EASY. EFFICIENT. QUALITY. Holy City Gutterworks (HCG) installed beautiful, well-made gutters for our new home and I would highly recommend them. As a retired business coach, Im a firm believer in identifying what I call the three secret sauces that makes an organization standout. Heres what came to mind for HCG...The team at HCG was EASY to work with... I had another firm who said three months, HCG came in three weeks... HCG has great systems for communications, work orders, etc. which are highly EFFICIENT (you know exactly whats going on with your gutter install and when).. and though youre going to invest more money with HCG than lots of other guys out there, when you listen to HCG explain the difference in their materials and installation methods, its obvious that were talking QUALITY products.From Sean the sales guy to David the lead installer to Steve the customer service manager, everyone was professional and actually really cared that my wife was happy with the work done for our new gutter system. These guys are wonderful!!! They installed gutters for me in 2018. I needed a leaf guard system upgrade desperately because the build up of leaves was causing a back up of water.. and therefore some new flooding of my garage as a result. They were attentive and persistent to get my situation resolved. They did have to do some corrective work of the original install. They 100% stand behind their work! Steve was chomping at the bit to get my gutters up to speed and now I am happy as all get out!!! What a relief to look at the beautiful gutters with the leaf guard now in place. We have the right angles, the right fasteners, the right pitch plus flashing... I am so relieved! (I think that my yard guy will be happy too since he will not have to clean the gutters again!) Do not hesitate to hire Holy City Gutterworks!

Top shelf experience from start to finish. I dealt with at least three different employees in this company and all were kind and professional and responsive. My gutters look amazing and I did not have to follow up with anyone to get the job done well. I even received a follow-up phone call the day after my gutters were installed to be sure I enjoyed my experience. And yes I did, very much!

I would use this company again. Owner is great to deal with. Told me if I ever had an issue with the gutters, they would be out to fix it. He was a man of his word and came back a year later to fix a very minor issue I was having free of charge. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Installation was a little messed up but it was corrected without any fuss or pushback. Highly recommend.

Salesman knew his stuff. That was the last good dealing I had with them. The crew were nice enough but didnt clean up after themselves, with long strips (half of sheet of paper size) of metal left in the yard. The communication, after making the deposit, was horrible. With delay after delay. The gutters didnt catch the rain off the roof, it just poured in the crack made between the gutter and the roof. I am still attempting to get them to fix the issue. I did the research and had four quotes, this was the middle ground. I cant recommend Holy City Gutters to anyone at this point in time.Update: After a few discussion with the owner and a few trips out to the house the work seems to be completed.

The sales associate was very professional and prompt. The installers were on time, very friendly, and cleaned up after they were complete. A few issues with the gutters after the install - Steve Nelson was quick to respond and resolve the problem. Great company.

No contact in a timely manner after down payment and no scheduling time for installation. This very unprofessional for a business.

I cannot say enough good things about this company:) My husband and I were very happy from the beginning with our gutters, but then several months maybe a year later squirrels found themselves stuck in our gutters on the second story. It was way to high for us to get to and being an animal lover I was worried sick. I called Holy City Gutters at 7:30 pm to leave a voice mail and to my surprise was called right back! The gentleman was so friendly and understanding and agreed to come out the very next day and rescue the squirrels! Not only does the company do great gutter work, but they truly care about their customers & the critters that may find themselves stuck! I highly recommend this company!!

Requested an estimate and person came on a Friday. Was supposed to receive the estimate over the weekend and nothing came. Asked for it again on Monday and it never came. Asked again on Tuesday and still never received it. On Wednesday, I told them I’d be calling someone else.
