Bought my wife a sewing machine for anniversary gift. It was a very nice singer model. The lady that helped us out was very nice. (Don’t recall her name.) She also bought some fabric. She started using it within a few days and already has some stuff made. So money well spent.

Friendly staff, but I wasnt sure what the job of the girl by the doors was - she wasnt a great greeter and was not very enthusiastic or knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Caroline checked me out and was very polite, friendly and had just the right amount of conversation.They had exactly what I wanted and on sale it made the price closer to what I was willing to spend.

I frequent Joann at least once every 1-2 weeks. I repurpose furniture, so, the paint section and fabric department are my go-tos. This location is always organized and the staff is friendly. Plus, its always exciting to see the red clearance tags in the area Im shopping in!

Love shopping online and picking up, however in the last six months online has charged me for whole orders when the whole order wasnt filled due to not having it. Id recommend but be careful if you order on app and they dont have your full order or youve used a coupon online they dont always give you when charged, keep an eye out!! Now I dont pick up orders that arent fulfilled with everything Ive ordered because it seems as if the store and online number cant do anything about it, or they say they charged you the correct amount even when I show them what was taken out of my bank account!!

Would be nice if on hand inventory matched what website claims location has on hand.

A nice store for sewing, crafts, frames, custom framing, seasonal decorations, yarn and more. Classes available (but Im not sure if theyre offered now because of Covid).

The lady that helped me has been there for a long time. She was the only person that knew what I was looking for. I first stop a very young girl she didnt know what I was talking about. I figured they still sold it. Well if your about to have baby or became grandma these come in handy. Also, if you have older person u take care of this might also help. They cut to size for u. They now only come in white color. Its a thick material with plastic in between more material. So you dont have to change the sheets in the middle of the night. Just have to put a new diaper on them. Also, they had masks on sale 2 for $1. They sell childrens masks. I bought them. You can make necklaces from buying thing there.They looked pretty much already done. Good there and have some fun.

Had what I needed and a great selection of craft items. Went to Michaels yesterday. Looked like the place was going out of business..had nothing! Friend suggested that I go to Joanns and I am really happy I did. Little pricey though.

Yesterday, visiting your Joanne fabric location in North Canton, my wife and I had a terrible experience. We visited the store searching for fabric to fix a blanket with a broken tassel. During the visit we asked an associate named “Haily” to help us find the correct fabric to match. My wife, in earnest asked what to use to fix it, while holding samples. The associate replied, in a sardonic and sarcastic way, “umm yarn… ok?.” And attempted walked away. I’ve never been so disrespected in a store. When taking it to the store manager, she defended the associate saying it had never happened before and that wasn’t like her, but I would hate to see another customer be treated in this matter. I know elderly visit often and would be appalled if they had the same customer service that my wife and I received in Belden Village. I’m bringing this to your attention because I fear it’s not resolved. The last thing I expected to feel leaving your store was to be embarrassed and enraged. I will not be visiting your store in the future.

Love this place, great selection and can usually find what I need and what I do not need. Their seasonal and holiday items are always cute and I love their fabric selection. Very friendly staff that can assist me when I am looking for something or ask for a suggestion for something I am creating.

Ordered some Christmas items from the website. Everything arrived in a timely matter & in great shape. Very happy. Also my daughter & I went there for their 50% off sale for yarn...they had it! Without the discount her total would have been over $70. Great way to save some serious cash!

I dont go very often but i love the amount of stuff. I wish they had more staff to assist customers but its still covid pandemic going on so i understand why they dont. Loved the polite ladies that were there to help when needed though

Holiday weekend visit for a new wreath and photo frames. Great coupon discounts and sale! Staff was friendly and every checkout was open. Moved very quickly for how busy they were. Nice! Shields between register stations and between customer and cashier. Masks required.

Wish I would of known that this place has the same owner as the new shop they opened in the Belden Park Crossings plaza and seen the reviews prior to going to the new location! Every time I come to this location I have a terrible experience. Not only is the service incredibly slow but the workers act like they do not want to be there. This happens almost every time I come here but this time specifically Jeanne was incredibly rude to me and my family. We had a return and she huffed and puffed around as if we were a huge inconvenience to her. When I told her to have a good day she completely ignored me. Next time I will just go to michaels where their service is friendly and efficient.

Joanns is one of my favorite sewing craft store.

I can always find what I need there.Plus,I seem to walk out with more than I went in for!I was looking for a small craft for my great nieces and found what I wanted.

Very friendly and patient cashiers. Items are easy to find in store because of great signage. Sale prices are great too. I purchased items for my water color paint class.

This location is a fairly decent place. The store is clean and organized, but the aisles are rather narrow. It’s hit or miss on if you’ll encounter a nice employee or not, but the pick up service (especially curbside) is great. The store is also in a convenient location.

Terrible....what happened to this store or company? I have shopped here for decades....I have place special orders for things since 2005....But...everytime I place a special order...first...nobody there knows how to do it...And...one time...I waited for my order and finally called to find out if it was in. They told me no....Later, I went to the store and the manager I spoke with told me that they got my phone number wrong....They had my order the whole time. Second, I placed a special order and went to pick it up and they brought it to me with a paper that had another womans name and phone number on it. They had called this woman and left a message on her machine that her order was in. Well, it was my order...Thankfully I had the receipt to prove it. The manager checked the computer and could not figure out how my order got under another persons name who did not order anything. And...when she checked the computer...all my information was erased...I have done special orders since 2005....but...I was no where in their computer. The last couple of times there, I wrote a check....no problem...But..twice now..it wont take my check....The register is goofed up.....So...I had to unfortunately leave my items that I wanted there. A couple of times while going to the cutting counter to get fabric cut....There is a lady there that yells at me to stand behind the plastic wall in front of her. I just put the fabric bolt on the counter and I was turning to stand in front of the plastic thing and she already yelled at me...Get behind the wall. It was so embarrassing...Then...I looked over at the other employees behind the counter and they were close together physically with a customer helping her and answering questions. I am tired of being yelled at...So..now when I go to the cutting counter...I practically throw the bolt on the counter and run behind the plastic wall.....Its ridiculous. There is not enough space here to explain all the problems I am having with this place. I have complained to their headquarters in an email...They got back with me and asked, How did we do? Well, you didnt do anything.....so....they are useless......There is no customer service anymore....They should just call it customer inquiries....because there is no service....I only wish that there was another fabric/craft store in the area because I would do all my shopping there. In fact, I am considering going to the place in New Philly that has quilt fabric, etc. None of the Managers are helpful, in fact one of them simply told me....the company is bad.......its very depressing......

Bought fabric today,which I do a few times a week. The heavy set brunette woman at the register refused to even scan my coupon. Told me it was invalid. Had she scanned it,she would’ve seen it wasn’t. Granted I should have just walked out but really needed the fabric and had to pay double. I’ll be shopping at Michaels from now on. Don’t download the app. It’s not worth anything

Was browsing online before coming to the store. The item that I wanted showed that their were 18 in stock. I couldnt find any when I went to look in store. I went to customer service to help, they made me feel like I was a complete inconvenience, after taking me to the area I already looked, we came back to the customer service desk and I asked them to look up my item on the computer; I had the item number ready to go on my phone. Again making me feel like I was asking way too much of them, I said its ok, they dont have to help me and I walked out of the store. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

The fabric counter has a very rude woman. Everyone else is nice tho.

Some employees at the fabric cutting station are VERY RUDE! One has very blonde grey hair and the other has a mix of light grey and dark grey hair and it’s always in a bun! They complain to their customers about their hours etc. and one loves to complain about helping the people in line to the person receiving the cut fabric, I love shopping here but do not like some of the attitudes I receive when I visit .

This Joanns is a large store with all kinds of crafting, fine art, and sewing supplies as well as home decor. They also do framing. Joanns always has great coupons and often has good sales on the supplies I need. Recently Ive taken advantage of shopping online and having it drop shipped to the store, which doesnt cost me any shipping fees

First time being at this joanns and I LOVED it! It was a crafters heaven! 😍

The people cutting the fabric were great. The only issue we had was the line. It was crazy long for just a normal day. When we got up to pay the cashiers apologized and were very nice. Other than that the experience was great.

I don’t have a problem with the store itself. However their bathrooms are HORRENDOUS. I went outside of my comfort zone during COVID to get material for making masks and I needed to use the restroom, despite already feeling uncomfortable having to do that in the midst of a pandemic. Before even walking into the bathroom, you can tell that it is not cleaned regularly, or ever. I had to use my foot to open the door because it was so visibly dirty. The walls, floor, and ceiling inside the restroom are the same way: covered in dirt and grime. The first bathroom stall that I hesitatingly kicked open was disgusting. There was toilet paper on the ground, scuff marks all over the walls of the stall, and FECES all over the toilet. I tried the other three stalls, and each time it got worse. Every toilet was covered in STAINS and FECAL MATTER. Absolutely horrendous. This is not the first time I have had an experience like this at this JoAnn’s, but it is by far the worst.

Visits to this store are nearly always the same: cant find the thing you came for (never in a place that makes sense) and cant find anyone to help on the floor because theyre all on register with the always ridiculous lines. If you do find help, its invariably someone who would rather be doing anything other than helping you. I avoid going in here.

I just encountered my first rude employee and he was the manager. I had a problem using a coupon because the item was on sale. I agreed to pay the amount based on the full price minus the coupon amount. Because it wasnt easy for them on their registered, he was just rude and snotty. And as he rushed away, he compounded his rudeness with a never again. If he means me shopping there, tune he would be correct.

I absolutely love Joann fabrics! They have everything you need for crafting and diy-ing. If youve never been I highly recommend you paying them a visit. A little pricey on some items but most of the time they have sales/ coupons and they take competitors coupons too.

This is a womans store and if you are a man expect to be a 2nd class citizen if you need help if you can find help. The prices are always way too high and I only go if I need something I can not find at another store.

Don’t buy something here and walk in two days later with your receipt when the stuff you’ve purchased is now 20% cheaper. They will NOT give you the difference. They will make you return everything and re purchase it. So, not only have I wasted my time and gas, I’m returning something I liked because of general principle. Which, I was planning on making more purchases with the refund difference. Their loss!

I made an online order to do curbside pickup. Called when i i arrived and no one answered. I had to go in where there were two women present. One on registers who was both unfriendly and slow and the phones just rang and rang. The other woman may have been a manager who was going about her business with no regard to helping the backing up line on the register. Apparently they had no other help. I understand social distancing right now. I understand cutting down employees in stores but dont offer curbside pickup when there is literally no one thereto help or even answer the phone.
