I LOVE coming to this store. I always get mixed juice which is awesome because I know I will always get exactly what I want and in a lose dose of nicotine that I cannot typically find in premixed bottles. The staff are AMAZING! Always so friendly and helpful. Jessica is my absolute favorite. She always helps me out, and is super cool to talk to. Going in there amd seeing her is like stopping by to see a friend. I couldnt recommend this shop any more, go see Jessica!

So went to get some coils for the drag X plus and the cashier did not seem to understand my inquiry. I said I needed coils for the drag X plus multiple times and she even showed me mods to get a better understanding. She gets the coils and as I get home and about to open the package I noticed these are different. After looking on voopoos website I found she sold me the wrong coils.... so Im out of the $18 I paid and then its more infuriating since I assume they are like most shops dont do refunds or exchanges... will never shop this chain if I can help it overpriced and incompetent employees.

Went to 2 vape shops before I came here, Kaitlyn was so informative and polite, she took her time, and answered all my questions, Im helping my grandson quit smoking and she really gave me helpful tips and advice. Will be back.

I went here today to get a new vape, when i walked in anthony came right to me and asked me what i needed, he talked to me and showed me different vapes and explained the difference between each one. He also showed me some new stuff they got in and he was so great, he explained everything and answered all my questions! great customer service !!

The customer service here is and always has been great! If you need help finding any of the flavors there employees are spot on to where they are exactly. I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with ecig charleston from the first day I walked in the dlld5. After being a member for almost 3 years now, Im able to tell them exactly what I need and be in and out in less than 2 or 3 minutes!!!!!!!

Visited store today and met Perry (da boss), Desiree & Ryan. Desiree was helping a customer when I came in, so rather than make me wait, she called for Ryan who came right out and helped me. I had some questions about some new items and Ryan was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. So glad we finally have a N. Charleston store!!! I highly recommend ECIG Charleston & the N. Charleston store if its in your area.

What a joke. A wall of juice that come in a max of 0, 3 and 6mg only and they aren’t allowed to increase the nicotine level. Another wall of house juice that comes in higher levels like 11 or 18, but only work in pens. The one of a whole 6 juices they had in 12mg that I chose cost me $22 for 30ml and it’s some no name brand.

By far the best vape store in Charleston and surrounding areas. Every staff member I have encountered is friendly and knowledgeable on the products. I recommend E-Cig charleston to everyone who ask where to go. Mostly I appreciate the honesty of the staff that means alot to me.

We all know vape shops are a dime a dozen. Ecig has treated me well. I buy 2 60ml juices per week.I bought from juice bar and when I tried it it burned my throat and made me super dizzy to the point I wondered if somehow the supply chain was compromised.I brought the juice back, believing that it was something wrong with me but there was another person there who bought the juice from the juice bar the same day as me and was making the same claims - didnt taste right, burned like crazy, and made to feel extremely dizzy.I was relieved to know that it wasnt just me who had the adverse effect.The workers called the manager, who refused to remedy the situation.So buyer beware - they wont care if you spend 60 dollars a week and buy devices over the course of a year. If you buy from the juice bar, and you get something that isnt vape juice and makes you feel sick, your stuck with it

Just bought two batteries to power a non eCig vape device. Although the batteries screwed in to my vape cartridge, they wouldnt power it. Went right back into return them. They refused to take them back ($50!). They didnt tell me before I bought the batteries that they wouldnt work with any but ecig products.

Everyone there is ALWAYS so helpful, ie…Kaitlyn and some others I can’t remember names of, but I will have to say that I was especially impressed when I went in a “hot mess” …..,and Ashley ( whom I found out only later from a time before when she “saved me”, to be the manager) went above and beyond to not only spend extra time at the end of a long shift, to work with finding just the right part to fit my beat up drag 3 hand- me - down from my son. I also made a great purchase on a new Novo smok!!!! ( as a back me up) Ashley gives great tips such as how to put rubber bands around the glass so if it drops it won’t break as well as others and is always there to help me when I’m in a pinch as a matter of fact I might be going there today because my Ecig is kind of acting up on me today LOL😂.Excuse all of my run on sentences and dangling participle’s because I really don’t care whenever I’m texting sometimes just talk text when I’m just speaking from the heart, but like I said everybody here is wonderful and I can only speak from the experiences of the people I personally can remember the names of, so anytime you want great customer service go to ECIG Charleston!!!🤗
