Wiring harness issue and a few others found. Had my 2015 Pathfinder for over a week which considering the amount of work done is understandable. The main issue of the driver side headlight going out wasnt resolved. Previous technician stated it was a wiring harness issue. But in notes is just stated the bulb was loose. Light still out

Excellent customer service. Cathy is a very professional service writer. Could use some improvement on their process of getting vehicles in the service bay in the order of the appointment time. Had a 0730 appointment. (First of the day). I had to point out that at 845 my truck was still in the parking lot. While those with the same type of appointment went ahead of me. But all in all they are professional and really seem to care about the service they provide.

Nissan Does not back up warrantees. My car was leaking rainwater and they blamed the damage on me as I did not adequately clean the leaves off my roof. They stated the drains on the roof were plugged. I did not know there were drains on the roof and if plugged, water drains into the car. Bad design by Nissan and even worse warrantee. Cost 500.00 to clean out drains and I am responsible for water damage.

I got there when the shop opened. It looked like it might be a long day at the dealer just to get an oil change. Luckily I had an appointment, but you never know. Brandon came out and greeted me, found out what I needed and asked if there was anything else I needed done. I love the iService video that is very informative and makes things easy. The waiting area was clean. Brandon and the tech get me in and out of there within an hour. Highly recommend dealing with him anytime you visit Hudson Nissan North Charleston.

I took my vehicle to this location only beacause I was under the impression it was still under warranty for my leaking sunroof. Not only did they quote me a price that they would give a year warranty AND stand behind that warranty but when i rejected it and went to pick up my vehixle, they had ran it through the car wash....WITH A LEAKING SUNROOF!!!!!!IF you MUST use Hudson Nissan, I highly suggest going to the Charleston location on Savannah Hwy. My vehicle will never see the Rivers Ave location unless we are riding by.

Unfortunately this was the second time I was told that the transmission was bad, a $5000.00 repair. The first time was 50 000 miles ago. I took it to another mechanic and it turned out to be the rack and pinion on one side.

When making my appointment I was told I would be in and out in about 45 minutes. I get there and they tell me it would be at least 2 hours. I told them that I would be late for work and that I planned based on the short wait time I was quoted. They tell me that they can take me to work and pick up as late as 8pm. Still won’t work when you work until 11pm. Not good service! Don’t quote wait times and then not back them up.

I really like the service system here. The rep goes over your service requests with you in full details, then u get a text to authorize the start of service. Once inspection is done you get another text with video of mechanic discussing his inspection of your vehicle and a text to approve your choices of services with the recommended services, with prices. You approve or decline each and see the final price. Then u sign.

The service dept did not display all options to satisfy their customer. My car engine light was on and car was not shifting into gear. After diagnostic, they quickly recommended to replace the transmission @ $5,700 or a car trade in. Nor offer any additional services to the transmission such as checking the fuid level...

Everything I need completed with my car was great. Customer service was not so great. I had to call to receive updates regarding my car service. The service rep advised me that I would receive a video of inspections of my car which I did not receive. When I arrived to pick up my car the service rep was not there. I spoke to a representative in the office prior to arriving and he did not greet me or provided me with requested questions I had about my car door. The other rep that assisted did as much as he could do. I work in customer service myself there customer service was not good at all.

I always come to Hudson Nissan on Rivers Avenue to get my 2017 Sentra serviced for an oil change, cabin filter replacement, regular maintenance and recently brand new tires. The service is fantastic and the advisors, especially Jordan, are very knowledgeable! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle but them, even if you dont have a Nissan I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.

I took my 2012 Nissan Titan to Hudson Nissan of North Charleston for a problem that was a minor inconvenience very difficult to diagnose They tested and replaced some inexpensive parts that could have left me stranded. They were legitimate repairs that needed to be done. They had a hard time diagnosing the problem I had because they could not duplicate the problem in shop. What they did not do was throw a bunch of expensive parts at the problem hoping one of them would fix it. Nor did they keep my truck for days or weeks trying to diagnose it. They let me know what was going on so I could make an informed decision. I was grateful for their honesty and professionalism. Thank you Hudson Nissan of North Charleston.

I went to take my truck to be serviced for a Tune up and oil change. After waiting 3.5hrs my car was finished supposedly. The Service Technician blew a major fuse in my vehicle, left nothing working electronically in my 2017 Nissan Armada. I told my Service Advisor, no help! Spoke with the Service Manager no help again acting nonchalantly, trying to charge me an additional $150 for a diagnostic test after paying $600 for the service. I contacted the General Manager Mr. Downey, he handled the situation with grace, his leadership skills was very impeccable. My Pathfinder is five years old and I have been careful to meet the recommended maintenance. I am in Summerville for an extended period to assist family and I had difficulty figuring out how to get my regular maintenance without having to wait with a newborn. Hudson Nissan told me about their valet service and it was a perfect solution...they came and picked up my car ... they came at the time expected and the driver was polite and professional...Jocelyn was my contact at Hudson and she communicated regularly so that I knew the status and the cost...she went above and beyond to help me understand the work needed and read through my past service records at my home dealership to make sure i was not duplicating service. Her customer service was excellent and she is an asset to Hudson Nissan. My car was returned with a clean interior and delivered at the time promised...Justin the return driver provided me with paperwork and receipt...he was polite, patient and made sure I had no questions. The valet option was the best decision... I am pleasef to have found such a caring dealership here in my home away from home.

I bought my 2019 Nissan Kick in 2019. I had just returned from deployment and having some outside items affecting my credit. The salesman went out of his way to help. It took under an hour from start to finish and he has continued to follow up to ensure i was happy. Not once was i pressured. . Since then i have had oil changes and most recently my radio was possessed and randomly turn off and dash lights would randomly pop on. I had to drop my car off before they opened. When they opened they confirmed they have my car and sent me video of car. I sent it to my insurance company and they actually lowered my insurance. This is my second Nissan and i will continue to buy here and get my maintenance here. I will say the staff here transparent and have total integrity.

Which clearly means we were lied to. Plus 2-3 hour wait for a prearranged appointment is not okay. Guess I should have taken the hint my repair bill would be astronomical when they suggested changing my cabin air filter for $56 (it costs $14 and takes less than 5 minutes). Unless youve got money to burn, find ANY other garage. Not recommended for repairs, I wont be coming back.

After bringing my car in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation service. I mentioned that the airbag light came on the other night while I was sitting in my car at a fast food drive-thru. While the car was there could they check it out. I was told that it would be over $100 dollars for them to do a diagnostic test. I told her that when I bought the car used from there. I paid $1,500 dollars extra to get the platinum warranty. That I wasnt going to pay for something that is supposed to be covered under the platinum protection warranty plan. I asked to speak to the Service Manager. She said that she would go get him. Meanwhile, I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. So, then I asked an employee that had walked in there if the Service Manager was around. He said that he was the Service Manager. So, I explained it all to him. Well, he said the same thing about the $100+ dollar diagnostic test fee. He said that an animal could have gotten in the engine compartment and chewed on some wires. Like I said, I was at a fast food drive-thru when the light came on. So, the airbag light is still on because I refuse to pay for something that is covered under my platinum warranty. When I got the car back last year after they serviced my AC. The airbag light was on before I drove off the lot. I called to tell them. They told me to bring it back in and they would take care of the problem. Well, here it is almost a year later and the airbag light is back on. I hardly ever go anywhere in that car. Anyway, I always check behind the mechanics after an oil change and tire rotation or any service to make sure it was done correctly. I am a retired industrial maintenance mechanic. I noticed that the fluids in my vehicle were not topped off. That right there led me to believe that they did not do the 23 point inspection that I was told that they do when they do an oil change. So, I called and spoke to someone in the Service Dept. They said to bring it back up there and they would take care of it. So, I had to drive back up there a second time in order to get my oil change service done correctly. I am not satisfied with the service that I receive there. I have regretted purchasing my car from Hudson Nissan since the 1st maintenance service that was done there in early 2020. I am a very laid back and easy going person and all I ask is that my car be serviced correctly. I dont think that I am being unreasonable. Do you?

Update on service.Had to order new sprayer for my windshield wipers. They contacted me immediately when they arrived. Set up appointment. Cancelled said appointment (Work interfetence). Remade appointment. Took the car in on a Saturday. Greeted immediately. Hunter was my service specialist. Replaced the battery in my key fob - no charge. Work took about 30 minutes. Then they washed my pollen bombed car. So impressed by the service. Will probably buy my next vehicle from Hudson Nissan. Not just because of the vehicle, but because of the people and the service they provide.Original post: Work schedule kept changing. Called late in the morning and asked if they could service my vehicle. They checked and they could. An hour later they were working on my car. Car runs great now. I love it, again.

I had told the guy I dropped the car off with about the driver door arm rest cracking again and that I purchased from Nissan and this was the second time it messed up and he said I have an email you can contact them and see about them maybe fixing it. Other then all that service was ok.

I made an appointment to have my oil change at 10:45. I got there early the lady filled out the paperwork and told me it would be an hour and a half before I can get my truck back. I explained to her that I had an appointment and she explained back that they were just a very busy today and thats how long it would be. I went to the waiting area for about 5 minutes and decided I could not wait that long since other companies can do it in a fraction of that time so I went back and told her to cancel it and she went and got my vehicle. Later that day I realized that the disposable face masks and my Atlanta falcons face mask that I had hanging on my blinker arm were all gone. I called back and after two or three calls I finally got in contact with the lady, she investigated and nobody knew anything about anything. That was the only place I went that anybody else was in my truck, so I guess they magically disappeared and I will never take a vehicle there again because I dont trust them now.
