Don’t expect Dan the service manager at Cain Toyota BMW to do the right thing and properly align your NEW vehicle. He will concentrate on selling you tires, even though the service technician check marked the green box that reports the the tires are good. Also, their computer on two occasions was “broken” and couldn’t print my reports — alignment/tire wear.
Cain Toyota always does a great job for myself and the business. Dan and the crew all go the extra mile to make sure we leave happy.
Tried three different days to call and schedule service after the website wasnt working. On hold for 10 minutes each time before hanging up. Finally scheduled at a dealership in Akron for my Toyota.
The only place for the maintenance of my Toyota. Their prices are normal for the area but I trust them to get it right. So far they have stood behind their work.

I was told me brakes needed replaced. $900 estimate. I was warned that if I didn’t replace them soon, “major damage” would occur. They were “at their limit”. After being scared into trying to spend almost a grand, I walked away and got a second opinion.2nd opinion says the brakes were fine and not in need of replacement anytime soon.Shame on you for trying to scam me. So dishonest. Hope others will head my warning not to trust this dealership.
