Britney was fantastic in service. She was able to identify the gravity of a trailer repair issue I brought in and a solution was quickly found and executed. In and out time was shorter than Im used to which was a huge plus.Accessibility to the business was easy and clearly marked with signs. The mechanic staff was professional and very much involved with the decision making process between my company and the service desk.

I had my truck here three times each time I was not disappointed. First there was a long list that needed to be accomplished and it was done within a reasonable time the second and third time I didn’t even have enough time to even process how quickly the job was finished. The Master MackMechanic Mr. Michael worked on my truck every time to my knowledge and had my old truck running like it came right off the lot. Would definitely recommend their services.

Let me tell you about this amazing woman Brittany! (I hope I spelled her name correctly).She met me by my truck as soon as I parked. Got my info, and immediately plugged into my truck to get the diagnostics! After that, she walked me into the office and began getting things in motion on the computer as we had a nice conversation about Truckers and their ways.😏After catching some 😴 in the drivers lounge, I was approached by Brittany a couple hours later as she let me know my truck was ready and she was just waiting for the paperwork to give me.Smiles, good conversation, amazing service and away I went! If only all trips to the get my truck repaired was as smooth as this. Although Im wiped out, I made it a point to come here and write a review because Brittanys excellent service deserved to be recognized. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.💫

Very friendly people.Prices are competitive and in line.Customer service and quality are above grade.Feel free to read full review of a true out of town first time customer.Within the first minute speaking with service department person Britney, on my first call, I knew I had the right shop.Immediately she referred me to a tow company and also told me they do not do tires but have a mobile source to do them at their shop, I knew they were going to be honest people to work with.At that point I told her that I have two Billboard trucks that must be repaired ASAP or we can loose a huge contact.We are a fairly large multimedia mobile billboard company with 91 operating trucks and this contract was in 4 states with 22 trucks which was a big help keeping us afloat and people employed during this pandemic.She told me straight up they were very busy, I explained the problems we were having with both vehicles, she said bring them in.They got started the next day and the day after that they called to say one of the parts wont be in for 3-4 days, however, for $100 they can have it overnighted. This was a spot on important call, and they knew it, the phone call gave me the choice. Most shops would not have even called and just have said, it was three days to get parts. We opted to spend the $100 so the mechanic did not have to delay.Besides the repairs we also wanted preventative maintenance performed on both trucks because these two trucks are among our oldest that were not in use for quite some time and maintenance was imperative.Getting the first truck back, repairs were wonderful and a great job on the preventative maintenance.It was almost a week before the other truck repairs were completed, again I got a spot on phone call giving me a choice, Britney said the truck repairs were done, however, they did not get to the preventative maintenance yet, I can have the truck now or we can do the preventative maintenance and youll have it by noon tomorrow.Because the preventative was done so well on the first truck, and knowing thats not the norm, I opted to have it done and pick it up the next day.Hands down this is a great shop that has our 5 star rating.If you, the customer, know your vehicle, as you should, and clearly explain what the problem is, I know youll be giving Hughes Motors 5 stars too.

Service Manager Mr. Ed will treat you right. He will not sell you something that you dont need. If its bad he is on the phone informing you of the bad news. He will try to save you the most money he can for you / your company. He as well as his staff treat you as Family, thats why I go there for Service over The Big Box Companies. I trust them and you should as well.

Leadership at this dealership/ repair shop is the worst I have ever seen. Drop my truck off on 8-20-2020 and its now 9-3-2020 and havent received one call about my truck. I have been calling for two weeks about my truck and they havent touched it. A HORRIBLE REPAIR SHOP!

Well thank you for your reviews folks. I was going to go here to get my trailer and truck looked at. Now I wont!!! The trucking industry is chock full cheating idiots like these people. Had my fill of them. I appreciate you guys giving me a heads up. Dodged a bullet. I love the way they have shilled their star rating up.

I walk around for about 20 minutes and they was finished with my truck just that fast everyone was really nice and polite job well done Im having an issue with my fuel pump now Ill take it up there on Monday April 2nd we see what happened from there

The company i work for has bought trucks from here and had them serviced with no problems. Just today 6-13-17 i was in and out in under 4 hours for repair

They have very poor customer service, I had a appointment Wednesday before florence the storm was supposed to hit and they closed and didnt reopen till the next Monday. I took my truck in at Monday morning. Order the work to be done and they didnt even look at the truck till Wednesday and I had to call them to find out what was wrong with my truck. Then approved the work to be done Thursday, then they didnt get the parts till the next Wednesday, then didnt start the work till Friday, then closed the weekend, then reopened Monday morning. Needless say they didnt get my work done till Thursday and then when I went up there to get it paid for it took like 2 hrs. Left at 5pm drove 6.7 miles to my house. Got up the next morning to leave from home and 10 miles down the road the truck broke down again. I dont reccomend this place to my worst nightmare. I will buy my parts from there because the guys that run the parts department are nice and know their stuff. I will turn my on wrenches on my truck or go somewhere else. I had to call them to get updates on my truck and then had to go up there to see what has been done to my truck because they couldnt tell me what was done. Had like two or three different mechanics that had to work on my truck. If you want poor service then be my guess and go.

These people are complete incompetents and crooks. They do not care about you, they only ride the MACK name. They will put you out of business if you put your trust in them. You dont have time to hear my horror stories dealing with them. If you read this and still take your equipment to them, well then your just the kind of idiot they are looking for. Run away from these losers, run very fast!

Awful awful customer service. They dont do what they ask and then you have to bring back the vehicle because its messed up again and then they want to charge thousands of dollars!!! Not happy at all. And when I called to explain, Donald decided to just hang up on me and not listen.

Dropped a truck off for repair on 8-4-15. The volvo tractor didnt even make it into the repair bay to get checked out untill 8-19-15. Its currently 8-27-15 and needless to say the truck is still in the repair bay now waiting on part. Never will i drop a volvo tractor off at this place. The last one they kept for a week, they never got it into the bay, had it wreckered to volvo in charlotte and it was fixed the next day. Also of course i had to call them for updates weekly without any feedback. Beware if you need timely work done on anything at this dealership.Update it has now been almost a month, today is 9-2-15. The tractor still isnt out of the shop.Final update today is 9-4-15 they have finally admitted they dont know what is wrong with the volvo tractor. Been in this industry for 16 years. Never have i had a experience like this. To add insult to injury they will not call you with an update. You have to call them if you want to hear from them.
