I just left Batteries Plus located at 6303 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC. The Sales Person on duty was Brandon. He was waiting on a customer when I walked in so I was able to observe his customer service skills. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness in taking care of the customers problem with her vehicle fob. He explained the diagnostic check he had accomplished, answered her questions, and offered options to keep her costs down. When it was my turn to be waited on he took care of my battery need with the same friendly service as the previous customer. Before I left I let him know I appreciated his friendly service. Brandon should be commended for how well he represented Batteries Plus tonight. I am sure that is how he always serves customers. It was a pleasure to shop in your store. Thank you.

Should of used these folks years ago. Lifetime battery. Heck yea. Did 3 watch at once and bought some flash lights. Not a big selection of lights but good prices

The place was clean and sanitized. Great customer service and excellent sales skills from DBowens. DBowens was able to help me find what I need without having to go all over the place. I went to two different locations before I came to Battery Plus & Bulbs. A job well done to DBowens and other staff on hand.

So basically. If you have an apple product do NOT come here to get it fixed. They will mess it up even more then not take accountability for selling a glitchy product.

I made my appointment online and when I arrived in the North Charleston location, Brandon was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about my screen replacement. He gave me a time which my phone would be ready for pick up and when my daughter went to pick it up it was ready. I will definitely be back if I need a screen replacement for sure!

Duracell for Mercedeson 5/7/21 battery had LESS THAN 1 AMP WHEN TESTED AT NORTH CHARLESTON BPLUS STORE by Brandon. He referred to Manager, most likely it was bad battery when they sold it to me. The Fact I shared I use vehicle 6-8 times monthly Manager Charlie said WARRANTY VOID FOR NOT USING ENOUGH. NEVER KNEW HAD TO USE BATTERY EVERYDAY TO MAINTAIN (LOL) WHAT A JOKE. WAS IN CAR BUSINESS 20 Years had vehicles sit 30 days and still crank and warranty be honored. They never ask when I purchased 5/7/21 or for receipt just flat out said Warranty Void.I made clear I would tell everyone including many fisherman (100’s)and others I know who use DURACELL TO BUY FROM SAMS CLUB. Have bought several from BPLUS in past but NEVER AGAIN.CHARLIE the manager (LOL)TOTALLY lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. After I complain he offers a battery without a warranty. Not interested in doing that kinda biz. Shoulda never had to debate the issue when my Receipt says Full WARRANTY UNTIL 5/2024 and did not even verify when I purchased. I wouldnt pay for a Lexus online, to be given a Toyota when I arrive, but Batteries Plus will sell you a Duracell online but give you a Magna-Power when you arrive. Even called store before purchasing online to make sure they had the battery I wanted. Salesman even put his hand on it to make sure he had it. Manager said its all the same....sure kid. Only thing the same is the Lexus price for a Toyota Corolla. Thanks!

You might miss it! Its beside the Sonic. Just beyond the post office. They have batteries for everything. Unusual or hard to find ones too! They change watch batteries and have the option to get free batteries for life.

Greeted me when I walked. Very polite. Took care of my issue and replaced with a brand new item.

Went here to have my husbands phone fix. The guy named Brandon and the other guy at the back did an awesome job. Very helpful and professional. He called every store to just check if they have the phone part that I needed. I waited almost 3 weeks for the phone but it is understandable that there are delays on shipping. I highly recommend this store.

Every time I try to buy something or try to use one of their services. The price is extremely high. Was going to have screen on wifes phone ( galaxy s7) replaced. Price was $279+ to fix and you can buy a kit with screen tools and all. For under $60. Making the labor price over $200. Its not brain surgery. Why so high???

I had one of my technicians drop off his iPad last Friday which is 5 days ago to have the screen replaced, they had to order the part but it would be ready Tuesday. First we called yesterday morning to see if it was ready and we were told that the screen was sent to Summerville and we should take it there, but they could bring the screen to the North Charleston store. The screen comes and they tell my technician it would be ready, but tomorrow. Call again and now it won’t be ready until tomorrow, again. I heard this and said that was enough, just to give us a refund and we’ll be on our way to pick it up. Dropped this off and picked it up fixed in Mount Pleasant off Long Point Rd. This is terrible business practice and I hope they resolve whatever issues they have soon. Good luck on your experience here.

Batteries Plus Bulbs on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is an excellent source for all things batteries and electronics help. They have really good customer service here and I have received immediate help every time I have been here and have been out quickly with what I needed. They are well worth a visit for help when you need it the most.

This store needs to properly train their staff including the store manager on how to repair tablets. after dropping my tablet off three times on a simple screen replacement they were finally able to figure out what the issue was with the help of another phone and tablet repair shop. also their customer service needs to be improved. they may be good fixing phones but when it comes to repairing tablets l would consider going somewhere else with knowledgeable people..

Only 10 minutes following buying my battery I got the notification of my battery being ready for pickup and call telling me to wait as they would do the fill and charge for me! Super awesome!

Needed 2 UPS batteries, they had them (of course), along with another flashlight that I didnt need (but bought anyway, as I have a weakness for flashlights!). You can never have too many.

Returned from to Duracell unused would not fit return on the 16th of February. Corporate lied said it was mailing check out 19th of February. I called March 1st still havent mailed it out poor customer service.

Brought a phone in to have the screen repaired and it didn’t even get fixed!!! I called before I came and the guy told me to come now. Got there approximately 10 minutes after he said that and he said it would ready by 8... it was approximately 6:30 when this happened. Left and came back and the phone hadn’t been touched. He said that no one was there to help him and he is not going to stay late. I explained to him that my son needed it as he is leaving and he still was adamant that he had to leave and I should come back tomorrow. As I am sitting in my car he is in the store as I type this laughing on the phone!! The time it took him to laugh on the phone he could have serviced me - the customer. No apology or nothing! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love their program of paying for a lifetime of watch batteries (for the watch you purchased the plan for) ... and just bought the lifetime replacement for my car key fob. Had what I wanted, which no one else in town had. Performed the transaction on line at 6:45 pm, and they showed they closed at 8:00 Pm. I hustled over to their Rivers avenue Location to find out that at 7:15 the computers were down. So, had to go back the next morning

We were at this location twice. The first time, Sable helped us. The second time there were two gentlemen working in the store. Every employee was helpful. They saved my sons iPhone when Apple and Best Buy would not do anything. At both visits, there was a steady stream of customers. And each customer was treated warmly. I heard other customers being reminded of in store deals to save themmoney. They did the same for us. I will definitely go back.

These guys recycle batteries! Im trying to switch to rechargeable where I can but its nice to have a environmentally friendly place to take my used batteries. I picked up a little battery tester to check used ones myself. Nice employees.

Batteries + Bulbs was the first link when I searched places to fix my cracked iPhone screen. I looked into them and decided I would go through their “We Fix It” group to replace my screen. My appointment was for 1:00PM. I arrived a little after noon. The sales associates were attentive and friendly. They got me in early. They told me my phone would be ready at 2:00. When I got back to the store at 1:30, I was sure I would have to wait. My phone was finished and equipped with a brand new screen protector. Upon checking everything out, my phone looks and works like brand new. Although I hope I never crack my screen again, I would definitely use Batteries + Bulbs’s service if it occurred. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and for fixing my phone in a timely and affordable manner!

Always helpful...first place I turn when a laptop, power tool or cell phone still had useful life but the battery is failing. Reasonable prices and most repairs are completed the same day.

The store advertises phone repair. I took my Iphone in for repair. Initially, I thought the repair was done correctly and I left the store satisfied. Shortly thereafter I realized the problem was not fixed ; and their repair caused my voice mail not to work properly. I returned to the store to have the phone fixed property. The store attendant did not take ownership of the problem, and he said the problem was a software issue. After going back and fourth with the store attendant about either fixing my phone or have the original repair cost refunded to my credit card, the attendant told me he was going to call the POLICE if I did not leave the store. Eventually he called the store manager and she allowed him to refund the original repair. He made me feel like I was wrong and I had cheated his store. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Before this experienced I really like the store and had been a patron of the store for years. Jennifer, the store manager, is very nice; I know this would not have happened if she was on duty at the time of my visit. The store attendant should go eat at Chick-Fil-A and learn from its employees.

I am a manager at a local business, so customer service is HUGE to me. When I initially walked in, I was wowed at how the Store Associate Jon dealt with the customer before me. He was extremely knowledgeable, and assistive. It was really amazing to watch. Not only did they repair my phone screen (the reason why I was there), they also fixed my home button, front camera and speaker. This is the first time Ive ever given a review, but I have never been so satisfied with service Ive received. These guys are awesome!

Came in to get a battery for my motorcycle and right away I was serviced and greeted. Asked what I needed and in less than 1 minute the staff knew what to get for me.Got home and installed and right away I could say its alive!!!!! Thank you for an A+ service, will be returning.

My husband brought our S8 in here yesterday, after having it for a few hours came home to put on the case with a screen protector & everything & it shattered on the right corner, like if it was too much pressure put on it, we called right away they told him to come in to see what can they do for us, we went in first thing this morning after talking with one of their employees I asked to speak with a manager, she came outside saying there was nothing it could be done unless if I wanted to pay $180, is crazy after i just paid yesterday $250.. she recalled it could have been the phone battery was swollen & there was nothing to be done, we have two s8 & I told her there is no way it was a Samsung original part because mine had never break that easy. Im beyond sick of the way they do business at this place, will be calling Corporate.

Took my tablet in to have the cracked screen repaired and they told me about a week to get the part. One week later the part was in. Dropped it off to be repaired and was told it would be ready in 24 hours. My wife pucked it up for me the next day. When I plugged it in the screen worked flawlessly but it didnt recognize my battery. It was after closing so I called the next day and spoke with Jen who did the repair. She said she found a connector that didnt get put back on but would do it for me. I dropped it off and was told about 45 minutes for it to be fixed. Just under 45 minutes she called to tell me it was fixed. In other words, they do what they say they will do and I can absolutely appreciate that. Why only 4 stars? I know they dont have 100% control over pricing, but paying $300 to get a tablet screen repaired isnt fun. Having to go back to have something fixed that was overlooked the first time is an annoyance, too.All in all, I was still treated well, everyone there is friendly and I know nothing they did/didnt do was intentional. Ill go back again.

I had the absolute worst customer service experience today by the manager. The amount of effort put into trying to up-sale you that they cant process your transaction correctly. Due to their poor customer service I returned the battery. I paid with a debit card in which my account was hit immediately. Now the return refund will take up to 7 days! My project in which I needed the battery for is now delayed 8 days awaiting my refund so I can go purchase a battery from a reputable retailer.There are too many places to buy these same products from retailers who recognize the importance of good customer service.
