Love the quality of Arhaus. This is a pricier furniture store but the pieces will last. Also they carry some pieces at a discount.

I LOVE the Canton location. Whenever I go into the store I am always greeted by an employee. Everyone at the store is awesome, but I personally like working with Summer. I would highly recommend Summer for anyone who is shopping in this market. Before we really started shopping she took the time to look through photos of the living space that I was redoing. This girl has great expertise and design talent!! She was able to inform me on all of the different material and color options and which ones would be best for my home. I get so many compliments on my new look and its all because of Summer! Couldnt thank her enough!!

I had someone recommend Summer the designer there for me to help me redecorate and plan my living room. I couldn’t be happier with my experience there, she was amazing at her job and knew what she was doing. So happy I purchased from this wonderful lady and this great place.

I do like this store, the furniture pieces are quality made... If you can get past the high prices.We have a $250 gift card that we are having a hard time using, try to find something for that! I liked a lamp $450 not much in this store below that price point.

Great experience I had at the Arhaus in canton, for one the place and products are amazing. But I have a great experience every time I go in, great service. I always work with Summer, she helped me pick a sofa and a bunch of other items to go in my apartment. She has great taste and really knows the products. She’s so friendly and always willing to help out anyway she can.

I was born with an irregular anus and thus require very soft furniture to sit comfortably. This store offered some very nice options that are both stylish and easy to clean. The downside is that everything is too expensive for normal shoppers.

I never use to shop at this location because of past employees. But now with this new team of faces, I couldnt be happier. Every empolyee was extremely friendly and the manager was willing to go above and beyond to help me enjoy my experience at the canton store again. I worked with the designer Summer, she was amazing. Her design expertist was out of this world good. She was so friendly and was willing to help me in anyway. I plan on working with her from now on when I come in the store.

I had a few ideas of what I wanted to do with my living room and bedroom in my apartment but when I walked in the store and was greeted by Summer she was able to pinpoint exactly what I wanted and helped me realize my vision. WOW !!! Doesnt get any better than the Arhaus team. My parents redecorated their entire living and dining room area. Top to bottom a bunch of special orders and such. Keokee not only helped in the store guiding with colors, fabrics and even stretching my moms taste boundaries a bit she actually came to the house to assist with an on site review of the rooms. The orders and communication were perfect and my folks couldnt be more happy with the new looks and the great quality of service and furniture.So, I decided to take the leap and my wife with Keokees guidance redid our dining and breakfast bar area. Wow !! So pleased with our upgrade !! Again, amazing service and assistance and some of the best quality furniture we have purchased. The best part is the team effort when you head into the store. The manager Jen could not have been more helpful as well and is a blast to chat with. She assisted in the choices, transactions as well as communications. Arhaus has a great team of people who really care about the customer. The special orders, while they took a bit to get in, you never felt forgotten or not taken care of due to the excellent communication. All around A+ both with me folks and our purchases. Will be back as soon as we can !!!!!

Didnt know what I was doing walking into Arhaus, with much thanks to an employee named Summer it was very easy to figure out what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and made my experience a breeze along with a very friendly group of coworkers accompanying her.

I dont know where to start. We have probably spent over 10 yrs $25K at Arhaus. Their furniture fits our style. Unfortunatel, customer service is a complete wreck. We order a custom slip cover. They say it will be 3 Mos to get it. Then we get lies and confusion. Finally, after 5 Mos we get it. Then we order a custom ottaman in Feb. ($1300 piece) They say it will take 3 Mos. We started calling in June because of delay. They said it is coming. Next week on the truck. Now we just heard it was never ordered and now will be late August. Plus, there is this guy there who gives us complete attitude. He is horribly cocky and arrogant. He should not work with customers and should be fired. Dont buy here. Go elsewhere. UPDATE: Sept 22 and we still dont have have the table we ordered in Feb.. They actually called us and said it was in. We go in and they dont have it. Who runs a business like this? UPDATE : Oct 2. They delivered! Unfortunately, completely wrong. This place is the worst. Custom order turned into custom nothing. We got credits now. Great! Who cares. Almost 1 yr getting our table.
