Bought my daughter a pair of earrings for her birthday online for pick up, the website said the earrings were in stock at the store, when my wife went to pick them up they didn’t even check to see if they had them turns out they didn’t even have them🤦🏿‍♂️ Instead of letting me exchange them they refunded my card and told me it would take 48 hours to get my money back when it only took 5 seconds for them to take my money off of my card then asked me to come out of pocket and buy another pair. Pathetic customer service

Awesome, we got our 1 year old daughter ear pierced and they were fantastic! I felt 100%confident in there ability to do the job. I was going to go to Walmart but said screw that I want someone with experience and this place is highly recommended.

They had screw on backs for post... Backs falling off solved!! The prices are good for the quality and buying a couple at a time pays off.

Britney helped me out with picking a ring and she also pierced my daughters ears ! My daughter is 6months old and was a little squirmy but Britney had a lot of patience and got the job done ! Britney was great, she handled it so well that my little one didn’t even cry !

I visited this Piercing Pagoda earlier today to get my earlobes pierced and received excellent service. Id had my ears pierced as a child but after not wearing earrings for nearly a decade, the holes had partially closed. The lady - I think her name was Britney - found that the piercings were off by just a fraction of a millimeter, something thatd always bothered me when I did wear earrings, and she fixed it by piercing just below the original hole on one ear. The piercings are totally symmetrical and I couldnt be happier. I plan to go back for more piercings in the future.In total, it cost me $21 and change and that included the piercings, the cleaning solution, and the earrings. Very affordable. They also have some really pretty jewelry (not just earrings but necklaces and rings too) and do layaways.
