Very expensive even things that were for sale seemed overpriced! They do seem to have a very large selection of crafts and yarn and anything project wise. The store staff could have done a better job they werent really inviting and didnt ask how everything went during checkout or tell us to have a nice day!

Not handicap friendly. They only have one wheelchair. Its hard to maneuver around the store in it. Would be nice for them to invest in scooters.

Some staffing shortages (these are the times nowadays!) resulted in us driving for nothing as the person that worked in custom framing was gone for the day (with store being still open), but managers were very accommodating and helpful in resolving certain issues on a different occasion. Overall a good location and great management. 👍🏻

My wife loves this place... then I started liking it. They have shirts probably mean for designing and selling but you get great quality for cheap. Check out the $3.99 shirts

Id much rather go to Jo anns or Hobby lobby. The customer service is very much like the most likely to get a little additude at the time that you are needing some help and will go to the way to go and take a moment to help out with the fact that they will not even have a little bit of a conversation on the way and then just go back to what they do best and make it a bit less comfortable for needing . them to do their job. I will not even begin to see if they can help me out in the future and I will be there for the many things that I will get from the same place and get out and if I cant find a item then just go to another store. I ::WILL NOT;; ask for assistance from any of the staff

Not busy, some stock low. I returned a damaged item, with no issues. Also picked up a few things I needed. Cashiers were great.

Shelves half empty of what I needed but the staff was great in helping me with alternatives.

This is my favorite craft store in the area! The sales and coupons make scoring deals here easy. I love their selection of Cricut items and their tshirts (I only wished they carried 2XL). Their seasonal items are also fun to browse. Their uniqueness and quality always make me look forward to stopping in. The staff is also helpful and friendly! 5 stars all the way.

I was greeted when I entered the store and although I didnt find what I was looking for the cashier did assist me with making another purchase.

I love Michaels! I can shop online, get a discount and pick up curbside. Huge plus for someone disabled..I cant walk into the store. Ive never had a bad experience.

The store it self isn’t bad. But the company itself is horrible. My family and I will find somewhere else to shop. We were trying to order a cricket offline. They charge my bank account $184 and some change 5 freaking times. How pathetic.... then when the order went through the company canceled it because it was “out of stock” they tried telling me it was a bad car or not enough funds... wow.. we are banked with a big company and we definitely had enough money in the account. They finally fixed their mistake after a week and when I called to complain about the situation I got a 10% off coupon..... okay

Michaels on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is an excellent source for all things arts and crafts all in one place. This Michaels is well managed and organized and it is easy to find exactly what you are looking for thanks to well labeled sections. I enjoy shopping here and can accomplish all of my shopping goals. The staff here is very nice and willing to help you when you need it.

This was my first time at this location and it was busy. I will say the art supplies I needed were in different areas and there was very little help trying to find the things I needed. I had to ask a customer who was helpful. The prices were fairly reasonable and there were a lot of items out which is probably due to school starting. I did only give 3 stars because it was hard to find someone to help out but I will try this location in the near future.

My Citadel diploma was framed years ago. Over the years it had slipped and was crooked in the frame.The staff at Michaels in North Charleston was able to delicately remove the backing and straighten the Sheepskin Diploma without damage to it or the frame. They did it quickly (48 hours) and it looks great! Plus they charged a LOT less than the other Hobby store in town.I would highly recommend them for framing!

Had a wonderful shopping trip at North Pointe Plaza Michaels location. The staff was very friendly and informative. They were super nice when asked for price checks, even though it was busy. The store was, clean, well stocked, and they had all their sanitation devices in place. I go to this location almost everytime Im in town. I Love It! I also love Michaels rewards program. Check out my big spending lol!

Very disappointed had no arrangements for graves which they have always had. Very few flowers to pick from to make an arrangement myself. Had to go somewhere else to get flowers. I wont go back.

I cant believe that I have been sleeping on this Michaels. I always go to the one in West Ashley but this one has more variety of supplies I need. I surely will be making my trips to the North Charleston location.

I was not pleased with the level of customer service at all. I even requested to speak with a manager to assist, and she did absolutely nothing. I left Michaels and made all of my purchases at Hobby Lobby where in my opinion they seem to value their customers. During this time especially, merchants should be kind to ALL of their customers. I know that sales have decreased every where. I will not be returning to Michaels ever!

Always love Michaels. They are so consistent I can go to any store around the country and get whatever I need for the craft Im working on. Their prices are good and I can usually get a coupon. The selection is good. The staff in this store are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and theres plenty of parking.

Dont go in. Its a trap. Its the twilight zone. You go in to get a picture frame and walk out 100$ later with a cute keepsake box, 4 candles, crafts for your kid, and some fake flowers in an adorable pot for the office 🤦‍♀️ #sendhelp 🤣

Great place for all types of crafts and some home decor stuff. They have a nice selection of picture frames. Cute craft kits for rainy days at home with kids. Nice selection of paper craft products and scrapbook stuff. Stuff for floral arrangements. Holliday and seasonal stuff. Art supplies, yarn and cake decorating stuff as well. You can pretty much find just about anything your looking for when it comes to most crafts.
