Cel Oil Products = a company with NO HEART. My 93 year old mother has been in a 48 degree home & without fuel oil during this snow storm. The delivery is scheduled sometime next week when temperatures will be around 60 degrees.Shes sick & doesnt want to leave her home. She is old, stubborn and willing to suffer. CEL OIL PRODUCTS service is DEPLORABLE!.

My company has used CEL on multiple occasions when we had to use back up equipment. As many times as not, they either were late or missed deliverys causing a complete shut down of my operations. Their customer service is not only non-responsive, they simply dont care. I was told that the profit they make on my delivery is not worth the head ache. If you are thinking of getting into the diesel delivery business in the Charleston area then now is a good time because if CEL is the standard then this industry is ripe for an overhaul.
