Chuck gave us amazing customer service! He never tried to sell us something we didn’t want. He gave us the best deal possible and was so friendly to my family! Everything I ordered was in stock and delivered on the date promised. Communication was great and the delivery was easy! The delivery guys were here on time worked extremely quick and were very friendly. They even took off their shoes as to not mess up my floors. I highly recommend this location as I have been to other mattress firms but this is the location we decided to purchase from.

As I explained what I was looking for in a mattress, Preston took notes, asking me questions so he would know how best to direct me.He showed me a couple mattresses and explained how they were made and the aspects of each. As we were looking and I tried a couple beds, I asked to see the same brand I have had for the past years as I liked that brand. First they showed up 5 hours early. They set up the bed in front of our window AC. Didn’t ask how tall we wanted it. Left trash in the yard and living room. When I called to complain all I got was.
