Went to get my flu vaccine this morning. Have had previous poor experiences at another CVS pharmacy. Such a difference this morning. Greeted pleasantly at the pharmacy. Had my pre check in information all ready in the computer. Took care of me very professionally and quickly. Watched an employee helping someone find something as I left! Will be switching my preference for a pharmacy from the Jackson pharmacy to here at North Canton!

Worst pharmacy experiences ever but my insurance only fills through CVS so I am STUCK with them. Every single time I try to fill a prescription there is an issue and I have to call a thousand numbers to do their job for them. Tonight I called about a prescription I called in 3 days ago and the woman actually said “it’s not going to happen today we’re like really busy and giving like vaccines and stuff.” They are always understaffed, rude, and always errors getting anything done here. I don’t even leave reviews but felt compelled in case people have other options or in case CVS cares to read these and make changes. Oh and the woman at the minute clinic is extremely rude. Last time she said she was calling us for hours to tell us to not come in. Funny that I was getting text updates with my wait time and never saw a call come through. I don’t get it.

I have been in the healthcare industry for nearly 20 years, most of which of that has been spent in customer service. That said, this is the WORST pharmacy in town! Lines are always 7 people deep inside and at least 4 cars deep outside. Prescriptions take a minimum of 7 hours to fill...no really 7 hours! My husband and I called on 2 separate phones to speak to the pharmacist about a prescription for our child, who had step...he waited, on hold, for 27 minutes. I held for 33 minutes. When we spoke to someone, they told us that the prescription, that was called in at 9:52am, would be ready at 5:15pm. When we went to pick it up, we were told, “it will be a few minutes.” We finally got the medicine at 5:32pm. The time before this, we waited in line, inside, for almost an hour. When we got to the counter, their system crashed and weren’t able to process the prescription. We had the $10 cash but still, couldn’t get the prescription. If you have to use a CVS, as we do let our prescription plan, I highly suggest not using this CVS. The drive to the other 3 in the County are well worth it. They are always too busy, under staffed and generally rude!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my lifetime and I am 69. My prescriptions are usually never ready and the wait time is ridiculous. Don’t bother to call because you will never get through to the pharmacist. I’ve been stuck with these people due to my prescription insurance but I’ll be changing soon even if I have to go out of my way and pay a little more. These people have been late with vital prescriptions needed after surgery etc. Enough is enough!

This CVS has been doing far better than before. As you see posted most reviews are from months to years ago. They have definitely change for the better. With a whole new pharmacy staff and two amazing Pharmacists, this place has become something new. The front store is also amazing. The staff is extremely friendly so come check this place out and give it another chance!

No matter how the staffing changes in the pharmacy, the result is the same- the crankiest most unhappy staff ever. There is a 50-something woman who works the phone and the counter who cannot listen. She barks and growls a rude reply before I can finish my sentence. Waiting in line one day I observed her falling all over a male customer- she even smiled. When it was my turn I was hopeful and I approached the counter with a smile, she gave me a stone cold glare and proceeded to interrupt and be rude. I have complained to management twice now. What is the problem with CVS pharmacies? Why is she in this job? I cannot go elsewhere due to my insurance. I used Walgreens North Canton for years and they were wonderful.

Well I was hoping that the other reviews lied, but they don’t. I tried to really give this pharmacy a chance. I got a prescription from my doctor sent on Thursday and still hadn’t heard anything by Saturday so I called. I was told it would be ready by Monday and they’d let me know. No big deal because I needed to start my medication on Wednesday anyway. Well Tuesday night comes around, still no message from them so I go into the store. I was told they still don’t have my medication and that I’d have to drive to Akron or Barberton to get it the medication the next day. Giving a pharmacy 5 days and then still not having it filled is ridiculous!!! They should have medications by the next day at the latest!I’d rather pay full price and go to Walgreens than here. Too bad my insurance and CVS are running a monopoly together.

The women pharmacist that works at this location has a real attitude problem and I don’t appreciate calling and getting yelled at! Some other friends and family members of mine have gone here and had problems with her and her attitude as well. Stop being rude to people who are just trying to get information on their prescription! If you don’t like your job get a new one.

I have had great service and terrible service. During the times that were great I was in about without a problem. During the terrible times which seems to happen more and more frequently is the lack of training and communication. For instance, I was told several times by pharmacy staff that they do not take BCMH. I had to pull up the Ohio Department of Health website and prove the staff wrong. It is upsetting because we were probablytold this for over a year. More recently, I was told by pharmacy staff that they sent a letter to my doctor about a medication that the insurance did not approve of. So I called my doctors office to see what was going on and it turns out the staff never sent them anything. So I now have to wait a week for migraine medication because there was a communication break down...again. I feel the pharmacy staff can do better on customer service and wait times.

We absolutely will never fill another script here. The staff is rude and unhelpful, do not note changes in your record and overall difficult to work with. Recently I was hung up on when transferring my scripts to Giant Eagle on Cromer. We only used CVS due to insurance requirement and no longer have that policy. So glad to be back where you are genuinely cared about, customer service is a priority and pharmacists offer excellent support.

Great experience! I had to work with multiple pharmacy staff members to clear up a prescription that was not written correctly and also waiting on several phone calls out to the doctors office. Every employee was kind, understanding, and professional at CVS. I could not thank them enough for all their help and not once did I feel that they were bothered by me.

I called about getting a prescription filled and the pharmacist who answered the phone was ruder to me than other other pharmacist I have ever spoken to. She was extremely unhelpful as well. I even let her know that she was being rude to me and she just raised her voice even more. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy.

Went into CVS to pick up a prescription dropped off 4 hours prior. Waited for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me due to them being busy and short staffed. I requested to change my insurance over in their system, and the lady yelled at me and told me I was gonna have to wait a few minutes because they were busy. Finally 20 minutes later when she came over to assist me, she asked for my ID number. I gave it to her and then she yelled at me some more stating that shes too busy to do this and this could take all day and that she would call me back. I said thats fine, so I asked for my prescription and she said that wasnt ready yet and wouldnt be ready for 25 minutes. Never got a phone call from her. 4 days later, I stop in because I ran out of my nausea medicine (Im pregnant). I walk and and see the pharmacy gate is closed, it was 10:46 and they open at 10 on Sunday. The cashier explained to me that their pharmacist called off and they were waiting for another one to show up and had no clue when that would be. This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I have used CVS for over 20 years and never had a problem until I moved to North Canton. They need a real manager in this store who knows how to run a pharmacy and train their employees properly.

Do not go here. They messed up my prescription refill, would not tell me why they refused to refill it, then the lady I spoke too decided to tell me I wouldn’t get withdrawals from not taking my meds and that “this is why you should call well before running out to get your refill”. Funny since my doctor would say the complete opposite and now I’m on day two no meds and I’m extremely sick. Gave up trying to get ahold of my doctor to fix it and called the cvs on dressler. She was able to fill it there no problem. So thank you Main Street cvs for making me very ill for no reason and being condescending and rude while somehow trying to make it my fault that you wouldn’t refill my prescription. Terrible. Will never return.

Very rude service. They always ask if you have any questions, but when my wife made a couple inquiries they were very impatient. It was clear they wanted her out. By law, pharmacies are supposed to explain your medication and answer questions. I have no choice but to patronize them, they have a monopoly with my insurance company. I had much better service at my old pharmacy (Davies on Tusc)

Have been filling there for years now and within the past couple months the pharmacy has just completely forgotten about me. None of my scripts are auto filled any more and have had drs call in several scripts and they don’t fill. My heart has been skipping beats for three days now cause they didn’t fill my heart meds. Dr called in on Friday and went to pick up and they said nothing there for me. Two days later and my heart beating all out of wack I call the dr and they called in. Call u guys and it still needs to b filled. All weekend u didn’t gave it. Now u do? This has happened several times In last month. First review ever wrote.

Went to pick up my script that I called in for refill a week ago. I called it in before I ran out. Was told they were working on it and it would be 20min. I said its been a week. He said were a little behind. Others waiting said they were told 20min and had been there over 30min. I think a week is plenty of time. This is ridiculous!!!

My prescriptions are not done on time or when I request. On a few occasions the medication was not filled when requested, and one incident that my prescription was not filled correctly and didnt know that until I was on vacation. Partly my fault for not checking but was also expecting accuracy since the prescriptions are double-checked there.

I had been going to this pharmacy for about 5 years and never had a problem. One day I noticed my prescription was shorted 10 pills. I immediately called them and they treated me like some scam artist. They said they double count their pills and what is done is done.Do not go here. Someone working in the pharmacy is stealing pills.

Worst pharmacist ever! I literally will pay the extra to go to another pharmacy where customers are treated ethically and with respect. I was so mad, I left without buying my other items. After he rushed to get my signature without bothering with the customary explanation, do you have any questions, he shamed me for not remembering to give him my prescription card “5 steps ago”. I had been awake 24 hours with 2 sick children, my bad. I will be contacting CVS directly, and perhaps his board to find out how Shane the pharmacist can get customer service training and/or corrective action.

Unfortunately this is the the closest cvs to us and our insurance requires we use cvs to fill prescriptions. We have have had issues literally every time we fill prescriptions at this location. They are never ready in time. This is the case even if we wait several hours or even the next day. Very frustrating.

Am currently on hold for over 30 minutes with CVS North Main Street, North Canton Ohio. If I left a client on hold this long I would be fired! I have received text and alerts for over a week regarding a refill that you are currently working on. Now I am out of my medication for two days and the side affects are excruciating!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Over the last year, we have had nothing but rude, slow, unhelpful service here. Wish our prescription insurance wasnt linked with CVS, because wed NEVER come here again. Considering driving 25 minutes to another store, instead of the 3 it takes to get there, so we never have to deal with these people again.

Unfortunately the wait time is crazy. I also always get a text saying my prescriptions are ready, but when I get there they never are. They really need more staff because the lines are always crazy, they clearly have more customers than they can handle. Ive had to wait days for my prescriptions...medications Im not supposed to stop taking...and this happens monthly. Im switching forsure.

Very rude and unhelpful pharmacist at this location. She had to order a medication for my wife, and later called to tell my wife that it would be in the following day, but DID not discuss the price. When I arrived to pick it up the medication, the cost was $295 for a single month, and she was very annoyed that I was unwilling to pay for it as this had not been discussed at the time it was ordered. She was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I am a physician and will never recommend this CVS to any patients.

Beware of the minute clinic. I signed in 45 min before closing. The lady Dr said she didn’t think she had time for me but to go ahead and sign in. She was calling for the person ahead of me that must have left ... so my turn and I tell her my symptoms and she takes my insurance card and info into the computer. Rudely she tells me she cannot help me I need to go to a statcare. Says she will delete my info. She acts like I was such an inconvenience even though it’s still half hr before closing and rushes me out the door. Later on I get a bill for over $100.. for nothing.. she refused to help me. I called the cust serv and complained and luckily they did not make me pay. I will never go to a minute clinic again. Horrible customer service from their dr.

The pharmacist here is utterly incompetent and rude. Not only did she refuse to fill my prescription--despite multiple calls from my doctor--she attacked and insulted me, as though I were a criminal. She wildly miscalculated the amount of time since my last refill and blamed me, all the while spewing out completely false information about the medication itself and its use. Fortunately, I have enough experience and knowledge to know not to heed her lies. Many people, however, do not. If she has not already, this woman is going to get someone killed.

Cvs has the most uncaring and rude pharmacist. I saw a pharmacist of theirs curse out an elderly man in a wheel chair because he was trying to get his pain medication filled. What type of person calls a 80 yr old man with only one arm and one leg a punk ass drug addict. Ive seen other times where they yelled at people. Hey just because you are a pharmacist it does not mean you are God.i will never shop at cvs ever.

Minuet clinic send my prescription to Arizona after saying she just sent it to the pharmacy about 10 feet away. Everyone in the pharmacy seem to be from hell itself. Go there if you like terrible customer service and terrible people.
