The very worst service and communication one could hope for! Dont bother to do business with this inept service. Waste of time.
The worst ever. Starting with my installation which was the box left on the porch to everything else. I get bottles with holes (one of which ruined my floors), they do not answer the phone, they do not return messages and guess what? You cannot cancel your service as a result. No-one answers, no one returns messages, and there is no way to cancel through the site - you are stuck. Most recently, they have simply not delivered my order, missed the date, missed the next date and no communication. This is unheard of.
I guess I am no different than anyone else that has signed up for this service, or lack there of. It’s amazing that customer service has gotten this poor. After you read this Cassandra you can type your automatic reply apologizing, I’m sure you have it down pat.
Please do not ignore these reviews. I signed up at Costco for this service and its been nothing but a waste of my time. They never deliver on the date scheduled and I have to spend an hour on the phone every two weeks begging customer service to contact the local branch to get my water delivered. You will be very unhappy if you sign up for this service. Just save yourself the trouble and time and buy a dispenser at Lowes and then get your 5 gallon water bottles from Publix.
Literally the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Canceled 3 deliveries, including my first one. I’ve been on hold for over 30 mins just waiting for someone to answer the phone to cancel my non-existent account. I never once had this issue with Ready Refresh. The rep in Costco chatted me into trying this service saying that the customer service was amazing. Clearly, he is severely misinformed!
Terrible delivery service. Had to call after every delivery. 90% of the time water was never delivered with zero notification. Driver would not bring water up to front door and would leave out in sun. One issue after another. Awful.
WWow!! Cant believe this place Ive been trying to get them to come get my cooler and bottles and they just wont do it. What in the hell is going on? An average wait time to sit on a call and wait is a couple of minutes over an hour. I dont understand this and they are going up on their prices!!??!!?. Yeah, right HaHaHaHa.
Run! They just dont deliver your water. Ive had them miss almost every order since I signed up. They also never contact you about missing a delivery date, they just dont show up. Ive called multiple times and they give you the run around. Very poor customer service.
We stopped getting water deliveries, so we canceled. Now this company wont come pick up the bottles and the cooler. It has been weeks. Customer service escalates it every time I call and nothing gets done. I am not sure how this company is still in business.
I signed up for service and received one delivery. Every scheduled delivery since the first one was never delivered. I attempted to contact them several times and no answer. I was waiting for someone to answer phone and after 15minutes got fed up and hung up. Planning on canceling account. Very poor customer service.
Started service today I was told they would put my water machine and products in the garage,so my wife opened the garage they placed everything in the driveway and left, then find out order was not complete,then brought water machine in the house it leaked water all over 2.5 gal was on the floor so I called they said they would be right out with a replacement 3 hrs later I called to ask how long before they arrive and was told they will be here in 4 days so far NOT IMPRESSED I’m thinking I signed up with the wrong company. Hopefully your service won’t be as horrendous as mine so I sent them the email yesterday no response they delivered me another cooler this morning at 5:19 am untapped and dirty put a new bottle in went to the restroom came back 5 gl of water on the floor called them again waiting to see if they come back today or want me to wait until next week, I thought perhaps I could make sure it didn’t leak before the driver left but never thought we received deliveries before 5:30 am
I set up a account with this company only for them to miss our first delivery and change the date twice without any word from them. When I called in they said they have no idea why there was a missed delivery and they assured me they will deliver the next time. Next time came and went and when I called again I got the same answer. They are unreliable and they dont care about their customers. There was no reason why we had two missed first deliveries.
First time delivery canceled yesterday, said they were coming today. To get an email saying June 23, 2021As this was the first set up appointment very dissatisfied. Will go with the rest of the reviews and cancel before I even get my delivery
I don’t know why the last assistant at my company didn’t read the reviews before she decided to utilize Crystal Springs. They never deliver on their specified day, multiple deliveries have been skipped. The customer service is nice but nice doesn’t deliver the water. My boss is not happy and I am currently looking for a new water delivery service.
They will not deliver your order. You are wasting your time if you order from this company. Had 2 orders scheduled. The first delivery was for 4-5 gallon jugs of water. Did not show up for several days after the scheduled date. Finally showed and used them. Re ordered for a 12/18 delivery and it never showed. Cancel the service after 10 days of no shows. Jugs have been sitting in the driveway to be picked up for 2 weeks. I cant express how bad this company is. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.!Update: January 13th and the jugs are still sitting in my front yard. Its almost been a month. Good thing I dont live in a neighbourhood.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve called every number available for this company, only to sit on the phone for 45+ minutes waiting on a customer service representative. Emailed the company almost 3 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a response yet. All I want to do is cancel this service! I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYBODY.

Still waiting for the scheduled delivery from 4 days ago. Empty promises with no accountability from the company. Unfortunately, they are terribly unreliable and we will be switching our service.
I cant count how many deliveries they miss. When we reschedule the delivery they dont show. We have office hours and they always try to deliver after hours then say well you werent open. Looking for a new service.
The absolute worst service ever!
5:15 am, in a residential neighborhood, huge truck, flying up and down the streets, super loud.Myself and 3 neighbors awoken by this.Really. 5 am? I called the office, they dont open until 9!!Supposed to be no contractors or deliveries before 8 am in this neighborhood!!!Next visit, I call the police!!!!
Joke of a location. Canceled on us 4 times to setup service and the route manager wont make a simple phone call to tell you why. My suggestion would be to avoid.
No problem with actual water quality or taste- those were fine. In fact, we loved getting the water delivered. We had a huge problem with delivery issues though. Twice, in the first 30 days of service, they never showed up at all. When they did show up, they left inconsistent bottle numbers. Sometimes they left one and other times they left five. We tried talking to the driver a few times and we even called the office and our sales rep. Despite this, the random bottle numbers continued. Now we drink a lot of water but having six or seven bottles stacked up in a two person home is excessive. My husband called again and spoke to the driver again. When it persisted, he tried calling one more time but they never returned his calls. He finally told them to either fix the situation or come pick up everything. Still they did not call back so he called again and told them to come pick the equipment up. The next day we got three more bottles delivered! We left them on the front porch, in the blazing hot sun, in plastic bottles, where they sat for a full seven days until my husband called the driver again and demanded a pick up immediately. They finally came and picked it up. After all was done, we got a call from the district manager who acknowledged their mistakes but never apologized or tried to retain us as a customer. Read reviews before doing business with any company!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am in agreement with the other bad reviews. Inconsistent deliveries (extras bottles delivered for no reason, drop off before 8am so you do not have time to put your exchange bottles out, management does not return phone calls, no-shows). After 1.5 months of having the service, I have had to call about 6-7 times due to incompetent management of the service only to never have any solutions come to light. AppSprings is better and thinking about cancelling my service. Please do not invest, the service is absolutely terrible.
If we could a zero we would! Called Friday 8-days ago and let them know we were out of water - they said they would be here on Monday. Called on the following Tuesday - they said would be here on Wednesday. Called twice on Thursday - said would be here that day. Then the driver called and said he broke down and would be here the next day. Today is Saturday and we still have no water and no phone call from a Manager or Supervisor. Worst Service Ever!
Terrible delivery service for a small business. The call center customer service was friendly. There is a major lack of communication between the call center and the local franchise. After several attempts to have them resolve my delivery issues I finally canceled. I would NOT recommend this company!
Customer Service group try to accommodate, but have little information to share. Apparently Management is off limits and will not return phone calls. Delivery is terrible, inconsistent and the order is never correct. Poor internal communication.
I love the convenience of purifies water and hot water on the spot. Delivery’s make it easy to constantly be drinking healthy water.

Missed delivery multiple times. Set up times to deliver coolers and they just don’t show up after I have taken day off work. They never call when they can’t make it. Randomly change delivery days without notice. They say “we will escalate this”....translation “we don’t care, and we aren’t calling you back”. I actually have backup water deliveries because they are so unreliable!
