Lived in Charleston for about 2 years, saw this place dotted around, finally tried it for the first time today (via delivery). Got a ham, egg, and cheese bagel and a honey vanilla latte. The bagel was warm, toasty, and delicious. The latte was sweet, but still rich, and the combination was perfect for this cold rainy morning. Definitely will be eating here again!

Wow this beats the competition. Great savory coffee. The pumpkin spice latte is out of this world. The caramel marvel is amazing as well.

Love BIGGBY as a franchise. Today I was shocked when the drive thru showed their adjusted hours to 4pm on Sunday. We were there at 3 and nobody answered the speaker. Saw a white van waiting outside and as we pulled around the building saw two young girls who were employees leave and get in the van. I don’t know if since COVID that everyone makes their own hours and changes daily but it’s frustrating. The BIGGBY on old trolley has always given excellent service. Prefer to visit it than the one here even though it’s much closer.

We went there this morning. The coffee is extremely good. The staff is knowledgeable and sweet. They have breakfast, like a small coffee shoppe would. The huge plus is they have a menu for kids drinks. Good for the whole family!!

McKenzie made my morning with the service she delivered. She took time out to ask how my day was. Her tone and friendliness will keep customers coming to this location. Keep up the great service in a world where its barely delivered.

The Girl with the GINGER hair that works in the drive thru is very rude with 0 customer service. Nobody told her to apply to the job.. if she hates it. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

Disappointed today ....no wonder there were no cars in drive thru around 8:40 am......my coupon was for 20 or 24 oz special drink get free muffin. I ordered 20 oz mocha frozen latte ($5.49) and muffin....charge was $7.62 (plus $1 tip I put in cup)....will not return even though the drink and muffin were good, the coupons I get in the mail regularly are apparently deceiving.

Excellent drinks, though theyre a bit pricey.

Ive been a customer for a very long time. The young ladies who work there are so AWESOME. They always greet you with a smile. The best part is they know my order as soon as I pull up to the drive thru.

BIGGBY COFFEE on Dorchester Road in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to stop for coffee and drinks in the area. Everything here is efficient and well prepared and they make the ordering process very easy. If you need something quickly they make it happen. I have been impressed every time I have been here.

The workers here make it super hard to justify not getting coffee ATLEAST 1 a week. They are always kind and courteous. Even when they run a lil slow due to low manning, they are super apologetic. Cant go wrong with Biggby, great people and great coffee. PS, get the white lightning.

Love walking to this neighborhood coffee shop on the weekend with our boys. They give the best pup cups :-)

My parents go here often and have gotten me to almost completely convert from the big S, which in itself is no small feat. Staff is always as good as the coffee.

We had never been here but wanted to try the nitrogen infused ice cream. It was delicious! My husband had the vanilla and I had the strawberry. Both were wonderfully different and the strawberry ice cream had slices of fresh strawberries and a waffle cookie. One lady took the order and another lady made the ice cream

You can get a great cup of coffee here at this restaurant Bud for a cup of coffee and a bagel with whipped cream cause me approximately or nearly $10 and I could have went to board a bag of bagel and a container of coffee and came home and fix it and went on cost me five minutes they need to check their prices

Because of a new girl they have that never even asks how you are doing or anything just takes your money and hands over a drink I will be taking my DAILY business to Starbucks. Those early morning or mid morning, “hey how are you?” Before going back to the office makes my day, and my dog literally cries if she doesn’t get acknowledged. “I didn’t see her” doesn’t work when she is literally hanging her head out of the drivers side window as I hand over my card. Learn to smile....it helps!

The coffee is good, but definitely not great. Their cold drinks are amazing though. If you want cold/iced coffee drinks or smoothies, definitely come here! They are amazing. Hot coffee, not so much. It is definitely a more friendly atmosphere than most places. Warm colors, not as crowded and the staff so far has been great. If you are a student (like me) definitely come here and hook up. This does offer a decent study environment.

The selections of coffee flavors were nice but i do feel like they were sellers of that rather than masters of the coffee craft. The atmosphere wasnt he best of a coffee shop and didnt wuite have that buzz of one. Not my favorite place but the coffee did taste wonderful.

I’m in here at least 2x a week and have noticed they keep getting more and more rude. 3+ now I have been charged full price on $3 coffee day but normally they are super nice and the coffee is great so I let it slide but I’ve been the last couple times and the manager along with a few other girls and just straight up don’t care for my business.

I went by there today (4/20/2019) and was upset. I had been crying and going through some things. The girl working the window noticed I was upset and gave me a free beverage coupon. She said I don’t know what’s going on with you and don’t want to get in your business but you look upset so take this. She was so kind and went above and beyond on service. I regularly go to this location and it meant a lot to have someone so nice and considerate. I don’t know the girls name but that meant more than I could ever explain. Highly recommend this establishment and I hope this girl gets rewarded.

Biggby coffee is amazing! They have great food and drinks and dedicated workers who get you in and out in a jiffy. Some workers are even are friendly enough to spark up casual conversation and brighten up your day.

Super awesome staff! Great peppermint tea (its just that season)! Will definitely recommend.

My favorite coffee place of all time. I like that they are ALWAYS having a BoGo specials and 3 dollar lattes on Wednesdays. The people are always friendly its just a nice experience all around. And they also do pup cups.

What Starbucks is supposed to taste like. Honesty the caramel Marvel is to die for and is 30 times better than a caramel frappe at Starbucks. Sorry not sorry. Love the atmosphere here as well.

Pleasantly surprised. Was over near Publix and saw this place passing through. Didnt try it for a couple months because Im a brew-at-home or Starbucks kind of human. I went here, ordered a Mocha Coffee no cream (I hate cream) and I was surprised I actually liked it. I will be back. Service was quick, polite and cheaper than Starbucks :)

My Chai Latte was superb! Most people go through the drive thru so it is a nice quiet* place to get work done or meet a friend for a chat. It cant really accommodate a big group.(*well actually, the music could have been a little quieter, I had to turn my headphones up pretty loud to drown it out 🙉😜)

Really awesome service that includes a puppy beverage for our 4 legged friend. The Turkey and asiago bagel is delicious! The mellow hot chocolate was tasty also. Thanks for the great experience!

Best Java in town. Bigger portions than the guys across town with the fancy cups. If youve never tried Bigby get there and get some. You will be impressed with the drink. Shy and timid staff on the drive thru, so listen carefully and be gentle. Mostly its their first job. Enjoy

This place is SO MUCH BETTER than the other chain coffee place. The barristas are so happy it makes you wonder if they drink the syrup or something. Try an African Autumn tea latte - you wont regret it!

The customer service is amazing. Its super clean and the store is well stocked with tons of coffee and drink goodies. The creative selection of coffees and frappes is amazing. They also serve Bragels which are really good as well. I realize that Starbucks is the standard and the go to while on the road. But if there is a Biggbys near you give it a try! I guarantee you will switch your coffee allegiance to Biggbys!

The service is always quick and accurate. The employee working at the drive through window always greets me with a smile! They are always courteous and genuine.

Ive had coffee from here before that wasnt bad, but I had ordered a mint mocha latte this last visit and was extremely disappointed. It tasted like peppermint extract, and there was literally no other flavor at all. While I like mint flavor, this was just too much. No mocha... no coffee. Just mint.Only reason for 3 stars is that my wife enjoyed her drink. If it wasnt for that, would be 1 star.

Coffee wasnt as tastey as I had hoped. My daughter who loves iced coffee didnt like their version at all. Wasted money by throwing it away. We did enjoy the cookie and bagel.

We go here every Sunday and love their coffee. I drink regular black coffee all the time, but this is good for the weekend splurge of an $8 drink. Lol. The quality of their lattes is a lot better than Starbucks. And I love the tea. Not a fan of their black coffee, as it tastes too watered down. But I love their selection

This place is excellent for coffee, better than starbucks in my opinion. They also serve small foods and snacks, and even if you dont like coffee they have a drink for you! I recommend salted caramel, but my mother got a frozen hot chocolate that was superb.

Didnt spend alot of time here, but very fast service, with larger than normal coffee sizes and cheaper than the average coffee house. The customer service is excellent, the cafe is cut and comfortable with free strong Wifi. I will visit this coffee house upon returning to Charleston Air Force Base. Enjoy!!!

Biggby always has the best lattes! No matter what location I visit, the drink tastes exactly the same and the baristas are friendly and efficient. The drive through at this location is a little slower than others.

This is the quietest Biggby establishment in the tricounty area. Not many people visit here, and Wi-Fi is fast. Highly recommend the frozen Black Bear.
