VERY POOR SERVICE! Buyer beware! I bought products from this company that did not match what I received. When I contacted the company, the customer service person was quite rude and tried to insist that I was not correct in my provided data of said products, which clearly did not match the description on the website. Their response was, it was close enough to the right part. The part I needed happened to be a replacement buzzer for fire alarm systems on aircrafts (although not what I needed them for) its sad to think if these parts were ordered for that job that passengers on an airplane somewhere might not hear a fire alarm with these wrong parts installed and a major tragedy would occur. I received an RMA which included a re-stocking fee. It states on the site, a re-stocking fee may be added if it is a customer error. This was clearly not a customer error. When I called to get this fee removed and send these back for refund, I was confronted with the same person trying to prove me wrong, talking over me and finalizing the call by saying she would have the warehouse personnel measure the products to see if I was correct. I never heard back and havent had any response to further emails, so Im choosing to give negative reviews all around.
