their commission. Sam Warther at Cain Toyota delivered that old school salesmanship that has been missing for the last decade. My wife and I viewed him more of a personal consultant than a salesman. He educated us on all of the options the car had and even provided lower cost options so we could make our decision. When we told him we were checking out the competition and he encouraged us to do so because of the confidence he had in his brand. A competitor made our decision easy and we quickly came back to Cain. We brought our baby and 6 year old in to purchase and the finance guy kept them entertained while we completed the process with ease. I had submitted interest in the sienna to other dealerships and received competitive offers but due to the service, it was worth paying a higher yet fair price. The service department looked great and very organized. Im a Jeep guy, but this dealership has me seriously considering a 4 Runner for my next new vehicle.

Cain Toyota has a courteous staff, reasonable prices for maintenance, and they are always able to accommodate my schedule for service. They are not pushy in trying to upgrade to a new vehicle when I go in for service, which I always appreciate. They have a transport service to take you around the area while you wait for your car to be serviced, which is a big advantage. The waiting lobby is often very loud though. My car is still going strong after 12 years and it is thanks to great service from Cain Toyota!

Worst dealership ever. I bought a Jeep there. Had several problems with it. Did buy a warranty with it, glad I did. They werent a Jeep dealership and couldnt work on jeeps. Service department called to have a window seal repaired on my van the service department transferred me to parts who said yes we have 2 in stock I said I would like to schedule to have one installed they said ok transfered me back to service who scheduled me an appointment to have it done the following week I took a half day off work drove the 40 miles up there to be told now they dont have my part I feel this is very poor management. Normally, I despise the car buying process, and our experience with Cain Toyota changed our perspective as I just bought my third car from them. You know, this isnt a situation about me but I feel like I need to speak up about this. I have 2 coworkers (they are Indian and Pakistani) that went in to get a car and were treated like garbage. Listening to the description they are giving of how they were treated, I can guarantee that I will NEVER go here. I will deter others from going here. How can a salesmen tell someone to wait by the door, not offer a chair and try to tell someone you need this car not the one you want? You expect people to come back when this is how you treat them? No thanks.

Service department is excellent.Some of the salesmen and support people in showroom chew tobacco. I think that is extremely unprofessional! I do not want to hear someone spitting in a cup/bottle when Im looking at cars. I called and complained about it a year ago but its still going on last week.

Friendly staff with quick and efficient service. I take my 2018 4Runner TRD pro here for service. I’ve never had an issue with any part of either the Toyota or BMW side. Definitely recommend to anybody needing their car serviced in the area.
