The worst TCBY I have ever seen. Only four flavors to choose from and employee looked like she didn’t want to be there. It’s a shame because this is a great location and DEFINITELY has potential to make good money.

The brand says the countries best yogurt and it is by far NOT the best. Weve been to yogurt places all around the country and this is probably the worst weve been to. They hardly had any flavors and hardly any toppings. They didnt even have Oreos! I mean come on! Of the flavors they did have they were not the best. Should change their name to just ty for the yogurt. Went in thinking thats a bold statement and it was indeed a lie. Dont even get me started on the price! Spent $20 for extremely mediocre yogurt.

The frozen yogurt was goid tiok three children out for ice cream yhe prices are over ridiculously priced .69 cent per oz the bill was $20 for 3 cones 3 scoops each no toppings. Also they seem to be struggling with gettimg appropriate employes they may want to check labor laws fo SC

There was a dead bird next to the door bugs all around its head, and some of the toppings were spoiled...I gave it to stars because it had a good selection of yogurt ice cream.

Saw this place while visiting out of town! I stopped in for a quick treat and right away just a clean environment with many choices to choose from and also great staff! Great frozen yogurt! I will definitely be back to this place as I visit in the near future!

Some of the absolute best service I’ve ever received. It was like coming home to your family after the longest and hardest day of work and being greeted with love and kindness. As for the yogurt, it was phenomenal. It reminded me of the scene from Ratatouille when Remi gets fireworks from the flavor party in his mouth. Needless to say, if you are in the area you need to stop by.

The flavours were not exciting and the frozen yogurt was all watery. It was not appetizing. I felt bad since i tried a few samples (all watery), so felt like I have to get something so got a small cup but took a bite and threw it out. Won’t go back.

Wow. Worst Tcby I’ve been to. Nearly every yogurt machine was producing straight soup. The one person working wasn’t wearing a mask and wasn’t very friendly either. Weird because the Tcbys in Mt pleasant and West Ashley are very good.

Really friendly staff and the space is much bigger than you would expect, which is perfect for social distancing!

5 of us walk in the establishment and 4 order yogurt.....I had a bad experience with TCBY back in the late 90s and i figured it would be better 20+ years later and I couldnt get a sample to see if I wanted anything from them. But hell i spent money but still giving a bad review cause I thought my mind could be changed but was denied a taste test so my thoughts about TCBY is still the same as 20 some odd years ago! IDK....maybe my family enjoyed it but i wouldnt know!

This TCBY location on International Boulevard in North Charleston is a great place to go for a snack when you are in the area or for a dessert after an event at the Coliseum or Performing Arts Center. I have enjoyed many a cool treat here and the staff is very attentive at making sure everything is prepared to your specifications. They consistently do a good job here and it is well worth a visit.

Almost $14 for their smallest bowl! Not very flavorful either.

Google says they open at 11 am. We got there and the OPEN sign was on so we got the kids out of their car seats. It turns out, theyre not open until noon. Wouldve been nice to have online updated.

Great stop for something sweet after shopping

Not a single employee wears a mask at this place or wear gloves. However, customers are asked to sanitize hands, wear masks, and wear gloves. Not to mention that 2 small cups cost 15.00 that wasnt even filled to the top. Yogurt was watery as well. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Visited tonight Friday 6/28 @10:25pm and half the toppings were put away and she told us we couldnt get them. No raspberries, no caramel....I literally had high dollar vanilla and dark chocolate. Left at 10:38 and every single trash can was covered with do not use sign over the can. What the heck? Will not be back.

I went there 3 times and every time there’s a guy looking like he hates his job so bad. First time there some of the favors coming out not so frozen, this time one of them was totally melted - like only liquid coming out.... this is my last time there...

Hands down the best! This is our favorite go to spot for desserts. Lots of toppings to choose from and very attentive employees. So conveniently located by Saks Fifth Ave, we can shop and head right there. I definitely recommend this place! 10 stars! We frequent very often.

Definitely a fan of frozen yogurt and no one does it better than TCBY! Had a late night full of schoolwork ahead of me and needed something sweet to keep me going through the night. Had no clue that TCBY was open until 11! Yes for availability! And shout out to Jewel for helping me out and telling me about the New App!!! Definitely will be back!!!

Visited Thursday June 15 and enjoyed very good yogurt and friendly service. The place was very clean, the music fun, and the employee was friendly and helpful. She especially suggested downloading the TCBY app. The yogurt, however, is more expensive than at similar stores.

Italian tart is either always melted coming out of the machine or has some of the watermelon sorbet in it. One time I was told by one of the workers that it was supposed to be like that when it was melted, its called frozen yogurt.

This location has gone down hill. The TV isnt playing movies any longer. The water fountain is out of order. You now get your own sample cups yourself, which is unsanitary, just nasty. You also now get your own spoon from the container from the counter. Dirty bathrooms. One of the benches has a sign saying do not use (not exactly sure of the issue). My daughter and I have been visiting this location on a regular basis for almost 2 years now. And within the past 6 months, we have seen it continuously decline in condition. Sad!

Only one flavor of sugar free. The girls behind the counter were very pleasant, though.

Friendly, clean, and delicious. I only wish they had more than one flavor choice for no sugar added. Otherwise, it was perfection.

OmG I loveee their frozen yogurt. They have couple of different flavours such pumpkin spice and vanilla. They have a lot of different toppings you can choose from. They also have these, I guess you can call them cups. They change colors when you put the yogurt in them. I think they are a dollar more on your bill but they are cute. The place is very nice and I love the color scheme of the place. Its makes me feel cozy when I go in there. They have inside and outside seating if my memory serves me right. Going back there again.

Not a bad experience but not a good one, 4 stars because the yogurt was definitely fantastic. They definitely did have a plentiful variety of flavors and toppings to go with all.The only thing that made it a less desirable experience was the staff. We went late at night and there was only one woman working. Which was fine but her attitude was horrible, didnt greet us even after we did, she looked like she hated working there, hated her life and wanted to leave. It was so obvious that my husband and I were a bit uncomfortable with the awkwardness. Just wished the customer service was a bit better.

Just another generic yogurt place where you purchase by weight. 8 to 10 yogurt flavors and a lot of toppings. This store does do shakes.

Super duper expensive. I use to pay between $6 and $8 for 1 cup and they charge me $11 today, only for 1. Useless saying that i wont return ever again.

Went on a Saturday with my wife. They didnt have many selections available at the time nor was the bowls being re stocked. All in all good place for frozen yogurt with a ton of toppings

I ordered chocolate peanut butter from the hand dipped case, and there must have been mint on the scoop. Every bite was gross.

Yogurt was too soft, ladies working were sitting in the customer dining area eating snacks in cups from the topping bar. They were friendly enough but didnt seem very professional.

Frozen yogurt is good, although I did see a worker licking frozen yogurt out of his bowl.

To the woman working the night of Monday, June 5th; maybe you were having a bad day but your vibes, mannerisms, lack of eye contact, and no smiling gave the busy crowd in there a strong discomfort. When asked why some flavors were soupie, you responded with, yeh, it does that sometimes and just stared at my friend. It was so uncomfortable that I couldnt wait to leave. You seemed like you hated people, giving customer service, and just being there. Well, I hope you had a better day.

Friendly staff, but you have limited options for healthy yogurt. The only one without lots of artificial ingredients is the almond milk based yogurt. If they have it, youre in luck. Stick with some nuts for toppings and your gut will thank you later.

Got there at 9:00 and their sign was off and the young lady was already tearing down the machines. It was a Saturday night and they close at 10:00. The toppings bar was not stocked. No reason given

The guy with the tattoos was a complete jerk while my grandfather was deciding what he wanted bc he was taking too long. He is &5 and has alzimers.

Tastes really delicious, not so artificial.There is a large selection of very high quality toping. Even cheesecake bits and cookie dough.I had the italian variety and the real vanilla as frozen yogurt, they were really delicious.But be careful, it comes quickly a lot of weight and thus price together.For me it was zipp $ 15 for the small cup ...
