My wife and I recently had our countertops done by Strata. Our experience was positive from the first time we walked in the door. We were shown what options were on hand and were told how we could look at more selections. We talked with several vendors and kept coming back to Strata as our first choice. We were given a quote within hours of talking with Kristy. Once we decided to move forward with the install we were given a schedule for measuring, approving the layout and the install.
