Levi was the best. He was super helpful and friendly. He answered any and all questions we had. Informed me of how soon I could get each sectional and what was in my price range and showed me all the color options I had as well. He was running up and down that store helping us and others the entire time we were there. He checked on prices for a few rugs, we got a good deal. No one was there to help us carry them out and Levi had no problem doing it!

I just want to thank Carla Watson for a hassle and anxiety free purchase of my sofa. After dealing with Home Depots none existing customer service and never delivering my furniture I was very stressed and had to cancel my order with them so it was a breath of fresh air to receive excellent customer service and a guarantee that my furniture will be delivered and set up for me and I dont have to do a thing. How refreshing to have piece of mind in such difficult times you made that happen Carla thank you so much.

I purchased a couch from here in April. They said the couch is on back order and it wouldn’t be here until late June- early July. I didn’t receive it until the end of July. I’ve had it for 3 months and it’s already broken. My boyfriend and I are the only ones who sit on it. We aren’t rough on it at all so there’s no reason it should already be falling apart. The spring has completely fallen off on one side and punctured the fabric underneath the couch. The cushions are already feeling and looking worn out. I rotate them every week and they’re still not holding up. I called to make an appointment for someone to come fix the couch. They said the person would be here 3:30-6:30 so I waited for the them and no one ever showed up. I understand material is hard to come by, but I feel as though the company who makes this couch just threw it together to fulfill orders. I’m just extremely disappointed that I wasted my money on something that isn’t going to last.

I visited VC for a specific item and walked out furnishing my entire home with the help of Carla! With her assistance, I was able to complete my search of filling my new condo with every unique piece of furniture I chose . Carla did an amazing job and provided me with her knowledge and expertise I needed to help me fill my home with unique pieces! Love her..!!!

I worked with bo today he was very friendly and polite. Not pushy by any means like your typical sales man. Really helped me find what I was looking for not just trying to make a sale. Bo was our sales associate and did an amazing job. We were looking for a sectional and he took the time to make sure we were getting everything that we wanted the right style the right accessories and to make sure we know the time frame for the arrival of the furniture. Great experience at VCF compared to competitors. Bought a kitchen table through Macy. I waited months for Macy to deliver it and in the end I never received it. Went to Value City and found a table I loved more anyway. It was delivered today not even a full week later. Sales staff are always polite and helpful and the delivery guys are professional and efficient. Getting a couch delivered next week. Cant wait!

My fiance and I were looking for a living room group for our new place. Value city has a great selection and affordable costs. Levi Harris was the associate who helped us, he was very friendly and patient answered all of questions about different fabrics, construction, etc. we decided on and loved the Nest sectional. Levi then helped and walked us through the 36 month 0% financing. Such and easy process if youre in the market for furniture, dining room or bedroom outfit I highly recommend Value City on Dressler in North Canton.

Carla was really so helpful. I am hoping to move out of my parents home soon, and I was in almost desperate need to find new furniture that would fit within a budget. She was not pushy or made me feel as though I needed to buy anything right then and there. She helped me find an entire bedroom set, mattress included, a sofa, and loveseat for less than $3300, which is significantly lower than any other place I would look at. I wasnt rushed to make a decision, and I felt heard. Carla listened to what I wanted and what I needed. She was a big help.

This pandemic had thrown a monkey wench into daily living which includes deliveries!😢 I waited months to get this recliner delivered and it finally arrived!! 😊Didnt want to get out of the new, sturdy, comfortable recliner. Sales person at the store was great! I told her exactly what I was looking for. She walked be right to 3 choices. All 3 would have worked. I picked one, and was honestly in and out in 15 minutes. With know it would be delivered within a week!!! And the delivery men were also great. They were curious and professional. The got it all handled quickly and cleaned up after themselves. A very positive experience.

Our salesman Bo was great! He even helped us mix and match different pieces from different sets and didnt think I was absolutely crazy for wanting to use an adjustable computer desk as my kitchen table. We bought a sectional, bookshelf, table and 6 stools. Went back 4 weeks later and bought a bedroom set, entertainment center, recliner and another bookshelf.

Great experience! I had to change my delivery several times because of my kitchen being delayed and value city worked with me every time. Delivery men were very nice and fast and put everything where I wanted. Highly recommend.

Levi helped pick out a mattress and a couch. He was very paitent and was able to answer any questions that I had. He was able to give dates when the couch and the mattress was going to be available. Was not planning to buy both in one day but he gave a price I couldnt refuse.

Poor communication. 3 month wait for furniture then ends up being 6 month wait (so far still dont have it and was paid in full back in May!!). No call backs from store manager to discuss after 6 calls to the store over a 2 month period! Horrible customer service. Worst business Ive ever tried to work with.

Awesome experience, me and my husband went in looking for a bedroom suite for our daughter. I ordered 2 beds and 2 nightstands around March and paid for them that day and they were suppose to be here may 25th then I got half of a bed on may 27th and everything else was pushed back to July 27th luckily the kids wanted to wait because I was ready to return everything then I was promised by a manager I was going to get money back which I never did. July 27th came and they called and said one nightstand was there but everything else was pushed back again and told me to get there that day to get the nightstand or they were sending it back so I went and picked it up and it was out of the box already together and had a nick out of it. So I have half of a bed and a nightstand they probably had as a display and still no money back to me that I was told and they told me my salesperson Bo would contact me and he never did. Still waiting for another whole bed a headboard to a bed and another nightstand. What a joke and I will never order from here again my kids were so in love with the beds they wanted to wait but they are so disappointed. I just can’t believe what I have dealt with since making such a huge purchase I wish I went somewhere else.

We shopped around a lot! Went to the other places and had mixed experiences, but found ourselves coming back here for several reasons. Anne was extremely helpful and very attentive both times we were here. Had tons of questions, she was very patient and went out of her way to get us all the answers. They have tons of choices for every style and she helped steer us in the right direction. We couldn’t be happier with what we chose and will certainly be back again when the time comes!

I have had bad experiences with value city in the past, but this time I had exhausted all of my other options and thought I would give it one last try. To my surprise, I was buying a new kitchen table 10 minutes later! It was on clearance because it had a few scratches on it, but it met my needs perfectly and I just love it!! After 9 months of dealing with another furniture store trying to get a furniture order fulfilled we came to VCF. They were able to get us almost identical furniture (we actually like it better) at a lower price and delivered in 6 weeks. We have purchased furniture from VCF in the past and this is another reminder to us to stay with a trusted business who delivers as promised.

I usually wouldnt bother writing but this is so extensively poor I just had to. Bought a chair, ottoman, couch, kitchen table and sofa table. 1st delivery I received a broken chair, a torn couch, and no ottoman but they said the delivered it. Now they want to send a repair man for the broken furniture. I didnt pay repaired broken furniture prices but thats what they want me to accept. Waited 3 hours again for repair guy. He showed up said I dont have anything with me Ill reschedule. What did I just wait 4 hours for then? 2 weeks later he never even showed for the 2nd attempt to repair my new furniture. 3rd delivery attempt they delivered a broken table. I said nope not leaving pieces of broken furniture in my house. Take it back. I ended up having to pick up new parts myself. A leg and cushion. On top of all this I financed it for right around 3k. I got my first bill and was charged double. 6k$ for non delived, and broken furniture. Im told it may take up to 90 days to investigate being charged double. Probably the most ridiculous purchase experience ever. Go somewhere else plenty of furniture stores out there.

Even though I waited several months for furniture to come it was worth the wait. Gave me a chance to.pay it off with no interest withing 3 months and they put everything together for you,and they came early enough that I wasnt waiting all day . Thank you vcf

Always a very good experience at Value City in Canton! This was my second time making a large purchase from them. Bo was so helpful with helping my husband and I buy a new bedframe and mattress and really catered to what we needed. He made the experience quick but informative enough. He was honest and extremely considerate. I have also purchased a large sectional and love seat from them a few years ago and its still holding up VERY well, even with our 5 dogs, lol. The store had incorrectlyPut in our address and I actually found the delivery guys at the wrong location/ they were very nice and accomodating to follow me to the new address. Very quick and efficient!

Ordered a Pleasant Pointe Dresser and Mirror 1st one sent out damaged the delivery guy took pictures no one from the store called. I ended up having to call. So they set up repair. The more I thought about it I didnt buy something that needed repaired! So I went into the store and talked to Jared (store mgr) he arranged for another to be sent out 5/21. I inspected that one when it arrived same issues (not as bad) but also some stress fractures. I sent it back on the truck. I did NOT order beat up furniture or furniture that needed repaired. I guess next step is to contact my CC company and file a dispute. I do not have faith in this company was told so many stories. I am ill and dont need the aggravation. Beware
